The quality of the gelato is beyond dispute; it's a good product, and for that I'd give it 5 stars. I'm only giving it 3 because the staff inside are very rude and unsuitable for welcoming customers. They're not very kind, they're not very courteous, and they also lack important hygiene measures. You can't serve gelato without at least a cap on your hair or with it completely tied back, especially if your hair is very long. Anyone who knows the place knows exactly what I mean. Frankly, this is a serious lack of hygiene that's unbecoming of an gelato shop. We hope the owner addresses these issues to improve the service and avoid losing customers.
