07/08/2024: era da tempo che volevo provare questo ristorante, mi incuriosivano le descrizioni che ne avevo ricevuto, ero in zona e mi sono fermato.
locale elegante con un bel giardino dove mangiare, atmosfera piacevole
personale presente, gentile e attento (forse perchè sono stato tra i primi a presentarmi)
per quanto riguarda il cibo, beh, mi aspettavo di più : materie prime buone ma non eccezionali, mix di sapori non innovativi, impiattamento "normale", poca scelta di vini al calice
insoma si paga la location.
per lo stesso prezzo (non propriamente "cheap") ho mangiato molto meglio da altre parti

13/07/2024: Excellent experience in this place in Busto Arsizio. Delicious raw materials, excellent pizza and light and easily digestible dough.
The desserts are homemade and really tasty, a good choice of beers with suggestions on how to combine them for each pizza (among other things, the beers are not always the usual ones but, in fact, they are artisanal or on tap and are really special!).
In short, Officina del Gusto has risen to first place in my top ten!
Efficient service, the girls are young, kind and really professional, they fly at the tables.
The prices are average and still justified for what you can taste in this place.
The bruschettas are also very popular and are very special.
I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

07/07/2024: Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Delicious Japan cuisine. The fish it’s super fresh and very tasty. The edamame even tho we got the spicy one was just on spot. Fresh wasabi. Delicious salad from alghe not sweet as often. Not heavy as usually fusions or Asian restaurants which makes me feel heavy afterwards. My friend got vegan sushi 🍣. Delicious wine 🍷 and limoncello and coffee ☕️ with sambuca.

Very high quality/price ratio!
Very friendly staff and owner passionate about photography and art.
27/08/2024: Creamy but banal ice cream, pure faded pistachio, you can't tell it's pistachio, you can't feel it at all; ditto hazelnut, the flavors of the creams are all similar. The cakes displayed in the fridge look like they were made by a child, they may be delicious but the eye wants its part.

20/07/2024: Excellent service and very delicious Panzerotto. We paid 4.5 euros for this freshly made delight. Very big and very rich.
Plus, there is the option to open it up and add more filling.
I recommend visiting them if you are in the area.

Small place for take away.
Fresh and genuine products and really good flavours.
Both hot and cold the panzerotto at Ettore is a certainty.
Seeing is believing.
Friendliness and hospitality.
Clean place but could be presented better.
It's a shame for the degradation that pervades the Navigli area.
I recommend trying this delicacy, with fair prices and really good tastes.

08/08/2024: The food was excellent, both the cuisine and the pizza. The elegant place, crowded but not noisy. The staff were kind and attentive.
06/08/2024: The place is very nice, the desserts are really delicious. The only really bad thing was the waitress. His attitude was anything but kind, he spoke abruptly and to my question about the availability of matcha he replied “what is matcha?”. After having briefly explained what it is (but I think someone working in such a modern place should be aware of such a product) the waitress replied in an even more malevolent way as if I were at your house and I ask you to serve me "Mrs. , we don't have powders with dyes, they are all colored powders!".
So I repeat, the place itself is really nice! However, I think that the staff should behave a little more courteously and not come over at opening time and start sweeping the floor near the table where the customers are still sitting.

24/08/2024: I find the restaurant just fine. Food is ok, but if you like it spicy be ready that 3 chilis is not „very spicy“. Inside it smells strongly like kitchen, so better to sit outside.
17/08/2024: A restaurant that I often frequent, the pokè made with excellent quality and abundant ingredients is unmissable, without taking anything away from the rest of the menu which is truly excellent!
