Regarding the quality of their products, there's nothing to complain about. Both the savory and sweet pastries are excellent, especially their famous pasticciotti. In my opinion, the gianduia one deserves 5 stars!
I do have a few complaints about the staff, though.
I've always found them kind and welcoming, but in recent months I think their staff has changed.

The staff isn't very attentive; they pass orders around and even get them wrong. If only they didn't differentiate the price between a filled vegan croissant and an empty one, because they'd give you the wrong one later...

There's always a flow of important people, yet they try to move quickly. What do we want to say about pasticciotti? Like having a portal overlooking Puglia right in the middle of Termini.

Martinucci Laboratory is located in the basement of Rome's Termini station.
It has a long window with the cash register on the right, followed by a counter with a display case where their products are displayed.
There isn't much seating except for a small area to the right of the register with stools and a small counter.
It's a place for standing orders or takeaway.
They're famous for their Apulian pasticciotti, which come in several delicious variations.
They also offer the classic breakfast croissant, always available in a variety of flavors.
The bakery is suitable for all types of customers: adults and children.
Obviously, there's no parking as the shop is located inside the station.
Martinucci Laboratory is easily accessible even with a stroller or wheelchair.

Until a year ago the service was impeccable, this year I've noticed a significant deterioration to say the least. While you're paying the guy yells and talks to others without listening to what you ask, and he does it continuously. In the end I pay for water I didn't ask for and desserts that were packaged incorrectly because I had chosen a different flavor. Much, much worse!
