Rude, dismissive staff, your flight is delayed, and an hour before closing they explicitly and repeatedly inform you that they are closing (they put up barriers that block access), that you are harassing them, even though you are willing to spend 17.50 for a glass of Franciacorta, which they recommend. I want to emphasize that I am a regular victim of this poorly trained staff because I travel weekly.! I was with my son, and we gave up on the second drink after being told how many times they were closing. Personally, since I travel so frequently, I resisted the second drink because I was made to feel bad, without any courtesy. Think about how much you are losing! No care, vulgar Italian stupidity! Change staff and only bring them back after they have learned the meaning of service and care!

03/01/2026: The waiter kicked my pregnant fiancée out of her table because she ordered takeout. When she felt sick and wanted to eat there, the waiter told her to leave because we ordered takeout. Does your company treat pregnant women this way? If the company is interested in investigating this matter, I have a photo of the person who did it. We were regulars at your establishments, but we will never eat at Spontini again. It was today.

11/03/2026: Expensive and poor breakfast. We ordered eggs with prosciutto and guacamole, and two cappuccinos. They brought us two small triangles of cheap white bread, two tiny slices of cheap ham, a drop of what we thought was guacamole, and some bland scrambled eggs (€12 each breakfast plus coffee). We asked for a glass of water and they refused to bring it to us. Anywhere else would be better.

And unfortunately it will close this end of the year... So avoid writing reviews hahahaha... 01/01/2025: I bought 2 bottles of wine and liquor for €50 thought it's nice to support small local shop but obviously I got scammed since the real price is only €20 or even less when I check it online. I wish I read the reviews before I got in. Lesson learned and I hope my review will help other people to not fall for this tourist rip-off scammer shop anymore.

Quality and professionalism are at a premium, courtesy and empathy are lacking, and sanitary conditions are a distant memory. The city police, including the NAS (National Security Unit) and the Guardia di Finanza (Financial Police), should crack down.
