28/09/2025: We went to the new Latina location, a beautiful, modern space on two floors. The pizza was typically Neapolitan (it seems like this is the only type of pizza in Latina anymore), with fried foods that were too greasy, like potato chips. The pizza was good, with many variations and flavors, but the thing that didn't work was the service. All the staff have walkie-talkies, and they're constantly talking to each other. Well, after taking our orders (two of us had chosen the falia), they started delivering... except for the falia!!! After half an hour, I called the girl to ask how ours were going. She came back shortly after, saying the falia were out, no one had started it, and she had forgotten to let us know!!!!!! If we hadn't asked again, we would have been waiting for someone to let us know...

They wouldn't give me a bag even though I've been going there for years to get pizza bianca in the morning. The owner told me I spend too little. I got the impression that they treat some customers one way and others very roughly. Their dislike for me started with one clerk and then spread to the others. I'll never set foot there again. Fortunately, I also go to other places where I'm treated differently, and even if I simply order bread, they give me a bag without asking, and where humanity is still present. P.S. I always carry a bag; I asked for it once and the clerk wouldn't give it to me. P.S. It's best to draw a veil over the clerks. Plus, they kept giving me the parts near the crust of the pizza bianca. The last time the young girl who recently arrived performed this annoying repertoire. No comment

No complaints, but like most bakeries, I recommend making more lactose-free products, since all dairy-derived ingredients are also lactose-free. The flavors and preparations wouldn't change, but it would appeal to a much wider clientele.

27/03/2026: The hotel exceeded our expectations. It's located in a pleasantly quiet area. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant area with its adjoining children's playroom, ideal for those who want to enjoy a family stay but also want to give the kids a chance to let off steam. Dinner fully satisfied our palates; the pizza was delicious (Italian pizza chef), the first courses delicious, and the desserts unexpectedly good. I'm celiac and was able to eat without any worries as the kitchen is equipped for gluten-free meals. They even made me homemade tarts for breakfast and provided bread for meals. The staff was always kind and helpful, and the room was very clean with a nice little balcony. I recommend it.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

02/06/2026: Excellent modern bakery in the Tiburtina area. I've always had takeout, both savory and sweet, and the vibes have always been great. The products are always fresh and baked daily, even in the afternoon (6-7 pm). For example, the pizza by the slice is delicious, with a well-ripened dough, light and super crunchy 😉😋. All the pizzas are excellent, but the pizza bianca with freshly sliced ​​mortadella is always a must. The classic mini pizzas, in various versions, are also delicious and tempting; you could eat dozens of them 😅. The dessert section is also always well-stocked, especially in the morning, with croissants 🥐, cream puffs, cream doughnuts, and much more. Their apple cake 🥧 is definitely worth trying, 100% artisanal and heavenly 😱😱. Of course, you pay for the quality of the products; in fact, the prices are slightly above average, but they reflect the quality of the product. The counter service is always kind and friendly. Of course, it's best to avoid peak hours (lunch and aperitifs) because it's always quite crowded 🤷‍♂️. Congratulations, guys 👍👍

04/06/2026: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. I only ordered a burrata and a glass of wine. The burrata was disappointing, as the quality seemed rather average and the presentation was very uninspired – some iceberg lettuce and a few whole tomatoes on the plate didn't look particularly high-quality. The service also left a bad impression: the staff was inattentive, sometimes unfriendly, and repeatedly engaged in private conversations right next to the guests. I found it particularly disturbing that the owner repeatedly shouted loudly through the restaurant and addressed passersby during my visit, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable there. To me, the restaurant seems heavily geared towards tourists, without being able to impress in terms of either quality or service.

26/05/2026: Lauro Bistro is a proper cocktail bar, and the only that I have found in Rome. I am very impressed with the staff! Especially, Shamim! A great guy! The neighborhood is great as well!
