11/07/2025: Something's wrong. Until a few years ago, this was a real competitor to panino giusto, and now it seems like a run-down place. We went for a sandwich at 8:50 on a Thursday night. We were the only customers, and they barely got us seated with a rude "we close at 10:00." At this point, no one told us that the kitchen was already closed, and we couldn't eat anything cooked (and we didn't have the heart to leave, having already ordered drinks). It's truly out of this world not to be able to have dinner at 8:50, with only three customers, and fries in a sandwich shop. If this is the way things are going this evening, it's obvious there aren't any customers!

13/05/2025: En restaurant med nydelig utsikt mot gamlebyen og omegn. Personalet er kunnskapsrike, oppmerksomme og yter veldig god service, noe som gjør at stemningen i lokalet blir veldig fin. Mat og vin var helt utmerket. Vi avsluttet kvelden med en nydelig sjokolademousse som kan sterkt anbefales 😋

05/07/2025: You can't put 0 So I vote 1. Highly discouraged. If you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you. Not only are they wrong, they are also extremely rude. Like my girlfriend, I leave a negative review, because I can't do more than warn all the people who will look for advice on the internet. Spend one euro more and go to a pizzeria That won't leave you disappointed and regretful. €8 for Margherita pizza with chips. An hour of work for many of us.

28/05/2025: Annoyed owner. You come in, say hello and you get no response, after several attempts to “approach”, you are finally taken into consideration. You simply ask for two coffees with cold milk on the side and both the cups and the milk jug are slammed on the counter of the place. You pay, leave and say hello and again you get no response. However, with customers who, I assume are regulars, there is cordiality and sympathy. Excellent way to gain loyalty from other customers.

04/11/2025: Great experience at POKERIA! Clean place, friendly and smiling staff, always fresh and high-quality ingredients. The poke bowls are delicious and well-balanced. Highly recommended for those who love healthy and tasty food 😋

19/06/2025: Terrible service, the girls at the counter were really unpleasant! The products are probably good but with the customer service they offer I wouldn't be surprised if in a year the place was gone. I passed by chance but I won't go back even by mistake!!!!

29/08/2025: Extremely rude from the manager. My dad and I had two coffees, and the change included a 20-cent coin that looked like it had been run over by a steamroller. Nothing serious so far, but when after a few seconds I kindly asked the clerk (I assume the manager) to change the 20-cent coin for me, she threw a terrible tantrum! Ranting in a sour and exaggerated tone, she claimed that they hadn't given me the coin. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. At that point, I pointed out (again politely) that it wouldn't make sense to be smart about a coin, and the manager took a 20-cent coin from the register, slammed it violently on the counter, and walked away muttering something about me. I've had a shop for 30 years and know how to treat customers (it's not always easy), and it's sad to see a renowned place like this (my parents have been going there for several years) employ such RUDE staff. The owner, having a downtown store (and therefore a high traffic area), can probably afford to hire staff whose job it is to make him lose customers. If you only knew how many professional, kind, empathetic, and smiling sales assistants (smiling and politeness are perhaps forbidden in this place) are looking for a job!
