15/07/2025: Terrible people. One of them screams and has an annoying voice. I don't think they even wash their hands since I didn't see them. Avoid eating there. The ingredients are of poor and questionable quality. I bought a takeout piadina and threw it away... Answer: Just because you can't accept the truth doesn't mean you're making things up. Have a good day, frustrated people ;)

16/06/2025: It has been a shame for years and continues to be a shame, I'm sorry that it is located in a strategic point and unfortunately has customers, but then people who work there scream and smoke all day (I have my doubts that they wash their hands) since I have a friend who lives in those buildings and sees them in the courtyard. I don't know how to respond to the owner's lies so I'll extend my review: 1 I advise you to learn to read and understand the Italian language before commenting and telling lies. 2 he is the one who works for you with the duck voice who screams all day inside or outside, NO ONE has spoken of customers who disturb. 3 I took the liberty of going back these days and asking someone who was leaving number 21 and they repeated the screaming adding also that you smoke *** in their courtyard. 4 it's written "staff" not staf 5 NOBODY has ever talked about knowing your staff and I don't even care for God's sake. I hope you learn Italian and that at least you understand this.

05/07/2025: On Friday, July 4th, around 9:00 p.m., a young waiter with black hair decided it was a good idea to disrespect us. First, he must be tempted to tease you if you're from another country (when he certainly isn't from there at all). Second, and no less important, there were two women and a man, and he ONLY responded to the man, while NOT at all to us; he either ignored us or looked at us rather strangely (it's unbelievable that he's in this world thanks to a woman). I have to say the food was very good, but I'd rather go without food for a whole week than return to this place where, by 2025, they'd allow such disrespect and lack of education. Less empanadas, more EDUCATION!

10/01/2025: It's a shame they told us they're about to close... it's the first time I've been there for an aperitif and I had a great time with some friends. The place is quiet with music at a good volume for conversation, and the food is really good... especially the Cantonese pasta and rice.

02/11/2025: I'm giving it two stars because the coffee is really good, but if I had to talk about the service, I wouldn't give it even one star. Two of us went in because it was raining heavily and we wanted a coffee. As soon as we walked in, we went to sit down and they refused to let us sit where we wanted, even though the place was empty. Then we sat where they told us to, and a girl came to tell us we couldn't sit at that table. After arguing for a while, we finally sat down and waited 20 minutes without anyone coming to serve us. We ended up quickly finishing our coffee and leaving. We won't be back because of the service, which is a shame since the coffee was very good.

30/10/2025: I went into this café because it was raining, although after what happened, I honestly wish I had just gotten wet instead. At first, I was served by a very friendly young girl, and I ordered a chocolate muffin. Right in front of the muffins there was a sign showing €1.80, so I assumed that was the price. However, when I went to pay, they told me it was €4, claiming that the €1.80 sign was for the croissants — even though the €4 sign was placed all the way on the other side of the counter, far from the muffins. It felt like a total scam: if the price tag is right in front of something, anyone would assume it belongs to that item. On top of being overcharged, the muffin was inedible — hard, dry, and the chocolate on top completely stale, as if it had been sitting there for at least a week. It was disgusting. I couldn’t eat a single bite; honestly, it seemed borderline unsanitary. When I went to pay, I was no longer helped by the nice young girl but by an older woman who was extremely rude. I told her the muffin was hard and that I hadn’t eaten it at all, and her response was: “That’s not my problem.” I couldn’t believe someone working with the public could answer like that. In the end, they charged me the €4 anyway. I felt cheated right to my face, and the service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this café to anyone: awful food and rude staff. I’ll be filing a complaint with food safety and quality control.

17/09/2025: Yesterday, a medium cone cost €2.90, coconut and black cherry flavours. Disappointing, the flavours were undefined and the milk flavour was predominant. What a shame. I'll try again. No one is denied a second chance.

28/06/2025: Pensé que sería auténtico, incluso en una calle lateral cerca del Duomo. Pero la comida no es buena. La salsa de pizza era solo salsa de tomate de una lata. Nada de hierbas ni adiciones. Entonces solo queso encima. Eso fue todo. Tan soso, que solo lo hicimos porque teníamos hambre y no queríamos desperdiciarla. Pedimos pimientos rojos, queso parmesano y orégano... incluso aquellos no ayudaron mucho. La pareja a nuestro lado consiguió una pizza también y nos pidió los contenedores de especias / queso de nuestra mesa. Muy decepcionado. Busca otro sitio para intentarlo.

16/11/2025: Are you kidding me?!? I ordered two piadinas: one with ham, brie, lettuce, and cocktail sauce; the other with ham, brie, zucchini, and cocktail sauce. The brie and zucchini were practically a joke! A small square of brie (just the crust, by the way) and two of zucchini. A meager slice of ham. We're well below the minimum weight for any restaurant worthy of the name. Truly disgraceful. Anyone who works like this deserves to go out of business.

03/06/2025: Nicht nur geographisch das hinterletzte am Bahnhof Milano Centrale, auch zum Warten auf den Zug völlig sinnlos. Das Angebot auf der Karte wird hauptsächlich mit "haben wir nicht" belächelt. z.B. Gin Tonic! Wiso habt ihr eine Karte, wenn es die Sachen darauf nicht erhältlich sind???

26/05/2025: We always stop on a Rome-Milan route, this time I argued with a very rude cashier, I will have to review this habit.

02/10/2025: I was very disappointed with lunch at Tribeca. I ordered salmon with potatoes, which turned out to be inedible: completely dry and parched. When we asked for clarification, we were told it had been baked that morning (we were there at 1 PM!), which is unacceptable for a dish that should be served fresh. At least, to be fair, they didn't charge us for it. We replaced it with a Caesar salad, but unfortunately, this too was a disappointment: the base was just baby lettuce, the chicken was bits of fried cutlet, the bacon was raw, the classic Caesar dressing was completely missing, and instead of shaved Parmesan, there was only grated Parmesan. The farro and legume soup seemed to have come straight from a supermarket jar, without any care or freshness. Overall, a very disappointing lunch that won't make us want to return.

11/09/2025: I'm a regular customer who works nearby. The coffee is good, and the girls are all very nice and friendly, but I feel like I should point out that the place could use a refresh. The air conditioning has been broken since before the holidays, and these poor girls have to work in unbearable heat, even for customers who only stay for a few minutes. Truly unthinkable.

24/09/2025: I'm often in the area for work, but this time I stopped here for lunch. It's located inside the Carrefour shopping center. The service is fairly quick and friendly, and the pizza isn't bad, but Spontini's prices in general are unfortunately too high for the quality of the product, in my opinion.

20/09/2025: Bad service and the food not fresh and even they do the food without to wash. The stuff absolutely bad and not friendly. I don’t recommend this place at all.
