03/01/2024: Lungo la scalinata che porta sulla sommità di Numana. D'inverno il locale è un po'angusto, con tavoli troppo ravvicinati, ma arredato bene in modo sobrio. Scegliamo il menù alla carta. Apprezziamo i diversi tipi di pani con olio e burro, anche perché ci terranno compagnia nelle attese troppo lunghe tra una portata e l'altra. Insalata di mare con erbette e bernese: elegantissima, con l'indovinatissimo abbinamento di salsa e verdure. Carbonara di cappesante, molto gustosa e ricca. Il formaggio è saporito ma non annulla il pesce. Il risotto alla marinara - bandiera dello chef- è davvero notevole: acidità, sapidità, profumi di mare ne fanno un piatto top. Mi impressiona positivamente l'ombrina servita con una panatura di semi croccanti e salati: il boccone con la sua erbetta risulta saporito e intrigante allo stesso tempo. I piatti sono descritti molto bene e spesso viene lo chef in persona a raccontarli. Unica nota stonata, quasi 3h per 3 portate sono eccessivamente troppe. Vini al calice: interessanti abbinamenti con le portate, peccato l'assenza nel percorso di vini locali.

18/03/2024: I was with friends in this restaurant in the Marche interior, we wanted to try the white rabbit ragout which in these parts is considered exceptional Naturally we took from starters to main courses, including the pappardelle with ragù described above It was all fantastic! To be repeated as soon as possible The manager is very welcoming, the place is a little dated but is well suited for this type of lunch and dinner

26/03/2024: We stayed for two days last weekend, we had a great time, the room and bathroom are large and welcoming, the service, both breakfast and dinner, is impeccable, at breakfast they pamper you with delicious homemade desserts and dinner also has excellent dishes with good wines. Highly recommended

05/04/2024: Trattoria on the street, go to the first floor, spectacular terrace. We ate a first course, made of tagliatelle with swordfish and olives, which was really very good. A super beer 🍺 in a frozen glass, recommended!!

04/04/2024: Restaurant in a panoramic position facing the sea, with a beautiful terrace where you can eat even in winter. The food is very good, house and seasonal specialities, vegetables from the garden. It's a family run place and everyone is very nice and friendly. Excellent value for money

01/04/2024: Renovated premises. The menu offers you-can-eat and à la carte service. For the choice of menu I was disappointed because I expected a wide choice, but it was very limited, in my opinion. We ordered the hot food and it was delicious. Then comes the salmon hosomaki but alas, the noori seaweed had something that tasted like whiskey and we were incredulous, because even all the sushi we were served afterwards had a whiskey fragrance.

19/03/2024: Sono stata con un'amica a pranzo. Locale particolare e accogliente. Cibo particolare e di qualità. Durante il pranzo un musicista molto bravo suonava dal vivo in maniera discreta. Da ritornarci.

17/03/2024: A young tavern managed with care, a small wedding favor in the heart of Matelica that welcomes you in an informal, rustic but tasteful environment that makes you feel at ease and welcome. The dishes reflect this philosophy: we start from tradition, which you find in the pasta or handmade Ascoli olives, introducing variations that are wisely not too daring and therefore pleasant and successful. The Latini ravioli, seasoned with apple, cured bacon and shallots, are truly excellent and the meat stands out for its quality and genuine flavour, enhancing even less commonly used parts such as the cheek. Last but not least, classic desserts, but masterfully executed, such as crescia filo pastry and a local Merlot red wine with excellent quality/price. P.s. Confirming the profound thought underlying the project, books on local or ecological themes discreetly populate the tables, in a desirable contamination between food and culture stimulated by the presence of the beautiful municipal library opposite. Well done!!.

07/04/2024: Since I don't like boiled eggs, I still wanted to try the house specialty with crispy bacon (Guancini pizza). Well it was delicious 😋 Then the cup with strawberries and mascarpone concluded our lunch on a high note. We will definitely return when we are in the area 😉
