05/10/2025: I was really surprised to read some negative reviews, because my experience was absolutely positive. The staff is kind, welcoming, and very friendly, and the place is meticulously designed, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. We tried the Sunday brunch (24 euros), which included a choice of dish, drinks (prosecco, juice, water, and coffee), a cupcake, bacon, fries, scones, and bread. The portions were generous and everything was delicious—we left feeling more than full and satisfied! We didn't try the famous pancakes because they were so filling, which made this place Foodish 2025, but we've already promised ourselves we'll return soon for a snack and try them. Highly recommended! 🌟

26/11/2025: I order an alcoholic drink, it arrives non-alcoholic, I mention it, and they tell me that if I want to exchange it, I have to pay for another. Shame. €8 for a lemonade.

24/11/2025: No gluten-free options. It's a shame that a historic pastry shop doesn't offer any gluten-free options, not even packaged ones, to satisfy celiac customers. And it's even more unfortunate that when I asked, the response was rude, as if it were obvious that a celiac wasn't welcome. Let's hope things change in the future...

20/04/2025: We visited Trattoria Caprese near Porta Garibaldi and the experience was overall positive, although not without its drawbacks. The pizza was truly excellent: soft dough, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors reminiscent of true Neapolitan tradition. Every bite confirmed the care and attention put into its preparation. Unfortunately, kitchen service was very slow: we had to wait about an hour for our pizzas. This was certainly an excessive wait, especially considering the restaurant was full but not overcrowded. It should be noted, however, that the staff was always impeccable: kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish, managing to maintain a friendly atmosphere despite the delays. In summary: excellent pizza and courteous service, but the wait times could be improved. We would gladly return, perhaps at a less crowded time.

20/11/2025: For this juice I paid 4. In total I paid €7.50 for two things, and they treated me really badly when I asked about the price.

12/07/2025: While walking along Strada Nuova and needing a quick breakfast, I came across this bakery's window display and, inspired by the variety of products, decided to give it a try, since they also have a café. I must say, I wasn't disappointed: while it's true that they offer standard baked croissants, I also find breakfast for just €3 more than reasonable. Furthermore, the staff was among the friendliest and most approachable I've ever encountered in Pavia, a detail that made the overall experience even more enjoyable. I already knew I'd be pleased with the service as soon as I ordered, since the lady serving me was so kind as to ask if I'd like a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa on my cappuccino. I rarely get asked this question, which, in its simplicity, shows great customer care. The cappuccino was delicious, by the way, with a particularly rich foam, as it should be. It was also lovely to listen to the conversations between the female staff and the regulars; They created a pleasant break that felt like home. In short, even in the rush of the day, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied by this brief experience.

21/03/2025: I was passing by and was intrigued by the variety of products. I tried them, and they were delicious.

15/09/2025: An experience to forget, table service bordering on unrealistic (one girl was about 11 years old and one was barely over 18). We chose the menu of the day, which included pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto (so we were told), a tomato pasta dish that was completely overcooked and sour. The second course was a braised beef with pepper and burnt meat (evidently unstuck from the bottom of the pan), and a tasteless polenta. The side dish was boiled vegetables, which never arrived, just like the bottled wine we ordered twice and never arrived. Perhaps we would have eaten better in a nursing home!!!

I confirm and reiterate that last night there were four of us, and you didn't explain to any of us that the wine we'd chosen was off the menu. If you had, we wouldn't have had any objections and would have written a positive review. We would have gladly returned... Have a good life.

23/08/2025: Good evening We dined at your restaurant this evening and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. First of all, the waitress or owner failed to inform us that the Natura menu offered limited wine selection, so we ended up with an extra €22.00 on our bill for a wine that wasn't worth it, and the bottle of wine wasn't even deducted. As for the food, the main course was good, but the rice was a bit bland. I don't think I'll be back.

06/12/2025: Came here a week ago with my other half visiting a native of Rho. Such a nice place, the owner and her brother were so nice. The cakes and bread all looked lovely and tasted even better. I'd recommend the choclate cake with pears, yummy, and the cornbread which the lade gave me to try. The coffee was great too. I wish I had a cafe / bakery like this in central London, but I can only dream. Grazie

04/09/2025: I'm talking about the restaurant and pub. Huge place, but very neglected and not kept up to date. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Its proximity to the Gardesana highway doesn't help, but it does have a small private parking lot. The food isn't bad, but there's definitely better. For example, the ribs covered in barbecue sauce. Too much. A small bowl on the side is enough. The classic dippers with the skin on (which I personally don't like). I also tried the chicken, and it wasn't bad. Typical of local pubs. The staff was very kind, but limited. You have to contact them to ask for anything. On the plus side, it has a play area for small children inside—it's neglected and old, but it seems clean—and outside. There's a pool table and electric darts. There are even two working pinball machines (which, for me, trumps everything else, 15 stars). A bit of a makeover and a personalized menu, different from all the others, would make it soar. For now, my rating is: Yes, okay, and where are we going tomorrow? 3 stars

28/08/2025: I'll start with the bathrooms which leave a lot to be desired, the food itself and then the condiments brought to the tables seem to me to be expired and unhygienic, the filtered water in dirty bottles and even worse the terrible cleaning.

01/12/2025: The place was disgusting, and the pizza was probably mediocre and the toppings disgusting, but the clothes were awful. There were two pizza chefs. One was young, but polite. He wore clean white clothes. He was probably new to the place. He had a smiling face and looked young, not twenty-something. The other was thin, with a beard and long hair down to his chin. He wasn't a suitable pizza chef. In fact, his clothes, his pizza-making technique, and the way he was treated were inhuman. He had an ugly face when he was angry. I think his name was [Mustafa]. He wasn't a suitable assistant because of his clothes. There was me, very mean. my husband and my eight-year-old daughter. And there was Camirara, a polite and attractive young man, cleanly dressed and very polite. He served us calmly... Unfortunately, we never saw each other again.

20/09/2025: On Saturday afternoon, I'm on the escalator going down, getting my car key ready, and... the small piece of metal falls out, having broken off the key's head due to the tiny rivet being lost. It falls flat on its side, fitting perfectly into the grooves of the escalator (!) and is swallowed up upon arrival. Panic! I contacted every Ikea employee I could find, incredulous at the absurdity of the story, but all willing to help. I thank them so much for their kindness, attention, and solidarity, and ultimately, they were happy with the positive resolution of the situation. Many, many thanks!

13/09/2025: The piadina is truly number one.... Delicious and tasty, and with a wide selection. The place is small and only seats a few people, but you can also eat outside. Centrally located.

28/08/2025: My friends and I had lunch here today. Delicious piadinas with high-quality ingredients. The sales assistant was incredibly kind, efficient, and friendly. We'll definitely be back! Recommended.

13/08/2025: Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. After waiting over 40 minutes for a pizza, I found a piece of plastic in my mouth: disgusting and dangerous. The staff barely understands Italian, including the chef, with whom it was impossible to communicate. His response to what happened? "It can happen." Unacceptable. Chaotic and disorganized service: while we were eating, they even left dirty and empty sushi plates from other customers on the table. Hygiene standards were nonexistent and there was a total lack of respect for customers. Avoid this place at all costs: a health hazard. (I have a photo of the piece of plastic in the pizza but I can't upload it. I'll try now.)
