22/01/2026: The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable. The toasted sandwiches are truly extra large, crispy and flaky! The burgers and main courses like the eggplant parmigiana are also not to be underestimated! A different kind of place!!!

I ordered a Mont Blanc, which didn't even remotely reflect the original, as it had no meringues inside, no chocolate chips, and no Chantilly cream—just another dessert. I paid almost €40 for a small dessert (5 people), including cream, which was unacceptable.

29/12/2025: Terrible service. We sat down at 9:30 PM and, after ordering four sandwiches and an appetizer, noticed that after an hour or so, dishes were arriving for the tables that came after us. So we asked for an explanation of the long wait. The waiter told us to relax and that if we were in a hurry, we should let them know (all this was said at 11 PM), thus gaining a familiarity that wasn't there simply because, according to the waiter, we were young. The sandwiches were mediocre, if not cold and stale, and it was obvious.
08/11/2025: Perfect for celiacs if you like sandwiches!

01/02/2026: Walked in the restaurant and 2 seconds after the lady serving the pizza started yelling at me in asking what I what so I got pressured to randomly select pizza.
Then the nightmare continues..,

Then she “heats”

There was only 2 of us in the restaurant at the time
Proceeds to cut a big chunk but Im too scared to correct her. So I just paid. When I sat down to eat the pizza was cold.
Middle aged lady focused too much on screaming and rushing than actually heating the pizza properly
I guess it’s okay pizza and reasonably price for Termini if you don’t mind getting screamed at😂
01/02/2026: Awful pizza, the woman serving emptied bin and carried on serving and was touching our boxes with her hands where she then put the pizza - it put us off and for €7 it seemed a lot as you pay on weight not by slice

19/01/2026: I decided to celebrate my son's 18th birthday, already knowing the venue, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The guests were comfortable and satisfied, everything went as planned and agreed.
They handled a table of more than 20 people (including vegetarians) admirably!
