01/11/2025: A small, family-run pastry shop almost hidden between Viale Abruzzi and Via Eustachi, with a very "old Milan" feel. Here, you'll find only the essentials; there's not everything, and nothing is missing! The service is practical, concise, at times hasty, but extremely efficient. The lady in the pink apron behind the counter seems to have stepped out of another era and fits in perfectly with the setting. The desserts are delicious; the breakfast brioches are second to none. Well done! 🙂

04/11/2025: Our first restaurant visit to Milan was a resounding success! A warm welcome and an attentive waitress (offering menus in English, helping our son cut his pizza, and even speaking a few words in French). Thank you so much for this wonderful culinary experience!

16/10/2025: Absolutely not recommended for lunch: the pizza is good, but they don't take meal vouchers, and besides the pizza, the plates are tiny. My portion of meatballs contained literally three tiny ones. I should point out that all the restaurants in the area take meal vouchers.

14/12/2025: Truly superb! The staff was attentive and always smiling (a rarity these days). We tasted dishes with unusual flavors, and they were excellent! Special attention was also paid to the presentation. Well done, well done, well done! Great atmosphere! I'll definitely be back!

09/12/2025: The place is very charming. The wood, lighting, and warm-toned materials contribute to a calm atmosphere. The menu is interesting, the food is good, and it's prepared in a practically open kitchen. The service is courteous and friendly. We had a tasting menu, which unfortunately we couldn't finish due to a sudden headache. When it came to the bill, the ladies in the dining room only charged us for the dishes we'd ordered, and without us even mentioning it, they prepared desserts for us to take away, in biodegradable packaging. Ate them the next day, they were still excellent. As an accompaniment, we ordered a Paltrinieri rosé Lambrusco, which we didn't finish either, so we took some home. What can I say? Congratulations... see you next time.

29/05/2025: Truly a welcoming place. I felt at home. Ideal place for both breakfast and a good cocktail. They have tables both indoors and outdoors. The place is clean The staff is nice, friendly and prepared. I will definitely come back.

29/11/2025: Nothing bad, but nothing special, and I didn't really get the true Greek flavor. Let's just say I might go back if I'm in the area, but I certainly wouldn't go there on purpose. There's definitely better Greek food out there.

25/11/2025: We had lunch yesterday. The place is nice, the staff is friendly, and the food is good but not expensive. If I'm not mistaken, there's a 15% discount Monday through Friday, and for €3.50 a cover charge, they also include a soft drink and coffee. I'll be back.

28/09/2025: Came back to Milan from a 6 day trek in Aosta valley, we had a great experinece here! There was a jam-session of blues music when we arrived, and the atmosphere was so nice. Great selection of beers and whiskies, the burger was very good, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will definetly come back next time we are in Milan.

24/11/2025: I've been coming to The Rowing for lunch for years, and last Saturday I returned in the evening as well: absolutely confirmed! Isa and Tiziano are simply fantastic, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere, and that feeling of being at home that's worth more than anything. A place I always return to with pleasure—and every time I leave with a smile. Highly recommended! 🌟

17/11/2025: The place is a bit spartan, but it still has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection—perhaps even too many—of Italian and Chinese dishes. The food isn't great, more like a canteen. However, the restaurant's strong point is the bill. It's incredibly affordable. For just €10, you can get a starter/main course plus a side dish. The portions are just right.

25/05/2025: Attracted by the name and the positive reviews, my wife and I decided to go to their place for lunch. Unfortunately, the frogs were not available because they were only available by reservation. However, we tasted other dishes and were satisfied. The desserts they made were excellent. The guys who serve at the tables were very kind. The place is not very big so I recommend booking. I will definitely go back to enjoy the frogs cooked by them.....by reservation!!! Well done!! Keep it up.
