17/08/2024: Many dishes mentioned on the menu were not available (lasagna, clam linguine, etc.). The carbonara pasta was not cooked and very poorly cooked. The last guest's pizza arrived when the others had finished eating! Only 1 server tried to save our meal unlike his very unfriendly colleague! Strongly not recommended
17/08/2024: I went to this restaurant this evening with my friends,
premise that from how it was described to us we had high expectations, but this was not the case.
About 1 and a half hours of waiting for 3 pasta and potatoes and some spaghetti,
of which there was not a shadow of the idea of pasta and potatoes which was without provola.
exaggerated prices for the service and quality of the goods.
I give a total of three stars only for Fernando's education and kindness,
Absolutely wasted person in there.
fernando I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being able to convey something positive to us despite, as described above, we were not feeling well at all.

16/07/2024: IT IS NOW STILL CLOSED, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO REOPEN UNDER THE "NAME" pub restaurant royal, between 15/30 June, now given that we are in the middle of summer it is thought that it will open at the end of July or September at this point!, however, see the usual website 🤷. I was passing by and they were still doing the work and he spoke to me I think it was the new owner
17/03/2024: Sconsigliato per la mala gestione delle ordinazioni e del personale. Ho chiesto una birra da 1L per poi ripensarci subito dopo e cambiare l'ordinazione, saranno passati 30 secondi da quando il cameriere se n'era andato. Mi ha detto di sì, poteva cambiarla, e poi è arrivato lo stesso con la birra da 1L perché, a detta sua, aveva già "lanciato" l'ordinazione e non di poteva cambiare. Le birre da un litro NON si possono dividere, categoricamente vietato. I bagni sono sporchi, senza parlare del fatto che sono rimasta chiusa dentro senza che ci fosse la chiave. La porta si era incastrata. Ho dovuto urlare finché qualcuno non mi ha sentito.
L'unico punto a favore è la birra, niente male.

24/07/2024: Very bad and exploitative. He presented us with an imaginary bill. We were ordering from the menu, and suddenly he brought an invoice that said a dish from off the menu was 250 euros, in addition to our dish, which I ordered, for approximately 30 euros. The discussion with them was long, but it is clear that they are lying and trying to make us pay in any way. He threatened us with calling the police, and we informed them. They called the police. In the end, we paid 100 euros after a discussion that lasted about half an hour

17/07/2024: Premetto che sono arrivato qui con grandi aspettative, perché desideravo provare a mangiare hotpot da ormai diversi anni.
Una volta entrati si ha subito un buon impatto, il locale è ben arredato e tenuto bene.
Ci accomodiamo e ci viene chiesto se sapevamo come funzionasse, essendo la prima volta rispondiamo di no, e quindi ci viene semplicemente spiegato che in sostanza si possono mettere fino a 3 brodi diversi in mezzo al tavolo e che per ogni persona che vuole usare le salse sono 3,50€, senza limiti di utilizzo.
Tutti gasati ordiniamo, premetto che eravamo in 4 con due persone vegetariane... Con molta rapidità ci viene portato il brodo e le pietanze ordinate.
Qui iniziano i problemi, avendo specificato appena seduti che per noi era la prima volta un po' più di spiegazioni e "accompagnamento" sulle cotture, le salse e magari qualche consiglio non sarebbe guastato, tutt'altro.
Purtroppo non è finita qui.. abbiamo ordinato calamari e seppie, provati a cuocere in tutti i modi, scottati appena, cotti "più a lungo" niente non c'era verso.. Rimanevano sempre durissimi, immangiabili, chiaramente non freschi.
Lo facciamo notare al cameriere che, dopo essersi stizzito, ci ha portato via i piatti dicendo che c'è li avrebbe tolti dal conto.
La qualità della verdura e della carne in compenso era buona.
Gli spaghetti così così, non li consiglierei, sopratutto quelli di patate, sono gelatinosi.
Concludiamo in fretta la cena.. Per un totale di circa 34 euro per persona compreso di due bottiglie di acqua, una coca piccola zero e una bottiglia di prosecco ( che sapeva leggermente di tappo ma non abbiamo voluto questionare ulteriormente )
Voglio concludere dicendo che un posto che serve pietanze crude da cuocere non può permettersi di avere una materia prima non fresca, sopratutto se si tratta di pesce. La gente rischia di star male.
Esperienza ben al di sotto delle aspettative, dubito tornerò.
26/04/2024: Io e mia sorella ci siamo trovate benissimo 😍😍😍 ottima scelta di brodo e di verdure, carne e spaghetti. Il brodo di funghi spettacolare!!! Personale gentilissimo e un big up per il cestino in bagno per appoggiare telefono o altro.
