Sono stata tre volte in questo locale che mi ha indicato un'amica: discreto, tranquillo, ottimi vini e ottimi piatti con assaggi siciliani. Il gestore è una persona con una raffinatezza tutta siciliana,gentile competente, disponibile; è un piacere andare in questo posto fuori dai circuiti con un servizio curato. Daniela

Passato per caso in una sera milanese, ho trovato un ambiente accogliente e materie prime di livello, un tocco di Sicilia. Bravi

Exceptional food, wine and hospitality!

Very nice place 2 steps from the Cenisio stop, in the heart of the new buzzing No.Ce neighborhood. (North Cenisio). Wide choice of bottles of wine (mostly Sicilian). We chose a bubbles, accompanied by a platter of typical products. Pretty nice environment, friendly staff. We will be back!

I may be biased, but Andrea and I always go to Sikania very willingly... good wine, informal environment, very good food... And then Vincenzo makes the difference, he is always attentive, helpful and kind...
