05/05/2025: From the outside the place looks nice and inviting, but appearances can be deceiving. As soon as I entered, no greeting, no smile: the welcome was cold. The curly girl who served me was simply unacceptable: rude, arrogant and completely lacking in manners. He made me pay before I even chose, with an annoyed and hasty attitude, rushing me and without any kindness. She communicated the price as if it were bothering her to work, and not even a "please" or a minimum of courtesy. She almost seemed annoyed by my presence. After consuming, I asked to use the bathroom: indecently dirty, shameful. If I had seen it before, I wouldn't have even set foot inside. A terrible experience in every respect. The waitress should be replaced immediately: a place like this cannot afford such rude staff. Hygiene is also seriously neglected. I strongly advise against: place to avoid.

30/04/2025: Leaving aside the terrible welcome from the unwelcoming staff, you feel like you're entering a cemetery, I advise you to see the staff again... Because then you're going to lose the place! Friendliness is the basis of this job, and if a person walks in on you early in the morning and you transmit anxiety to them, you might as well go and have breakfast elsewhere! Good things!

20/02/2025: Location fantastica, elegante e raffinato, adatta per serate special. All’interno si trovano le luci soffusi, un silenzio per mangiare tranquilli è possibile avere delle salette anche solo per le coppie . Incredibile veramente prima volta andato sono rimasto stupito. Il menù è abbastanza ricco e il prezzo ne vale la pena (5€ in più rispetto gli altri sushi)

08/02/2025: Per il mio compleanno ho voluto scegliere un posto costoso, all you can eat. E guardando su Internet ho trovato Lin Sushi. Mi aspettavo tanto sinceramente. Ma stasera sono rimasto proprio deluso. Ho prenotato ovviamente. Per le 21. Arrivo, mi siedo, scrivo sul foglietto le ordinazioni, poi lascio il foglietto in bella vista a bordo tavolo. Ebbene siamo rimasti mezz’ora senza che nessun cameriere ci considerasse. Guardavano e subito se ne andavano. Nessuno voleva ritirare il foglietto dal tavolo. Servivano con molta cura e attenzione gli altri tavoli. Ma noi proprio non venivamo considerati. Mia moglie si alza e ferma un cameriere e gli spiega che avevamo scelto. Ci ritira il foglio e ci dice che prendeva in carico il tavolo lei. Finalmente. Dopo poco arriva con tutte le bottiglie tra le braccia, senza nemmeno un vassoio, le sbatte proprio letteralmente sul tavolo. Con un modo da osteria. Poi se ne va. Rimango basito sinceramente. Poi cominciano ad arrivare i piatti. Categoricamente sbattuti sul tavolo. Al che a me cominciano a venire i nervi, e avevo l’istinto di prendere e andarmene. Vedevo gli altri tavoli come erano serviti e mi veniva voglia di andarmene. Al che mia moglie mi fa calmare. Cominciamo a prendere i piatti in mano quando arrivano per evitare il disagio. Poi la situazione ha preso una piega diversa, più normale, e io ho cercato in tutti i modi di farmi passare il nervoso e di essere gentile. Il mangiare sinceramente è buono, ma normale, non è fuori dal comune! rispetto ad altri posti ho trovato in più qualche gamberetto, un’ostrica, qualche piatto un po’ speciale e cose diverse ma sempre sui generis degli altri all you can eat. Considerato il prezzo proposto per la cena (36 euro a persona escluse bevande dolci etcetera) io sinceramente mi aspettavo molto di più. Per lo meno un servizio più attento e corretto. Non ci tornerò più ovviamente. Ma non ci tornerò sia per come è andata, sia per il prezzo eccessivo….che non si giustifica.

03/06/2025: Nicht nur geographisch das hinterletzte am Bahnhof Milano Centrale, auch zum Warten auf den Zug völlig sinnlos. Das Angebot auf der Karte wird hauptsächlich mit "haben wir nicht" belächelt. z.B. Gin Tonic! Wiso habt ihr eine Karte, wenn es die Sachen darauf nicht erhältlich sind???

24/05/2025: Usual piadineria. High prices, do not correspond to the perceived quality of the product. A piadina, a portion of chips and a bottle of water, over 16 euros... on the second floor, tables shared with other operators of the same food court. No table service, often not even clean. Depersonalized environment, not particularly pleasant (nothing to do with the more recently opened Piadinerie..). Not recommended.

14/05/2025: Today I ordered 3 piadinas to take away from the office, including 2 rolls, the Provenzale and the Bel Paese. All arrived as piadinas but paid for as rolls. Called the shop an automatic voice at 2:00 PM says no one can answer €27 3 classic piadinas.

12/04/2025: Aside from the cost, lately the average ice cream of €2.90 has become very small! Better change ice cream shop...

29/04/2025: We waited 15 minutes for the waiter to place our order. Absolutely no one approached us. We got up and left. Nobody even paid attention. Half of the staff was busy with their own affairs... One of the waiters was sipping a cocktail, the other was walking around the establishment... and this despite the fact that there weren’t very many people. Prices are naturally high.

31/05/2025: Wallah, don't go there. Pizza is a bad experience, and the service is just as bad. We didn't go in, but it looks just as bad as the rest, and for that price, I'd rather get some stamps.

