The cuisine is authentic and home-cooked, strongly rooted in seasonal ingredients, with dishes that showcase the genuine flavors of tradition and convey passion and attention to every detail. The pizza section is also excellent: the pizzas are large, well-topped, and above all, light and digestible, thanks to a carefully crafted dough and proper leavening. Alongside the more classic options, there's no shortage of gourmet toppings, sophisticated yet always balanced, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. The location is another great strength: meticulously maintained, industrial-style, welcoming, and modern at the same time. Parking is extremely convenient, a detail that's far from obvious and truly appreciated. The staff is competent, courteous, and always available, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The real highlight, however, is the extensive wine selection: a rich and well-researched list, with quality labels that perfectly complement each dish. A restaurant that combines tradition, quality, innovation, and customer service, highly recommended. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of everything; I was busy eating and enjoying the place and the company! 😂

06/12/2025: Well-made, thin, round Roman pizza. The place doesn't have many seats, so in the winter, it's definitely a good idea to book, otherwise you risk being booked out. A wide selection of pizzas and an excellent wine list.

The place only seats a few people, and you can clearly see the focus on quality over quantity, with great care taken in every pizza. I also really appreciated the pre-sliced ​​pizza and the balance of flavors in every slice: you can sense a sophisticated pursuit of flavor. I really think it's become my favorite pizzeria... An absolutely basic place, inside a residence: You eat on a beautiful lawn with tables and umbrellas, but there are no plates, pizzas are served in boxes, and no restrooms.

A well-maintained establishment, the knowledgeable staff is ready to cater to every customer's needs. The coffee has a slightly burnt aroma, but is mild and acceptable. I just recommend checking the condition of the coffee machine. Everything is fine, and I highly recommend this establishment.

21/02/2026: A rather disappointing experience. I paid €5.50 for four frappes and a crostatina. The frappes were charged €1 each, even though the price wasn't listed anywhere (it was only €30 per kg). Considering that a 250g tray cost €4, it would have been much cheaper to order that. It's a shame no one mentioned this to me. I find it unfair not to inform customers about the more affordable options, especially when the prices aren't clearly displayed. Furthermore, we paid €9 for a macchiato, a crostata, a zeppola, and a croissant: a price difference that makes the whole thing even more incomprehensible. The staff were inattentive and not particularly friendly.
