22/06/2025: Coming here on my second trip to Rome. Had to come back this trip and meet these lovely waiters. Jonas is my favorite. The food is great. The location is great - right in the middle of the action but still out of the way. I recommend coming here and experiencing good service in a nice environment. Back in the evening - it's so wonderful to be here - now Harris was serving us. Very good food in a quiet environment despite being in the middle of the action. Looking forward to coming back and tasting more.

11/06/2025: A disaster in every way. This sushi restaurant manages to ruin even the simplest of nigiri. The fish has an unpleasant odor upon arrival at the table, an unmistakable sign of poor freshness; and the taste confirms it: soft, frayed, in some cases even nauseating. The rice is sticky, poorly seasoned, served lukewarm and lacking any balance. The “creative” dishes are an insult to Japanese cuisine: confusing combinations, sweetish sauces that cover everything (perhaps to mask the terrible quality of the fish). To make matters worse, the service is inattentive and rude, and a bill that seems designed for a high-end establishment — when the experience is a nightmare. It’s not just a mediocre restaurant: it’s a place to avoid for anyone who cares about their health and their wallet.

03/05/2025: We were excited to visit the only vegan place in Frascati. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Although the restaurant was almost empty (only two other tables besides us), we were completely forgotten and had to wait two hours for our food. When it finally arrived, it was a huge letdown. My partner received a lukewarm, reheated lasagna, and I was served completely dried-out tofu balls with an absolutely inedible portion of spinach. The food was extremely overpriced for the quality we received. Honestly, I have had much better vegan food at non-vegan restaurants in Frascati. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against eating here.

29/04/2025: Arriving in Frascati you cannot fail to stop at "Il Borgo Verde" in Piazza del Gesù. A charming place where you can savor exquisite vegan dishes, an infinite number of organic products, sandwiches, desserts and excellent juices full of energy for our health!!! All consumed both inside and outside the restaurant in complete relaxation always accompanied by the smile and exquisite kindness of Cristina and all the staff!!! Highly recommended Adriano C.

I don't understand what kind of treatment this is, when they'd seen us wait for a long time, and other Italians in line had come out to defend us.

The tobacconist service is also excellent, very complete, and the ease of parking makes access convenient. The aperitif is rich and reasonably priced, the atmosphere is informal and pleasantly frequented by young people. A notable improvement has been seen in the service at the counter: compared to the past, the staff is now friendly and fast. Ideal for a quick lunch or an aperitif with friends, with the possibility of watching the matches on the big screen. Also recommended for a small detour if you are passing through.
