11/05/2025: Today I was annoyed by the comment of the shop assistant who serves the pastries. When I searched the website today 11th May at 11.05am it said that the pastry shop was closed so I called and got the answer that it was open until 12.30. When I arrived, this sales assistant said that we had called them there and they had asked if it was open. to which she felt like replying, sure, this is a chapel... but I'll say if the site tells me it's closed, I'll call no! Because today is Mother's Day I'm sure he was referring to my phone call because I live 5 minutes away if you don't want to receive these questions update the site so you don't get the ball rolling..

24/04/2025: A cool bistro, perfect for relaxing. Located in the middle of the piazza, it exudes an authentic Italian atmosphere. The garden invites you to sit, especially when the weather is nice. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is fresh and delicious. A nice place to watch and enjoy the goings-on on the square.

31/03/2025: We decided to drive down from St Moritz towards Chiavenna on a Saturday evening. The only place with some music. The place is completely full, with some nice people inside. Alessia welcomed us very warmly, she was very polite, courteous and made us feel at ease. The Linda was good, and the starters were really good. Since we are "close" we will return more often.

16/05/2025: Brought by friends who had already been there, we entered this place for the first time and were immediately impressed by the very welcoming environment. As for the food, the pizzas were very good, thin but not dry and served after a very short wait. A special note is that the water is served in thermal flasks so it always stays fresh. If we add the impeccable service, the very kind and helpful staff and the truly reasonable prices, we cannot assign less than 5 stars. Highly recommended

Il vino era di alto livello, con una selezione di etichette davvero impressionante. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata la qualità del cibo: ogni stuzzichino era fresco, gustoso e preparato con cura. 22/05/2025: Went at 18.05 they made me change tables ordered a coffee and a coke after a little while the waiter arrives and says that after 18 the coke is assimilated to an aperitif with the obligation of appetizers at 9 euros ... I got up and left ... Never again ... Avoid these "palancari" like the plague 22 May from his answer yes it is clear that after 18 you are not able to give a simple coke at the price of a coke if not with the obligation of snacks even if one does not want them ... Nice public place ... Or maybe from 18 you are in the private of the aperitif ... At least put up a sign that no one wastes time with you and write it on your social media that after a certain time certain bar services such as coffee or a drink are suspended ... This for correctness and transparency also without asking for it the waitress had already arrived with the appetizers (not requested) at the table even before the coke or coffee all to put the customer in difficulty and induce him to accept your choices... Maybe you forget that the customer makes the order and not you who are the owner at least in public establishments it works like this. I'm sorry that in your response there was not even the slightest gesture of humility but only almost arrogant firmness on the fact that if you don't spend what you think some are not worthy of your place which I remind you is a public establishment and not a private one with a card at the entrance. 31/05/2025: Extremely Disappointed by the Rude Service Xin Fu Ji Milano – 30 May 2025, 20:30 We were absolutely shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior we experienced during our visit to Xin Fu Ji Milano. There were six of us dining together. From the start, we clearly informed the waitress that we do not eat pork before placing our orders. One of the dishes ordered was Orange Chicken. However, the waitress brought out Orange Duck instead. When we told her it was the wrong dish and that we do not eat duck either, she didn’t apologize. Instead, she rudely replied, “I thought you said you only don’t eat pork??” — as if it were our fault. When we firmly stated that we had ordered Orange Chicken, she argued that the restaurant only serves Orange Duck, not chicken — something that, if true, should have been explained at the beginning. The situation escalated when another young waitress approached us and accused us of ordering the wrong dish. As we tried to calmly explain what had actually happened, she stood with her hands on her waist in a clearly confrontational and disrespectful stance. Not long after, an older woman — seemingly the mother of the two waitresses — came to our table and asked, “Did you order the wrong dish?” It became clear to us that the waitresses had misrepresented the situation to their mother, implying that we were at fault. This made us even more upset, and we felt compelled to stand up for ourselves. Eventually, under pressure, the first waitress admitted that she had misheard and made the mistake. But by then, the damage had been done. To be spoken to with such rudeness, blamed for a staff error, and treated with zero respect — especially by staff much younger than us — was absolutely unacceptable. We simply cannot believe that anyone in the hospitality industry would treat paying customers this way. What should have been a pleasant dinner turned into a deeply upsetting and unpleasant experience. We sincerely hope the management addresses this behavior seriously so that no future guests are treated the same way.

19/05/2025: Great lunch break. Perhaps the best ethnic restaurant for lunch in the S. Babila area. Excellent and plentiful dishes.
