29/09/2025: Service has deteriorated significantly over the years. Four tables full of customers and extremely long waits for orders, yet they give priority to takeout orders. Prices have gone up, portions have gone down, and the wait staff is inadequate.

Nothing to complain about, but I'm rather surprised by the negative reviews, which I disagree with. Congratulations, the best Alice I've tried.

Classic grandmother's dishes; all delicious, of course, but truly, very, very simple. You eat and drink your fill with satisfaction; minimal effort for maximum effect. When it came to the bill, I felt like a thief... Ao is really not enough👏

09/10/2025: I bought a LITTLE CAKE for 6 people with berries, a tart base, and Chantilly cream. The base is bland, the cream is nothing special, and the only thing I can say is that the fruit is good... maybe even frozen... and for €30... well, what can I say? I don't think I'll buy any more cakes. They've raised the prices exponentially. It's a shame because I'm very fond of this place...

31/10/2025: A terrible experience and feeling treated differently I'm so sorry to have to write this review, but my experience left me feeling doubly hurt: first by the poor service, and then by the humiliation of feeling treated differently, perhaps because I'm a foreigner. The situation is simple: I had ordered a pizza. When I walked in, I made eye contact with a waitress who, evidently, realized I was the one who had ordered. Instead of handing me the pizza right away, she turned around and went back to the kitchen, making me wait for over ten minutes before coming out and giving it to me. I mean, if this is how you work, it's simply shameful! I politely asked the waitress to cut the pizza. One of them responded in an extremely impatient and dismissive tone, scolding me: "When there are so many people, you can't say things like that to me!" This response in itself was rude. But I wonder: if a local customer had made the same simple request, would he have used the same tone of contempt and reproach? Cutting pizza is a basic service, which should not be refused in any restaurant. In the end, when I got home, I discovered that out of two pizzas, he had only cut one. After all this, truly disgusting.

21/10/2025: Hi, yesterday I came here for the first time and had a pistachio mignon, and I have to say it was good. The place is spacious and the prices are average.

07/09/2025: What can I say... A point of reference in Monteverde... An excellent selection of dry and fresh pastries... Rustic cakes, pizzas, sandwiches, brioches, and everything you need to organize refreshments at a fair price and of excellent quality. A family-run business, friendly and professional. At lunchtime, you can enjoy excellent first courses, focaccia, and much more. In the afternoon, fantastic aperitifs. Al fresco dining is available. Themed evenings are also available. Excellent, crispy Roman pizza.

25/08/2025: I came in hungry and took away a really good sandwich at a fair price. I'll definitely try it again; they had some really tempting mini appetizer portions. 😉😊

15/10/2025: The pizza is good, IF, and I mean IF, you can buy it, since there's always only one person serving even at peak times. They're also VERY SLOW at serving even when they should be speeding up a bit, with the line extending outside the restaurant and people crammed into that 3 square meters of space inside. I've given up more times, leaving the line than I've actually managed to order. Unnerving.

13/10/2025: Alice's pizza is undoubtedly good, but it's a shame that today I was served by a young lady who wasn't at all friendly, rather rude, and unhelpful. I've ordered a lot of takeout pizza; the first few slices didn't need to be reheated, and I said there was no need... but the rest did! But by then it was too late: the lady told me that, once the pizza was cut, it couldn't be reheated. Ah! If I ever have to buy it again, I'll try home delivery: maybe I'll have better luck! Too bad.

30/10/2025: Alice is always a guarantee, with top-quality pizza and exceptionally kind and patient staff! Due to the crowds at certain times, the staff sometimes seem to be rushed; perhaps a few more could be needed.
