After more than half an hour they bring the wine and appetizers but NO coffee after ten minutes I ask sorry for my coffee??? And here on the counter you have to come and take it in an annoyed way.... Then okay, I'll do it again.... Given that you don't do the service halfway, either you do it or you don't do it but it has to be written somewhere.... there was nothing visible.....at the time of paying to pay they made us pay for two coffees, even the one we didn't consume, telling us we made it.... Arrogant staff incapable of being behind the counter ...... You set yourself up as a posh place but you are not at all ..... You will never see me again

Not to mention the drinking; only craft beer at unheard of prices (18 euros per litre). If you can, avoid it and move on to something else; not that Montichiari offers much choice

27/03/2025: Choosing to go to Dina was a culinary experience that went beyond a simple dinner. Already from the entrance you could feel a welcoming atmosphere, but nothing was as refined as the cellar where we dined. The service was impeccable, with attentive and prepared staff. The true undisputed protagonist was chef Alberto Gipponi, whose deep knowledge of the material is reflected in each of his dishes and in the explanations that accompany the service. The cannelloni all'aria, the bianco su bianco and the soufflé with red turnip are absolutely worth eating: icons that fully identify the creativity and innovation of sensorial cuisine. The only thing we didn't understand was: how can a restaurant of this caliber not yet have received the star recognition (considering the whole, the correct number would be two)? I highly recommend it! We will be back.

25/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante due volte tra dicembre e marzo. Entrambe le esperienze di altissimo livello. Piatti che vanno sempre in cerca di qualcosa e che quasi sempre riescono a trovare. Sensazioni di masticazione, cotture, colori. Della prima cena ricordo in particolare due primi piatti. I casoncelli, classici e confortevoli e la pasta fredda con mandorle amare, sale e limone che rappresentava l'esatto opposto e che io ho apprezzato molto. L'altra sera invece siamo stati coinvolti dallo chef nella scelta di un ingrediente aggiuntivo per l'amuse bouche. Un sale indiano dal sapore di uovo che andava a completare un assaggio di agretti "mantecati". Molto interessante. Se devo scegliere due piatti di questo menù degustazione, direi il finocchio dall'esasperata nota acida (aceto ?), accompagnato da una bechamell e da lamelle di aglio. Crudo ! Coraggioso e buonissimo. E poi i paccheri con polpette in cui si esaltava la cottura della pasta e le polpette, della consistenza di nuvola, secondo me avevano avuto una marinatura di quelle che si fanno con la cacciagione. Insomma, tanto estro, coraggio, ma anche simpatia e, ovviamente, bravura da parte di questo chef sognatore. Mi auguro che rimanga sempre così. Tutto bene anche nel servizio, in cui interpreti sono capaci di creare un bell'ambiente casual, ma elegante. I pezzi sono sul sito. Ciao.

07/01/2025: They have a wide variety of tortellini, gnocchi, fresh pasta, lasagna and artichoke crepes. All very fresh products with excellent quality, personally the tagliatelle and tortelli alla Bresciana are my favorites but all their products are amazing.

10/04/2025: Mario and Valentina are always kind and friendly with customers. The pizza is good and you can always find it, even when you arrive late. Definitely recommended.

25/01/2025: good pizza, although the dough is not the type I prefer, it still had a good melt-in-the-mouth quality, the quality of the ingredients is good. Very good price and they are very kind. If it were possible I would give 4.5 stars.

26/03/2025: Excellent tasting of vegan dishes in a place with an incredible atmosphere. Welcoming environment and staff. It is not a restaurant but a cultural association: it is good to know that you cannot order whatever you want and that there is also a certain respect for the environment, which includes NOT WASTING food. In other words: unless you have special needs and food intolerances, the old motto "You eat (vegan) what there is!" applies.

05/01/2025: Overall a good lunch. The risotto was excellent, the tagliatelle a little overcooked. Guinea fowl good, cod so-so. The baked potatoes were all dry...it happens. We will be back to try other dishes. Comfortable environment and parking nearby.

26/12/2024: ho scelto questa trattoria per il pranzo di Natale (4 persone). Bella location in un contesto storico , camerieri e titolare gentili , ma purtroppo la qualita` del cibo in generale mi ha deluso , qualita` scadente con gusti e abbinamenti scombinati , lista vini insufficiente .

08/03/2025: Really enjoyed ice cream. Lots of flavours, even special ones. I can't wait to go back to try more! There are no benches or tables to sit outside, only a small one inside. Small inconvenience but that does not detract from the 5 stars

07/03/2025: Best Gelatto in all of Italy! The owner/server/ice cream maker is a sweetheart. The best cheesecake, and think of a delicious fogatto. We will return to Sirmione and will definitely stop by Lapecoranera again.
