18/09/2025: I've been to this pizzeria three times; initially, the results were good, but then they dropped slightly, especially in terms of service. A few days ago, I noticed a significant decline in almost all the other components. Perhaps the holidays, or perhaps something else? We'll see if it recovers over time.

17/10/2025: I don't know what to say about this gelateria where we stopped by chance on our way back from the lake! We had truly special gelato, with delicious seasonal flavors (we tried mulberry, chestnut, and pomegranate in addition to the classics), very creamy even the fruit flavors (by the way, the selection of vegan flavors, free from dairy and other animal derivatives, is quite extensive and certainly more varied than the usual sorbets you find around; it was a pleasure to see and try them). Bonus: very kind girls at the counter, cones and cups of two flavors at the great price of €2.50, and a crunchy wafer, not the usual soft wafer. We'll definitely be back!!

12/09/2025: We were recommended this restaurant by our hotelier and were so impressed. The ambiance was simple, yet tasteful. We received a warm welcome and had a fantastic meal. The meat was super tender and cooked to perfection. It was accompanied by buttered zucchini and delicious potato wedges. My husband enjoyed it so much that he ordered grilled prawns instead of dessert because he loves them so much, and he wasn't disappointed. They were also fantastically prepared. Thank you for such a wonderful meal.

09/10/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit to 8tto Granchi. As a tourist, I was only given a standard menu with extremely inflated prices, a small pasta dish for around €20 that was neither filling nor particularly flavorful. What bothered me most was that while I was served the overpriced mini portion, Italian guests at the next table were served generous plates, apparently as part of a daily special that wasn't even offered to me. It seemed like a clear two-tiered approach. The value for money here is completely out of place, and the way they treat non-Italian guests leaves a lot to be desired. I therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

04/10/2025: I was passing through the Civile area of ​​Brescia in the morning and was hungry. I saw this pizzeria open and, given the early hour, I thought they wouldn't have anything yet. Instead, I decided to go in, and I was right! I thought I was the only "crazy" person eating pizza at 10 in the morning, but instead there was a constant flow of people. The pizza is good and the prices are like they were 15 years ago: a slice for €1.50, something we haven't seen in years. Congratulations! 👏🍕

Prices not high if thats what is important for you. I hated the decoration as it felt superficial, but others will maybe love the light colours and bright lighting.
