25/11/2025: Never again. I ordered the fried pizza with pork rinds and ricotta, but alas, they added diced ham. My partner ordered the Margherita with fries, but they brought it with the fries still frozen. I pointed this out to them, and they denied it in the face of evidence.

22/11/2025: My 12:26 Deliveroo order hasn't arrived yet (1:50 PM), and no one's answering the phone. If you can't manage the workload, don't order; we all have to stick to our schedules.

17/01/2026: I'd like to point out that I was wrong to approach the staff through the back door, but with complete politeness and respect, asking for a bag to take away my two-year-old son's leftover pizza. After a blonde woman was super kind and courteous, saying, "Sure, I'm coming," a brunette colleague of hers, who mostly works at the tobacconist's register, arrived immediately afterward, saying in an arrogant and aggressive manner, "You can ask for things from the counter." So far, everything's normal. The problem is that she immediately turned her back on me and closed the door in my face without even giving me a chance to apologize. I find this behavior absolutely unprofessional and grossly disrespectful. For a bar like this, it's a serious downfall; I'm shocked and disconcerted. I hope it was just a coincidence and that this attitude toward customers isn't a habit.

The dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and the value for money is incredible—you'll be hard-pressed to find better. The staff is phenomenal: super friendly, helpful, attentive to your every need, and ready to offer the best advice. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, the place is cute and well-decorated, and the location is perfect for an evening with friends or a special dinner. 28/10/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues three days ago and found the food excellent and plentiful. The place is very quiet. I recommend it.

11/09/2025: It's a quiet hotel in the middle of the woods (the waterfall opposite is spectacular) and is in a great location for hikers (close to trails and the chairlift). It has an '80s style; that's its charm, but some things could be improved. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast service could be improved, but dinner is excellent (always generous). It's also ideal for celiacs. The owner is always kind and helpful, but I prefer not to comment on his wife's situation after last night's episode.

03/11/2025: I envy the land of gelato, where you can get two flavors of gelato for just 3.5 euros. I ordered mango and milk, but the mango had ginger in it. Why? It was mango and ginger. Maybe I just don't read Italian. Anyway, it was delicious💛🤍
