It manages to perfectly blend innovation with tradition. Excellent service, attentive, kind and helpful. We also noticed a noteworthy high sensitivity that really surprised us. The environment is elegant but not "heavy", it feels really good. You can see the restaurateurs' commitment to ensuring ALL guests have a pleasant evening, guaranteeing intimacy and comfort! 29/12/2024: Da premettere che non ho mangiato male ….i plin ripieni di cipolla immersi nella fonduta di parmigiano perdevano il loro sapore, lo zabajone buono ma forse fatto un po’ prima…si stava formando una patina. Il cameriere dovrebbe sapere che quando si versa il vino non si passa davanti alle persone, ma si gira!

28/12/2024: A little place to be discovered where you don't expect it in Val di Susa. What can I say? An excellent experience across the board. For me, last night was the first time: a surprise dinner, I hadn't read any reviews and had no expectations because I didn't know the place. Elegant, but welcoming, not cold environment: attention to detail from the outside, furnishings, upholstery, even the services. Excellent food, really compliments to the kitchen. Refinement, study, quality of raw materials to create truly surprising and unusual dishes. Mention to the dining room staff: kindness, professionalism and light humor that breaks the ice and makes you feel welcomed. Excellent sommelier. It was a real pleasure being your guests and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended! Go ahead like this!

Expectations largely confirmed after a magnificent dinner of fresh fish paella prepared at the moment, sublime taste, fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. The pairing is perfect with the white sangria wisely suggested by the dining room staff. Excellent service and very very warm and friendly staff. 14/01/2025: Such a nice meal and evening here. The waiter and owner all made us feel exceptionally welcomed and taken care of (even our dog who joined us). The food was delicious, honest and made with love. It made our last night truly special.

11/01/2025: My taste buds have seldom felt so flattered as by the delicious Piedmontese food offered in that temple of hospitality. In addition to the tolerable price structure and the cozy interior of the dining room, the landlord, a man of honor with knowledge of the German language, and his incomparable service orientation made a decisive contribution to qualifying the restaurant visit as a “bonfortionous tasty meal”. If I could give it 6 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

16/01/2025: A welcome stop with a surprising effect was made at the Caffè Trattoria Stazione in Pessinetto where, for 18 euros each, we savored excellent local cuisine. (menu price during the week for lunch 14 euros per person) My wife and I sat down near the wood-burning fireplace and chose from the day's menu a cheese risotto, two tripe and beans and two bergamot creams of truly sublime delicacy and refinement. The kind and service-minded owners made us feel at home. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner are available upon reservation and à la carte. A restaurant we highly recommend! It is worth the trip to discover and taste the flavors of Piedmontese cuisine and beyond between tradition and innovation.

14/01/2025: Excellent place, the food even better, and the service too. The cost of the kebabs is slightly higher than other restaurants, but the quality is worth every euro. Usually the fries I get elsewhere are limp or of mediocre flavor, here they are phenomenal, and the meat itself is excellent too. Impeccable service, fast and punctual. Plus, the last couple of times I went they gave me two free Pepsis (I had gotten two menus) and I was pleasantly surprised by the freebie both times.
