25/04/2026: I stopped in practically by chance with my wife and we were very impressed.
We ordered two sandwiches from the menu (but you can customize the composition), some fries, a supplì, and two bottles of water: super price, super fair.
The owner and waiter were really kind, and the service was fast.
Highly recommended.
01/03/2026: Ottimo hamburger "The Young". Lovely area to sit outside, enjoy fresh air and the mediaeval alleyway.

08/03/2026: A good all-you-can-eat restaurant in a prime residential area of Rome. Quality products. The portions aren't too large, so you can try multiple dishes. I think this is a formula they should replicate in other similar restaurants. Service is simple but courteous. Ordering is convenient, and can be placed using the tablet provided at each table.

A special compliment goes to one of the staff members, who has a foreign accent and is very kind and helpful: you can tell he's committed to his work.
Excellent experience.
01/05/2026: A really cute little place, delicious pizza, good arrosticini. To increase the rating to five stars, I'll be back to try other dishes. The interior is small, very well-kept and cute, with other tables outside. I recommend booking, but the staff is really friendly and the service is quite fast. The pizzas are large but low-mass, Roman-style. 👍🏼 I recommend it and I'll be back.

03/05/2026: Hyper minimalist dishes at a high cost compared to other restaurants in the area.
01/05/2026: It did feel like a tourist trap. The food was great though a bit pricy, but the service felt scammy. After the first two upsells the third and fourth tries felt obvious. (just the easy questions for choosing a different type of pasta, that's a bit more expensive without making the fact clear or asking if we wanted extra cheese).
Only after ordering I noticed the sign in Russian that said there were menus in Russian available. Felt very bad to be at a place that welcomes Russians.

It's not the usual place where you rush to order from tablets; here you still write down what you want on a piece of paper, and you have a direct relationship with the owner who can give you perfect advice.
Even if you wait an extra 5 minutes, it's worth it.
Absolute quality.
