14/09/2025: I visited the Grom gelato shop in Lecco, on the lakeside promenade, and unfortunately, the experience was truly disappointing. The service was extremely slow: there were four people behind the counter, but only one was serving the gelato, while the others seemed distracted by other tasks. The result? An interminable line and impatient customers. As for the gelato, Grom is now the only thing left. The flavors no longer bear any resemblance to the quality and tradition that once characterized them. In particular, the ricotta, fig, and almond gelato and the salted caramel were flat, flavorless, and completely different from how I remembered them. Not to mention the stracciatella milkshake: awful flavor, really hard to finish. It's a shame, because Grom was once synonymous with excellence, but this store no longer reflects that quality.

13/10/2025: I would not recommend this venue for children's birthday parties. The experience was disappointing in many ways. I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but if the owner would like to constructively discuss the reasons for my rating, he can contact me privately and I'll be happy to explain.

07/10/2025: Three of us arrived for lunch on Sunday without a reservation, and we needed to get there quickly due to upcoming commitments. Despite the busy tables, service was quick and punctual. The cheese platter was excellent, with gnocco fritto and fig and walnut jam. Everything was delicious and high-quality, and they were very attentive to any allergies. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes, including the pizza, which looked excellent.

20/10/2025: The place is nice but poorly maintained. We went for a late-morning aperitif. The place was completely messy behind the bar. It would really take very little.

21/09/2025: 7:10 PM for aperitivo. There are two of us. And nothing... the kitchen is closed so they can't do platters, maybe a toasted sandwich. The Spritz wasn't particularly good, so we only had a small bowl of chips and a bowl of taralli. If only it were just once... but every time we've been there, it's been like this: the kitchen is closed. It's a shame because the place would be worth it.

06/12/2025: We stopped in for lunch on the fly. The portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent price. I recommend it. We had the risotto with peas and real bresaola, which was delicious. Sea bass and potatoes. We spent €12 per person on water and coffee.

14/11/2025: Old place frequented by truck drivers now run by the Chinese... no complaints, they're doing a good job... Good, fresh food, more than decent prices, below average... €16 for a starter, main course, side dish, wine, water, coffee, and liqueur...

24/09/2025: Poor quality/quantity, €3 for two measly scoops, even when it comes to gelato, the wealthy shopkeepers have become stingy. From the reviews describing it as the best gelato in Milan, it's clear: Either they're relatives Or anything that resembles gelato Or they eat it for free. I don't want to advertise, but for those who truly want a sensory-taste experience, after 35 years in the city and as a gelato enthusiast, I'd like to point out that the best gelato is Massimo's, located in the Corso Sempione area, at Via L. Castelvetro 18. He's also tight-fisted, but his product is sublime. Highly recommended, even for expert gelato buffs. 😋 SLURP YUM

13/09/2025: I've had very good ice cream at Elio twice. The prices are reasonable for Milan (€4 for three flavors), and the owner is very friendly. The pistachio ice cream was great, and all the other flavors I've had were also very good (Bacio, Nocciola).

11/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti nel migliore dei modi pur non avendo prenotato (di questi tempi è quasi un obbligo). Pranzo ottimo! Abbiamo provato la cipolla caramellata...davvero squisita assieme ad altre verdure grigliate, e due primi tipici: tortelli alla zucca e agnoli ripieni di carne. Eccezionale il servizio, rapido e cortese. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono.

08/05/2025: In visita a Mantova con amici e famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo ristorante. Inizialmente siamo rimasti un po’ spaesati per il fatto di non avere un vero e proprio menu dal quale scegliere, ma una volta capito il sistema ci siamo tranquillizzati. Una volta seduti è arrivato subito da mangiare, tutto buonissimo e anche con delle quantità abbastanza generose. Il personale è il proprietario sono molto cordiali ed educati, anzi, scherzavano con i bimbi. Speso il giusto.
