06/10/2025: I arrived at 7:55 PM to pick up two boxes, closed!!! This is respect for customers, for those who came specifically, on foot. I was a customer of yours, but I will never come again. There are pastry shops out there, but politeness and respect are increasingly rare.

Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano.
Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa.
Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!
06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada.
El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto.
Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional.
Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable.
Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

We popped in for an aperitivo and... what a pleasant surprise! Even with the basic €10 menu, the service was friendly, attentive, and always smiling—not a given, especially during rush hour! 😄
The atmosphere? Super welcoming. We sat on the sofa, and between chats and appetizers, it truly felt like we were in our own living room... only with nicer lighting and better cocktails!
A place where you're always happy to see each other again, even just for the sake of having a good time, without too many frills but with that touch of warmth that makes you say, "Let's come back soon!"

I've eaten here several times and have never left the table with an empty stomach or dissatisfied with my food. The prices are fair.

17/12/2025: Takeout. I ordered takeout from them... driven by an uncontrollable craving for Chinese food! I went in myself, so no delivery. Inside, it's clean and tidy... 80s-90s-style decor. The owner and staff are kind and quick. I must have waited about 10-12 minutes. I had grilled meat ravioli, special rice, and shrimp with teriyaki sauce and vegetables.
Honestly, I've had better rice... but it wasn't bad. A good alternative to pizza. Prices are average... they also do sushi.
29/11/2025: The place is nice. Some tables are pretty close to each other, while others feel more reserved. The food is impeccable, everything was served perfectly.
If, or when, I'm in the area again, I'll definitely visit again.
