07/02/2026: When I'm craving Greek food, I always come back here, and every time I return I'm delighted. The place is beautiful, the bathrooms are spotless (and smell great), and the service is really fast. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've tried many dishes, and they're all delicious!

07/02/2026: The place is pleasant, the food and the service are good. Only the bald man at the entrance could be a bit more friendly with customers. Other than that, it's an excellent option for eating near the Duomo.

14/12/2025: I'm sorry, but something has changed! Until a few months ago, I thought Reginè's pizza was among the best I'd ever eaten... now absolutely not... it's just another pizza, with flavorless cheese and a cheesy base! Please, bring back the same pizza maker and ingredients as before!

16/03/2026: Unfortunately, our experience wasn't good, and I'm very sorry.
We're used to eating fresh fish, and honestly, I've never had such an inedible plate of linguine with fish... dry, mushy, completely frozen... the appetizer of 4 mussels and 4 clams was passable, neither good nor bad... but you could have put a slice of toasted bread on the plate... I recommend it, it would be greatly appreciated!!!
Prices are fair for Milan, but if I have to eat badly, then so be it!!
The service and location are excellent!!
15/03/2026: Excellent food, and as always, a safe bet for celiacs. However, it's unacceptable to charge a €3 cover charge even for an 8-month-old baby who obviously didn't use any of the services! A major disgrace. Furthermore, the reservation didn't include the baby to avoid the extra cost at the restaurant, as the reservation was made on The Fork.

21/02/2026: Pizza party on Carnival night with a table of 15 people, and the place was packed. Dancing with a DJ. The pizza was very filling and made with delicious whole wheat flour. Everything was perfect, kudos to the staff and the legendary Andrea, who never disappoints.

24/10/2025: Pasticceria Castelnuovo only makes classic pastries, no specialty cakes. But our request to revisit their volcano cake with our own twists was granted; the cake turned out excellent, delicate, and not at all cloying. I asked for a coffee cream filling with small chocolate puffs... CONGRATULATIONS... Everyone loved the cake, finding it very delicate and the coffee and chocolate combination very successful. My advice: recommend it to your customers because it will be perfect.

23/09/2025: From the moment I walked in to when I left family owned for 80 years. Great service selection in the pastries and cake was out of this world. If you’re ever in Milan, I would stop here it’s a must.!
