28/07/2025: Very nice and stylish place. However, the organization is rather rigid. We went during aperitivo time, and they wouldn't serve anything that wasn't included in the nice aperitivo menu, even considering the food intolerances we had compared to the aperitivo menu. Therefore, we couldn't even get a simple salad. Highly discouraged for specific needs.

22/08/2025: I came back here after a year, and the carbonara is still the best I've ever had in a restaurant. In general, everything is really delicious. Special mention for the homemade bread, served warm.

23/07/2025: Siamo "capitati" - proprio così: girando intorno al paese, siamo arrivati a questo ristorante e ci siamo resi conto che ne avevamo letto ottime recensioni. Tutto vero: Tagliolini ai gamberi di fiume dal sapore intensissimo, davvero eccellenti, fettuccine integrali al lardo e ricotta salata di capra, ugualmente buonissime. Baccalà arrosto e abbacchio scottadito da ricordare. E ancora: tiramisù casareccio, ciambelline offerte insieme alla genziana fatta da loro, ma la ciliegina sulla torta è il calice di vino bianco che non è il vinuccio di scarto ma un' ottima passerina del frusinate servita ghiacciata. Cortesia e cordialità a condire il tutto. Un pranzo perfetto!

01/07/2025: Ristorante nel centro di Trevi , arredato in stile tipico trattoria. Servizio rapido e cortese , ottimi piatti dall 'antipasto , alla coratella e al coniglio. Ottima crostata alle visciole , fatta in casa. Prezzi onesti. Consigliato

06/08/2025: We've been to Prosecco e Polpette three times now, and I can assure you it's always been a real pleasure. The place is very welcoming, surrounded by greenery (no mosquitoes), and has ample parking, which never hurts. The quality of the dishes we order is excellent, both in terms of ingredients and how they're cooked. COMPLIMENTS TO THE ENTIRE KITCHEN TEAM. The service is attentive and very professional, but also extremely kind. Everyone is very helpful. Cinzia welcomes you, always with a warm and genuine smile; Elena and her colleagues are always attentive, kind, and thoughtful. I can only say THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF.

12/06/2025: The place is well stocked, excellent service and the white pizza by the slice is really good. I was disappointed instead with the takeaway ones, yesterday I tried the courgette flowers and anchovies, it was covered in mozzarella which softened the base and the courgette flowers and anchovies were really few.

24/08/2025: The food is average. However, the menu leaves much to be desired. At 11:40 a.m., we wanted to order two salmon and avocado squares and two smoothies, but we were told the kitchen opened at 12:00 and that only brunch was available until then. The summer brunch, which costs twice as much, is the exact same thing. How incredibly efficient is the kitchen? As if that weren't enough, the summer brunch arrived staggered. The fruit arrived before the square, and the smoothie arrived after we'd already finished, despite repeated requests. A terrible experience.

24/08/2025: I was visiting with 2 hungry children at 400. Was told kitchen opens at 5, so we waited. Then it changed to 530, then 6PM, so we left.
