08/08/2025: Excellent time spent in this restaurant, the waitresses are very pleasant and the food incredible! I highly recommend!!

10/08/2025: We just finished our weekend in this wonderful place. We arrived on Saturday around 5 pm and left on Sunday around the same time. We then had dinner, breakfast, lunch, and relaxed by the pool. Everything was excellent, nothing more to say, from the delicious food to the service to the location. On Sunday morning, we added a spa experience with a Turkish bath and sauna, complete with a final massage. Gabriele was wonderful: kind, helpful, and approachable, and you could tell he's passionate about his job.

04/08/2025: I was here on Saturday for a wedding; the location is intimate and quiet. Outside, in addition to the large courtyard, you can enjoy a splendid view of a pool and the city. The food is excellent, the wait times between courses are quick, and the waiters are attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the location is a bit inconvenient; you have to be careful when climbing because the road is narrow. However, this doesn't detract from the beauty of this place in any way.

28/07/2025: Lunch with friends. We ate divinely well and were served wonderfully with a courtesy you rarely find in other places, practically like a family lunch!! Congratulations to you for creating something special.

27/07/2025: Everything was delicious! Spectacular location! The road leading to the village is very narrow, and once you reach the restaurant, there's limited streetside parking.

25/05/2025: Over time, Nicolò's already excellent cuisine has improved even further. Also thanks to the addition of Andrea Serale to the staff, a talented promise of Italian cuisine, new flavors, new aromas enrich traditional dishes revisited with taste and curiosity. The wine list, curated by Carla, is decidedly richer, not so much in labels as in their quality, offering a variety of choices that can satisfy every palate - and every budget. Excellent, as always, the service, cared for with passion. The quality-price ratio, in my opinion, is excellent so I highly recommend Amae. Edit: Last supper, for me. For work reasons I will not be able to dine at amae, this week, and on Saturday they will close. What, in my opinion, was the best restaurant in Cuneo will close, and it's a real shame. You still have Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to try it. Do it, it's worth it. Happy to have been able to go again this evening. Thanks Carla, Nico, Andre, Fra, Camma, Lara for the welcome and the cuddles, I will miss you.

I also highly recommend it to those who like to try typical dishes. Besides the food, the waitresses are also very good and professional.

04/05/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato con amici per tre giorni ad Alba per uno stage di tennis durante il ponte del primo maggio e abbiamo sempre pranzato nella gastronomia urbana. Assoluta qualità delle materie prime e prodotti eccellenti. Marito cuoco e moglie al banco gestiscono questo locale in modo ammirevole, coadiuvati da personale altrettanto valido, i diversi piatti degustati durante i vari pasti hanno pienamente soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Provare per credere.

03/07/2025: Really excellent pizzas, soft and light, very digestible, with a vast choice, and with quality raw materials. It should be noted that there are also vegan ones. The menu includes other choices, including fried fish and meat main courses. The desserts deserve great praise, we ate a truly good lemon delight!!! The staff, needless to say, is super kind, even on a very hot summer evening.. the place is wonderful, you get lost looking at the beauty of the walls!!! Also open for lunch!!! Highly recommended! 😋

We tried the following dishes, which I highly recommend: 1. Fried egg with creamed potatoes, herbs, and Parmesan cheese 2. Sliced ​​horse steak (the first time we've tried horse meat, and we can say it won't be the last; it's exquisite) 3. Grandmother's cake (one of the best we've ever eaten) Regarding the prices, we thought they were fair in relation to the dishes we ordered.

Service a little slow, the owner was the only one serving in the room (4 tables occupied) and naturally also managed the reception and payment. I don't know if there is usually someone to help her, but I hope so because waiting almost 40 minutes for desserts, at the end of the evening, is a little excessive. The desserts can be improved (strudel with incandescent and cloying chocolate, too bad). I would go back.
