The products are always fresh and baked daily, even in the afternoon (6-7 pm). For example, the pizza by the slice is delicious, with a well-ripened dough, light and super crunchy 😉😋. All the pizzas are excellent, but the pizza bianca with freshly sliced ​​mortadella is always a must. The classic mini pizzas, in various versions, are also delicious and tempting; you could eat dozens of them 😅. The dessert section is also always well-stocked, especially in the morning, with croissants 🥐, cream puffs, cream doughnuts, and much more. Their apple cake 🥧 is definitely worth trying, 100% artisanal and heavenly 😱😱. Of course, you pay for the quality of the products; in fact, the prices are slightly above average, but they reflect the quality of the product. The counter service is always kind and friendly. Of course, it's best to avoid peak hours (lunch and aperitifs) because it's always quite crowded 🤷‍♂️. Congratulations, guys 👍👍

My favorite pizza is salami and sliced ​​cheese, and I recommend it to everyone. The caveat is that they only serve red pizza, which can be topped with a variety of ingredients. Angelo's friendliness alone is worth the trip; it brightens up your day, as is his friendly and helpful service. The place is typical of Sora; you can really feel the tradition, and it serves traditional Sora pizza that's always piping hot. I highly recommend it.

Sandwiches and steaks arrived at 9:50 PM. We had a really long wait. The waitress wasn't particularly friendly or courteous, but you can ignore it if you don't have to wait an hour for your food. Excellent food.

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.

A staff member stood at the door of the restaurant, stopped us, and invited us in for a meal. Even though they were closing and we were the only guests, they didn't rush us, ensuring our satisfaction and excellent customer service. The dishes were freshly prepared and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In my opinion, this place is worth a visit, both in terms of the quality of the food, the service, and the price. The restaurant is run by people who love what they do and do it well.
