27/06/2025: Excellent place to eat. From the seafood menu to the meat menu, you are spoiled for choice. The owner Dino, as well as the chef, together with his wife Pamela, are so courteous and kind that they immediately put you at ease. My daughter always prefers fish appetizers, scampi cream risotto and fried fish. Everywhere she goes she says "good, but not better than Dino's". So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

27/06/2025: An acquaintance from Rome recommended it to us, and the spaghetti with clams was delicious, and the chocolate tortelino was exquisite. It's a pleasure to eat this way when you're away from home. We were delighted to have such a good dinner.

29/05/2025: Drank some of the best coffee in Rome in this place! It was near our airbnb and discovered this gem right downstairs to our apartment. Came back for the panini, which i can say were very good and just what we needed before our flight back home!

29/05/2025: We were lucky to have our Airbnb right next to this place. Although most of the nights we spent downtown, we were inspired enough to try coffee here and in our last day, we came for some chill time and two paninis. Wow, what a place! We really felt welcomed, the food was great and worth the money, the coffee was also tasteful and the personal was very very kind! Kindly recommend!

15/07/2025: This restaurant is always a great choice. It's located in a very quiet area, and in the summer you can eat outside, often enjoying a cool breeze, even when Rome is scorching hot. The food is always excellent and well-presented, with impeccable service. I definitely recommend it!

08/07/2025: Recommended by friends, I celebrated my 30th birthday here for lunch. There's not much to say: the place is fantastic. Quality food, generous portions, extremely friendly staff, a true oasis of pleasure just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You immediately notice their ability to accommodate large groups; the staff immediately made us feel at home and guided us effortlessly through their menu (a fixed price of €35 excluding drinks, or à la carte if you prefer). They offer a wide variety of pasta and meat dishes, so much so that one visit isn't enough to try all the best dishes. Our vegetarian guest also had no problem; she was offered a complementary meal, but it was still cooked with passion. The rustic-looking restaurant is very well-kept, and looking out into the courtyard, you can easily imagine being in a luxurious setting. The price can easily rise if you're not careful about overindulging, but the final bill won't be a burden at all given the quality of the experience. I can't wait to go back

28/06/2025: They hate foreigners in this neighborhood, especially here. They serve you bitter American coffee (they have an espresso machine) from a terrible filter. They serve you with a long face and heat up the tuna sandwich from a can. Don't be mistaken, they don't love you here, nor do they want your money... they are not happy people who welcome you.

Creamy white cheese pasta the way you hope it will be but better. Thank you for having us. Prices are excellent and the food will not disappoint. As a traveler I always recommend on asking for their recommendations. 10/10. They had a bone steak that was SIZZILING of the plate which I can assume it is amazing. Price for it is actually average for the city. This might be the under rated restaurant of Rome. Please definitely check it out. amazing quality for sure !!!

12/06/2025: First time at Akira and it was an exceptional experience. Greta served us and with so much sweetness and education she advised and helped us in choosing the dishes. We had the chicken guioza, the veg onigiri, ramen with chicken karaage and the one with shoyu sauce. Everything was truly amazing, the delicate but present flavors and all the dishes presented very well. To finish we chose the matcha tiramisu and… mammamia… the best I have ever eaten. Thanks guys, you made our evening fantastic! Greta, you are so sweet!!

12/06/2025: The portion is very small and can be finished in two bites. The noodles are very hard and the soup is very salty. The price of a serving of noodles is not cheap, so I definitely avoid it.

30/06/2025: Really cute gelateria near the Vatican City. My family walked here after climbing the dome at St Peter’s basilica. My son had gelato while I enjoyed a strawberry granita. The staff was very friendly. I recommend coming here.
