Maui Poke In Milano

Very nice place! I went there with my family and we had a pretty good time. The quality of the food is average, the prices perhaps a little high. We took advantage of the 50% bonus on the Fork. Spending a little more and eating well is always satisfying. A small criticism is on the staff, perhaps not very present.

Very nice place, good food, tasty and well presented. Even the guys in the room were kind and smiling, it's a shame for the girl, who I think is the one in charge, arrogant and aggressive when I made a small constructive observation to her with the utmost calm and politeness. Sin!

Great food, I suggest more cleaning of the bathrooms. I recommend using the fork discount.

Welcoming location, friendly staff, but we had booked at 9.30pm and at 10.10pm they told us they were closing, even though there were still customers in the place, despite everything the service was very fast. The menu choice was a little limited, but we still ate well. We had the discount, but the prices were actually higher than usual for what you ate, perhaps due to the area.

I ate here with some friends taking advantage of a discount offered by the restaurant. Good food that fills you up, fairly fair value for money. Smiling staff and quick service.

Sono stato a mangiare al Maui per cena: il posto non è grandissimo, ma è molto piacevole, con colori sgargianti sia sui muri che negli oggetti (piatti, bicchieri ecc.) e con le vetrate che di giorno lasciano entrare tanta luce (peccato che non ci sia un bel panorama col mare quando si guarda fuori). Il menu è ricco, con diverse tipologie di cibo (tacos, roll, sashimi e una sezione chiamata Hawaiian Hula Hula che raggruppa diversi piatti hawaiani che non hanno una categoria a sè). Sono presenti anche le poke, ma solo a pranzo (e questo a dire la verità non lo avevamo capito dal menu). Io ho preso gli shrimp tacos, ovvero due tacos farciti con gamberi scottati, cavolo viola, carote julienne, melograno, mandorle tostate e spicy mayo: non erano grandissimi (questo piatto da solo non basta per cenare), ma erano ben farciti, si riuscivano a mangiare tranquillamente con le mani senza impazzire (o sporcarsi tutti) e, cosa più importante, erano davvero buoni, con un amalgama tra i saporti al limite della perfezione. Abbiamo poi preso un crunchy roll (roll con gamberi in tempura, alga nori, riso, semi di sesamo, maionese, tenkasu e teriyaki) che ci siamo divisi: la porzione non era piccolissima e consistenza e sapore erano piacevoli, anche se io ho personalmente ho preferito il tacos. Ottimo il servizio, abbastanza veloce e così gentili da regalarci pure un piatto di gamberi impanati (Fried Opae) dopo il roll. I prezzi non sono bassissimi, specialmente se si ha molta fame e si ordinano diversi piatti, ma nel complesso, considerando la zona molto centrale, la qualità, l'impegno che c'è dietro e la particolarità di essere in un ristorante hawaiano, non sono esagerati.

Ho pranzato con amici in questo ristorante, tutto davvero buono. Ampia scelta, prezzi moderati. Vicino al Duomo, consiglio.
