If a pizzeria had a Michelin star, this place would deserve it for everything! Food? A quality that's superior to the classic, traditional pizzeria! Service? Young guys and girls who, with a smile on their faces, bring courtesy, helpfulness, and friendliness! Ambience? A small, meticulously maintained, very clean place that transmits warmth to every customer! The owner at the cash register is very young and calmly manages the various orders! Quality/price ratio is top notch! A little paradise in the center of Cremona that I recommend to all pizza lovers! You'll always find the right dough for you! 08/10/2025: I'm now in the pizzeria and DESPITE BEING RECOMMENDED NOT TO COOK THE PIZZA SO THAT IT BURNED ON THE BOTTOM, I waited for people who arrived after me to be served, to receive a pizza BURNED ON THE BOTTOM that smells of burnt.

02/09/2025: They only kept the name from the old Panis. After the change of management, everything got drastically worse. They kept the photos of the pizzas from the old management, but the dough has nothing to do with them. It's a real shame because the pizza was truly exceptional at the old place. I won't be returning.

23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram, I had high expectations about their pizza seeing their workmanship so I was a little scared they wouldn't live up to it.... instead they exceeded expectations and by far, the pizza was delicious, light, thin but also crunchy, I tried the cloud dough, also very good, my advice on the cloud is to divide it so you can appreciate it better, very fast and efficient service. I put 4 stars in the service only because I don't go crazy about the soft light but despite this I'm waiting for them to reopen to go back!!! best pizzeria in Crema hands down

06/10/2025: An excellent restaurant located in the ancient Cistercian court of Morimondo (a few kilometers from Milan). This restaurant serves primarily traditional Lombard cuisine. One of the best dishes is the risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco, a masterfully executed dish, personally the best I've ever tasted!! This time we wanted to try other dishes, and I must say they lived up to our expectations. I'm talking about a cheese appetizer accompanied by honey, pear jam, and sweet and sour onion. We then ordered two main courses: a sliced ​​beef steak with porcini mushrooms and a chicken supreme with paprika. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and made with excellent ingredients. This restaurant confirms itself as an excellent destination for enjoying excellent cuisine at a price commensurate with the quality of the ingredients and the service. This restaurant also offers a wide and excellent selection of craft beers. Reservations are not required during the week, but are strongly recommended on weekends due to the large crowds. Highly recommended.

The pizza is thick and delicious. They make a variety of dishes, from Milanese cutlet to spaghetti allo scoglio. I had an excellent, generous plate of spaghetti allo scoglio.
