Discovered by chance, pizza by the slice with light dough and well cooked, tried the Margherita and the 4 cheeses but there are many variations, I highly recommend

Excellent pizza by the slice, since we discovered it we can no longer do without it! The pizza is super stuffed and in addition to their proposals (for all tastes) it is possible to customize it. Filomena and Massimo are super kind and extremely helpful. The baked pizzas are ready quickly and can be booked. I now subscribe to the Fantasia pizza, my partner with the classic cooked ham and mushrooms. Super recommended!

Pizze al trancio fantastiche e ottimo trattamento! ci hanno letteralmente salvato la festa e tutti gli invitati erano entusiasti della pizza. Davvero complimenti a Filomena e Massimo, non solo per la professionalità ma anche per la gentilezza!

La migliore pizza al trancio di San Donato! La pizza e` ottima, saporita ed alta. La porzione abbondante e` un quarto di teglia. Tantissime opzioni ed e` sempre possibile personalizzarla con svariati ingredienti di qualita`. Focacce, in tradizione pugliese, lisce o farcite, panzerotti al forno e molto altro completano il menu per i piu` affamati o per una merenda da passeggio! Massimo e Filomena sono sempre gentilissimi e per chi ha piu` fretta c'e` modo di consumare in loco senza alcun costo ulteriore (coperto o che), ti tagliano la pizza in vassoio a quadrati e a disposizione ci sono posate monouso ecologiche e tovaglioli. Il locale e` pulitissimo. Come per gastronomie ed altri alimentari non ci sono bagni. Se avete fretta o non avete modo di aspettare in negozio, conviene prenotare per telefono, l'orario concordato viene rispettato puntualmente.

02/04/2024: All good, the only thing with three people there and 5 customers I would have liked a little more information, that is, as a Neapolitan and a bartender I ask you for a macchiato and you ask me for cream? I would like to know what you are referring to since I could think of milk cream since there are also people who want the latte to be foamed. I said yes and I received the macchiato with sugar cream which I didn't want, but just specify cream in the question... with sugar or without? Also because being in the center it's not just locals who perhaps understand what we mean. Having said that, the coffee is good, good machine and good barista who made the coffee.

Cavoli a Merenda!

27/02/2024: It all starts with a call on the street, where they ask you what you wanted, and then you find yourself in the courtyard of a residential building. A very beautiful and privileged home. On the left along the stairs, 1st floor, you can also take the elevator. You are greeted by opening the door and you immediately find yourself in the atmosphere of an apartment where you are a very respectable guest. The tables themselves are located in the greenhouse. The service is impeccable! The food is very good! I took shrimp 🦐 and artichokes, raw and cooked - excellent; octopus 🐙 - average, because it is stated that it is crispy, but it is not crispy and there was a feeling that it was not the first freshness, but the sauce evens everything out; white fish - the fish itself is cooked perfectly, but the serving contains sun-dried tomatoes - and they have no use here, only as decoration, then flowers would be better. Tiramisu - excellent!
30/01/2024: Attentive service and suggestive location. I wasn't thrilled with the dishes chosen, I probably didn't make the best choices. Overall good.
