28/12/2024: A little place to be discovered where you don't expect it in Val di Susa. What can I say? An excellent experience across the board. For me, last night was the first time: a surprise dinner, I hadn't read any reviews and had no expectations because I didn't know the place. Elegant, but welcoming, not cold environment: attention to detail from the outside, furnishings, upholstery, even the services. Excellent food, really compliments to the kitchen. Refinement, study, quality of raw materials to create truly surprising and unusual dishes. Mention to the dining room staff: kindness, professionalism and light humor that breaks the ice and makes you feel welcomed. Excellent sommelier. It was a real pleasure being your guests and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended! Go ahead like this!

03/01/2025: We decided to have dinner at El Prado based on the excellent reviews. Expectations largely confirmed after a magnificent dinner of fresh fish paella prepared at the moment, sublime taste, fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. The pairing is perfect with the white sangria wisely suggested by the dining room staff. Excellent service and very very warm and friendly staff. 23/07/2024: Maybe the best pinsa I’ve ever had in my life. This is the perfect lunch spot. I had a delicious honey, walnut pinsa and a beer and I still dream about it.

14/01/2025: Such a nice meal and evening here. The waiter and owner all made us feel exceptionally welcomed and taken care of (even our dog who joined us). The food was delicious, honest and made with love. It made our last night truly special.

11/01/2025: My taste buds have seldom felt so flattered as by the delicious Piedmontese food offered in that temple of hospitality. In addition to the tolerable price structure and the cozy interior of the dining room, the landlord, a man of honor with knowledge of the German language, and his incomparable service orientation made a decisive contribution to qualifying the restaurant visit as a “bonfortionous tasty meal”. If I could give it 6 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

08/12/2024: Camminata piacevole sulla neve di un’ora circa partendo da borgata città San Giorio di Susa. Pranzo buonissimo al rifugio, menù fisso a 25 euro che include antipasto polenta, dolce, caffè e amaro. Molto buona la polenta concia con lo spezzatino. Gentilissimi i ragazzi che gestiscono il rifugio!

22/12/2024: I went to this place with friends, I had a great time as they made me feel at home by presenting me, without asking, excellent proposals with lactose-free ingredients due to my intolerance. Delicious pizza! I will definitely be back

19/12/2024: I have been to this tastefully decorated gourmet pizzeria several times, consuming à la carte, but also trying the tasting menu on Mondays and the pizza round, which is usually on Tuesday but for the Christmas period it is every day. The quality of the ingredients, the dough and the combination of flavors are excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. I particularly appreciated the pizza round which is plentiful, varied and unlimited. Unfortunately, during this holiday period, the place is full and exceeds the decibels needed to hold a conversation with the diners and the pizzas are sold at a very slow pace, but otherwise 5 stars. The à la carte and tasting menus have a not very favorable quality/price ratio, and the quality is, as I said, high. Overall I think I'll go back when I want to eat great pizza. Even the Maritozzo with cream and the self-produced panettone are spectacular.
