15/02/2026: We came for lunch on Valentine's Day, two couples and a child… the service was impeccable, the location wonderful, and the food exquisite! For me, being vegan, they prepared a special menu, so delicious and plentiful even more so than the regular menu. Highly, highly recommended! 😄

08/03/2026: Excellent place run by two superheroes who go out of their way to serve everyone as best as possible. The food is excellent and plentiful, with refills for every course, something you almost never find anywhere else! The sauna and whirlpool are also excellent, with attention to detail. The rooms are nice and welcoming. Congratulations!!

24/01/2026: My partner and I stayed one night here, including dinner and a spa treatment. We used the spa treatment before dinner; it even started snowing, and it was enchanting. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, the food is impeccable, and the products are all local. The owners make you feel at home. There's also a shop where you can buy bread and other products made by them or by producers in the valley. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

15/02/2026: A delightful restaurant on the ground floor of a typical mountain house. Stone and brick walls, stone vaults, wooden tables and chairs. A very pleasant atmosphere. The food is exquisite and high-quality. Homemade pasta, homemade bread, aunt's chili pepper, tender and flavorful meat with an exceptional sauce. All the flavors intensely captivated the taste buds. Excellent value, especially since the prices are not at all expensive.

18/01/2026: We discovered this place thanks to food bloggers Giano and Franci, who visited this restaurant in their Langhe series. The expectations generated by their stories were fully met! We ordered a tasting menu that included: Fassona beef tartare; 30-yolk tajarin with sausage ragù; stew with mashed potatoes (delicious, too bad it was just a slice), and their incredible panna cotta. We also ordered poached eggs with fondue and cardoons (the vegetables vary seasonally); fondue-filled plin with salted butter; and frisse (a typical recipe from these parts). Regarding these pairings, we'd point out that it's best not to order both the egg with fondue and the plin together, as it's a significant cheese blast that can be difficult to stomach. All the dishes were a wonderful culinary experience, but a special mention goes to the tajarin, which were truly a feast. The wait staff was very kind, warm, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. They have an excellent selection of wines, from the more expensive ones to more affordable but of the highest quality.