17/05/2025: English: I just went this morning to California Bakery, only to receive a service worth every complaint. The staff was rude and the coffee was incredibly disappointing. Upon asking for an Iced Caffe Latte I received an extremely diluted coffee with too much milk. I honestly felt like I was being made fun of. It was probably the worst coffee I had in Milan so far. Probably any other place in Milan is better. As a general rule the local coffee shops are the best. The staff then proceeded to chat and giggle among themselves. I felt like I was being incredibly disrespected, mocked and they even made me pay 3 euros when the average price for a cappuccino is 1.5 euros. Honestly guys, don't waste your time or money on a product which is incredibly inferior and some staff members who are super arrogant and disrespectful. Italian: I just went to California Bakery this morning, only to receive service that deserved every complaint. The staff were rude and the coffee incredibly disappointing. When I asked for an Iced Caffè Latte, I was served an extremely watered down coffee with too much milk. Honestly, I felt like I was being made fun of. It was probably the worst coffee I have ever had in Milan so far. I think anywhere else in Milan is better. Generally, local bars are the best. The staff then continued to chat and giggle amongst themselves. I felt deeply disrespected, made fun of, and even charged 3 euros when the average price for a cappuccino is 1.5 euros. Honestly guys, don't waste your time and money on such a shoddy product and some arrogant and disrespectful staff.

22/05/2025: I'm only giving two stars to the pizza because for a few months they've been serving me pizza that's not overcooked on the bottom and with little oil, your pizza has always been delicious, crunchy on the bottom and with oil, since foreigners have been making it, it's not like that anymore

24/04/2025: I return to Spontini Assago after a few years. We're not really there, we've returned to a very poor quality, taste, etc., too bad Below you will find the review from a couple of years ago. Among other things, I was talking about a "virus that was spreading" and this worries me for a moment. In any case, I've returned to base and I must in all sincerity change my opinion from 2 stars, let's go straight to 4 stars and then I'll also give some advice to get the 5 stars. In my opinion the quality has increased a lot, there is no longer the acidic effect and the pizza is finally crunchy at the base even if it still needs a little to reach the levels of the parent company. The double mozzarella version is also excellent although I would use more :-) in short, guys, if you pass through here, you are guaranteed a visit also due to the kindness and attention that the guys put into serving I'll give you the 5 star when you reactivate the satispay service with cashback! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amici di Spontini the "Spontini is a guarantee" effect is ending! Run for cover by reviewing the cooking dough (you missed Spontini's trademark fragrance along the way) and ingredients (especially the tomato which is increasingly acidic)... it's not just my impression but I assure you that the virus of the fact that the pizza leaves something to be desired is spreading. And don't say I didn't warn you 😂👍

06/03/2025: Sono andata a questo posto per un boccone veloce, ho ordinato una piadina di salmone con avvocato . Purtroppo l’avvocato era molto scuro con un sapore orribile , e non sono riuscita a mangiare . Con tutta l’educazione ho fatto presente al ragazzo della cassa , ho portato la piadina per farlo vedere i pezzi marroni di avvocato , ma lui non ha preso bene la cosa , è stato scortese e poco professionale, come se io dovesse mangiare quella mer.. allo stesso , pure ho lasciato chiaro che non volevo un’altra piadina , ma che era giusto che loro facessero attenzione di non fare lo stesso errore con le altre persone . Delusione, personale impreparato

01/06/2025: We took a fruit tartlet and a cannoli that were definitely old, the pastry was soft, the cream had a film on top due to the air it took in and the cannoli wafer was soft. The bubble tea was good but it didn't save the experience, especially because of the staff who were always uninterested and rude and the outrageous prices for the quality. The only good thing was that there were tables to sit at.

31/03/2025: Great place to stop by before take off. The menu is varied and food always freshly made! The staff are all very kind and attentive. The space although.. since the renovation not very comfortable anymore… But overall it’s one of the better places in Linate.

26/01/2025: Very large and modern environment where you can eat anything. Airport prices are therefore quite high, the atmosphere is relaxed. Definitely small portions but decent quality of the raw materials. Service to improve.

12/04/2025: Com’è caduta in basso California Bakery, ahimè. Brunch servito senza nessuna cura (scrambled eggs con capello e bacon moscio) nel menu è elencato “dolce” ma il dolce è una fragola con sotto un cucchiaino di crema al formaggio. Che peccato!

20/02/2025: io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo negozio per bere qualcosa e per una fetta di torta, il giorno 20 febbraio alle ore 17.30 circa. Ci siamo seduti (ci saranno stati al massimo una dozzina di clienti, per la maggior parte già serviti). La cameriera, una ragazza, ha cominciato a prendere gli ordini circa 20 minuti dopo il nostro ingresso, e ha servito prima una coppia appena entrata. Quando si è decisa a fermarsi al nostro tavolo le abbiamo fatto presente che eravamo arrivati molto prima degli altri, e si è subito dimostrata maleducata, scostante e poco accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato ma in seguito praticamente ha servito tutti gli altri tavoli ma non il nostro, e questo intenzionalmente. Ad un certo punto, dopo altri 15 minuti ci siamo sentiti parecchio a disagio, presi in giro, e abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Prima di uscire, ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile, ma il dipendente al bancone ha risposto che non c'era. Alla fine devo dire di essere rimasto particolarmente deluso e offeso dal comportamento del personale di sala: sono stato trattato con maleducazione, sufficienza e mancanza di rispetto. Ovviamente non tornerò in questo locale ma volevo condividere questa esperienza, per evitare ad altri il medesimo trattamento. Inutile dire che segnalerò l'accaduto in ogni sede e in ogni modo possibili.

16/04/2025: Non capisco perché ci debba essere quasi sempre la seguente proporzione: zona turistica =trappola per Turisti. Ho ordinato una Caesar salad così composta: insalata verde, 3 e dico 3 pezzettini di tacchino (?), 4 acciughe e salsa, uno spritz pessimo, 30 euro. Passi il conto… Ma il cibo è scandaloso
