17/03/2024: Small and intimate place as we like it, in the Brescia area a few km away. From Lake Garda. Lunch for my wife's birthday was very special and spot on, she opted for the dark menu for both of us, elaborate and balanced dishes throughout, for us it deserves the Michelin star 🌟. And I don't add photos because you have to go there to discover the presentation, colours, flavors and aromas of the dishes. A big thank you to all the restaurant staff.

24/03/2024: The place is nice, we waited a long time after ordering, but I understand that the place was very full. For me, who doesn't eat gluten and lactose-containing cheeses, the only option was sliced ​​meat and chips, I had no other choice. Tip: if you had gluten-free hamburger bread (which can easily be found in the supermarket) it would be a valid alternative for those with intolerances or allergies, which are increasingly common today. The steak was a little tough, the chips were good. The sandwiches looked good but having not tasted them I can't comment on them. The waiters were very kind, all in all we had a good time😊

Unfortunately, however, I have been there several times for the vegetarian ramen (once without broth and the other with broth) but I fail them both times. The pumpkin broth makes everything too stomach-churning and heavy; it doesn't really remember what the common imagination of a ramen with vegetables is. I hope they review the choice of pairings because, for the moment, we're not quite there. Ps they don't accept reservations... you go there and hope there is a seat. ;/

28/03/2024: Splendid trattoria. Very kind and witty waiters, they make you feel at home. Not everyone can cook lake fish, they do it very well. Good starters , in my opinion, the best pike salad. The first ones are good. For the second course I took char with puree, delicious. Vast wine list. Delicious desserts including ice creams that accompany them and the local passito that we tasted. Fair price. Good parking. What more can I say? Go there and see for yourself.

29/02/2024: Sono stata oggi 29.2.2024 a pranzo con un'amica, ho scelto il menù fisso che valuterei discreto. Particolare non indifferente, forse a causa della poca areazione, si esce con gli abiti che sentono di cucina. Altro particolare, la gentilezza non è una qualità di chi gestisce questa Trattoria, mi spiego meglio; al momento della prenotazione ho fatto presente che qualora ci fossero stati limiti di orario per lasciare il tavolo non avrei accettato di prenotare. La responsabile mi ha rassicurata al riguardo . Tuttavia io e la mia amica siamo state invitate a lasciare il tavolo dopo aver terminato il pranzo. Come giustificazione ci è stato detto che "bisogna fare girare l'economia" quindi mangiare in fretta e andarsene.....

27/01/2024: Davvero una piacevole scoperta. Notevole la carta dei vini divisa per regioni con un repertorio di etichette invidiabile ed uno sguardo all'esterno con proposte francesi. I taglieri di entrée propongono salumi e formaggi fuori dal circuito dozzinale e si apprezza la ricerca del prodotto così come la presentazione . Credo di aver provato una delle migliori tartare della mia vita, carne saporitissima preparata con i condimenti tipici della ricetta tradizionale.. Avrei volentieri pagato un surplus per godere del folclore dello chef che esce a prepararla al tavolo. Ci tornerò sicuramente per approfittare di ogni sua suggestione. I miei più sinceri complimenti allo chef ed allo staff
