06/04/2026: We found the property while looking for a hotel near the famous Frasassi Caves, and the location turned out to be perfect: just a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is spotless and very well-maintained, with a classic, homey style, without excess but with attention to detail. The staff is extremely helpful, always smiling and professional, which really makes the difference. The property also has ample and convenient parking, which is very convenient. We also had the opportunity to use the wellness center: not huge, but well-organized and pleasant. Breakfast was the icing on the cake: rich, beautifully presented, with fresh, local products. The homemade desserts are truly superb, and the buffet is always well-stocked and constantly replenished. If we really had to find a small flaw, it would be the rooms that are a bit noisy and could perhaps benefit from a slight renovation. —> These are minor details, however, compared to the overall experience, which was absolutely pleasant.

24/12/2025: A lovely, welcoming place with very friendly owners. The food is excellent and high-quality. Classic cuisine, along with some very unique dishes. The excellent meat selection is cooked on an open grill. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. Definitely worth a try.

09/12/2025: Lately, we've become regulars here to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We enjoy the mixed roast, the roast suckling pig, and the rabbit cacciatore, but we also love the first courses, like the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. Home-style cooking is the hallmark of Coppetto, as is the unwavering friendliness and precision of the service, which make you feel right at home. If I had to give it a lower rating, it would be for the ambience being too noisy, but given how packed it is, it's inevitable that there's a lot of background noise.

11/04/2026: One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed, and I'm not just talking about aesthetics. Surrounded by greenery, with plenty of places to truly relax. We slept in barrels, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food is incredible: everything vegan, delicious, and carefully prepared. 03/04/2026: I went to dinner at the "La Capinera" restaurant on Saturday evening with three friends. It was my first time there and I was very satisfied. I'd say I can't help but give full stars😊 to the various dishes! We ate very well and appreciated the quality of the ingredients, from the meats to the vegetables to the desserts!!😋. I personally had the vegetarian dish, which was rich and tasty. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere in the room where we were seated was truly warm and welcoming, and good value for money. Next time I'll try the pizza, which I've been told is also delicious!! Highly recommended!! ...PS: the desserts are amazing!🤓

03/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been to La Capinera in Petriano and was truly satisfied. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, very well-kept, and has a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with friends or as a couple. The food was excellent: well-prepared dishes, generous portions, and authentic flavors. I tried the homemade pasta and the grilled meat, both truly excellent. The desserts were also particularly noteworthy, definitely above average. The service was friendly and attentive, always available without being intrusive. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for good food in a quiet and welcoming environment.

The owners deserve special mention for their warm welcome and evident attention to every detail. Special praise goes to Chef Paolo: his cuisine exudes passion and is the true soul of this place. Selected ingredients and meticulous preparation create dishes that celebrate the local area with great personality. From tagliatelle to Ascoli olives, from cremini to crescia, a delicious zuppa inglese, and an intense chocolate cake—all strictly homemade—each course exudes balance and authenticity. 02/04/2026: Recommended by some friends, we decided to try it for dinner. Traditional Marche dishes are offered in a tasting menu. The appetizer features excellent cured meats, including a truly exceptional prosciutto crudo. Two first courses, ravioli with mushrooms and sausage, and pappardelle with wild boar, are followed by a rich and perfectly cooked mixed grill, fried vegetables, delicious desserts, and a Lacrima di Morro red wine that perfectly complements everything. Generous portions. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. A dinner to remember!

30/03/2026: We went on the recommendation of friends who said the food was good. It's a small wooden house. There's not much space inside; in the summer, you can eat outside along the street. Second courses start at €24 and up. First courses start at €12 and up. The food wasn't bad, but when you go, you get the feeling that you've spent a lot and eaten just average food. Nothing special. The cover charge, €2.50, is excessive for a kiosk that only gives you a paper towel.
