22/09/2025: 5 stars today for everything! There were 17 of us in the upper room. We were served quickly with eight generous cake stands (one for every two people), expertly prepared. Excellent service from Ms. Diana: kind, fast, and unobtrusive. Great prices for everything they served us!

05/07/2025: On Friday, July 4th, around 9:00 p.m., a young waiter with black hair decided it was a good idea to disrespect us. First, he must be tempted to tease you if you're from another country (when he certainly isn't from there at all). Second, and no less important, there were two women and a man, and he ONLY responded to the man, while NOT at all to us; he either ignored us or looked at us rather strangely (it's unbelievable that he's in this world thanks to a woman). I have to say the food was very good, but I'd rather go without food for a whole week than return to this place where, by 2025, they'd allow such disrespect and lack of education. Less empanadas, more EDUCATION!

01/10/2025: Biblical times. 40 minutes of waiting with 3 people in front of them. They didn't have at least 3 ingredients. The bacon was thickly sliced ​​with the rind still attached. Compared to the other restaurants at the same chain, it was really awful.

24/07/2025: Unacceptable. You arrive and find filthy windows, not washed for 20 years, with residue from the last 20 years of tape. The place looks shabby, dirty, with marks on the walls and an unclean bathroom. Surprise: there's only one person working inside (I don't think it's legal, so I'll report it) who works like a 4-person job. She's very kind, polite, and quick at making piadinas. BUT HOW DOES SHE DO EVERYTHING BY HERSELF? Cashier, delivery, bringing piadinas to the table, responding to customer requests, etc. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

21/08/2025: We went in because it caught our attention from the outside. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, and even though there isn't much room inside to eat, I recommend it because the service is excellent. You also have the option to take your food home and sit in a nearby park or monument. We ordered two very good breads and two slices of vegetable pizza, which not only had abundant ingredients but also tasted delicious. A stop by is highly recommended.

12/08/2025: This morning, August 12, 2025, at around 8:30 a.m., I wanted to buy some takeout items, but as soon as I walked in, I noticed the clerk was very unfriendly, rude, and surly! She didn't even greet customers, and while she was working and making coffee, she kept complaining! Furthermore, the place was messy and very dirty! I left without buying anything. Yes, let's give it 0 stars.

11/09/2025: I'm a regular customer who works nearby. The coffee is good, and the girls are all very nice and friendly, but I feel like I should point out that the place could use a refresh. The air conditioning has been broken since before the holidays, and these poor girls have to work in unbearable heat, even for customers who only stay for a few minutes. Truly unthinkable.

02/10/2025: I was very disappointed with lunch at Tribeca. I ordered salmon with potatoes, which turned out to be inedible: completely dry and parched. When we asked for clarification, we were told it had been baked that morning (we were there at 1 PM!), which is unacceptable for a dish that should be served fresh. At least, to be fair, they didn't charge us for it. We replaced it with a Caesar salad, but unfortunately, this too was a disappointment: the base was just baby lettuce, the chicken was bits of fried cutlet, the bacon was raw, the classic Caesar dressing was completely missing, and instead of shaved Parmesan, there was only grated Parmesan. The farro and legume soup seemed to have come straight from a supermarket jar, without any care or freshness. Overall, a very disappointing lunch that won't make us want to return.

03/06/2025: Nicht nur geographisch das hinterletzte am Bahnhof Milano Centrale, auch zum Warten auf den Zug völlig sinnlos. Das Angebot auf der Karte wird hauptsächlich mit "haben wir nicht" belächelt. z.B. Gin Tonic! Wiso habt ihr eine Karte, wenn es die Sachen darauf nicht erhältlich sind???

26/08/2025: I had a very disappointing experience here. The male waiter deliberately ignored me while taking orders from everyone else, and it was not because of the table location. When an Italian man sat down, he immediately went to serve him. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. Terrible service and very disrespectful.

28/06/2025: Pensé que sería auténtico, incluso en una calle lateral cerca del Duomo. Pero la comida no es buena. La salsa de pizza era solo salsa de tomate de una lata. Nada de hierbas ni adiciones. Entonces solo queso encima. Eso fue todo. Tan soso, que solo lo hicimos porque teníamos hambre y no queríamos desperdiciarla. Pedimos pimientos rojos, queso parmesano y orégano... incluso aquellos no ayudaron mucho. La pareja a nuestro lado consiguió una pizza también y nos pidió los contenedores de especias / queso de nuestra mesa. Muy decepcionado. Busca otro sitio para intentarlo.

25/05/2025: Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore da questo locale date le recensioni, il locale era mezzo vuoto quando siamo arrivati e nonostante ciò sono stati capaci di servirci con mezz’ora di ritardo , vedevamo la gente che arrivava dopo di noi e veniva servita con regolalaritá , la qualità del cibo è buona ma questi episodi li reputo fastidiosi, considerando che ha il prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto alla media ( 36 bevande escluse)

30/04/2025: Sono stata ieri sera per il mio anniversario, perché conoscevo il posto da tantissimi anni e mi ha veramente deluso: quando sono arrivati i primi piatti volevo già alzarmi e andarmene. A prescindere che non amo la formula all you can eat, e in passato non lo era, comunque i piatti avevano una parvenza di somiglianza con quelli del menu: da ieri invece ho scoperto che hanno introdotto il tablet e che i piatti sono veramente totalmente diversi da come sono rappresentati e anche di qualità pessima. Non tornerò mai più.

17/09/2025: Yesterday, a medium cone cost €2.90, coconut and black cherry flavours. Disappointing, the flavours were undefined and the milk flavour was predominant. What a shame. I'll try again. No one is denied a second chance.

24/09/2025: I'm often in the area for work, but this time I stopped here for lunch. It's located inside the Carrefour shopping center. The service is fairly quick and friendly, and the pizza isn't bad, but Spontini's prices in general are unfortunately too high for the quality of the product, in my opinion.

21/08/2025: I ordered a vegan pizza. Only while eating it did I notice there was anchovy. The pizza chef made a mistake, as it was similar to another. It was just that bite, and I ate the rest (which was almost gone, and I didn't smell any more anchovies). I went to pay and only then did I very politely point out the mistake, because I respect people's work. The lady at the cashier, however, showed no respect for customers and, annoyed and aggressive, told me that if I reported it, they would change it. As if it were my mistake. And I had already explained the situation. A brief argument ensued. She was rude and indisposed. All I needed to do was apologize and it would have been over. Very bad.
