15/01/2026: A beautiful area, part of an attractive park that is a major attraction in Rome, the capital of Italy, and one of the city's landmarks. A wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant has a convenient location. The restaurant offers: excellent and affordable food, as well as refreshing and inexpensive drinks. The staff is friendly, especially to tourists, and quick. I think that when visiting the park, it's worth stopping here to take a break from exploring the grounds, and also enjoy a delicious meal and a good drink. ;) I recommend it!

12/12/2025: We ordered two burgers with cheddar and bacon. The bacon was burnt, the fries were hard and cold. The bun was hard and burnt. It was a terrible meal, forgettable.

14/01/2026: Fabulous food, beautiful and unique menus, full of unique dishes from both land and sea. The ravioli with gorgonzola cream and radicchio were well-deserved, not to mention the meat/fish skewers (which I didn't have time to photograph) and the desserts, including the coconut and Nutella symphony (which I didn't have time to photograph) that was truly delicious. Everything was top-notch, highly recommended!

01/11/2025: Today we went to Petrini's after a long time, what can I say... A disappointment. My daughter asked for a cream and strawberry cone and ended up with a cone with fiordilatte plus a flavor we couldn't figure out, plus the addition of cream we didn't ask for. My husband also had a cone with 4 flavors, but something changed; the ice cream wasn't as good as usual. I should point out that we've been going to the ice cream shop for at least 12 years, so the difference I'm talking about is the result of several tastings over the years. Too bad!

Not so much for the aromas, but for the first eye contact with the counter staff, whose expressions are somewhere between "I've seen things you humans" and "this night won't end well." A welcome that doesn't embrace you: it looks you over. Methodically. The faces are the real appetizer. Eyebrows arched like works of hostile architecture and glances that seem to evaluate not the order but the life choices that brought you there. It's a service that communicates a lot, especially the concept of respect earned on the job. Or perhaps survived. The beauty is that, once the interrogation moment has passed, the food does its job with surprising honesty. Generous portions, bold flavors, no frills. A bit like the staff: direct, essential, emotionally impervious. Here they'll never ask you "Is everything okay?" because, ultimately, the answer doesn't matter to anyone. Alibaba isn't for those looking for plastic smiles and pats on the back. It's for those who appreciate rugged authenticity, the kind that stares at you from the counter as if to say "eat, pay, think." And you'll come back. Maybe even just to see if they'll grant you even the slightest hint of a smile.

13/09/2025: I recently discovered this bar on Via Garbini (near Uniero). Everything is exceptional! Including the very kind and helpful ladies who welcomed us with a smile and "good" advice. Excellent coffees, cappuccinos, and desserts. We'll keep coming back, coming from Rome; I recommend it to everyone.

08/12/2025: Fast service with no waiting. I ordered at 8:00 PM and found it at 8:00 PM. The pizza was good, well-cooked in a wood-fired oven. My girlfriend and I ordered two. We liked it. We'll probably go get it for the next one. I recommend it. Rating: 5/5.

12/11/2025: This Enoteca is halfway between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and after the crowds was something of an oasis. We stopped for a drink and a nibble and could not have been happier. The waiter had two white wines of the day on offer and patiently let us taste before choosing. The simple pan-fried porcinis were delicious, as was the bruschetta topped with artichokes and guancale. Not as cheap as the panini place next door but miles more authentic and relaxing. Nice view of Hadrian’s Temple on the other side of the square as well!

10/11/2025: I'd been there before this summer, and it confirmed my first impression: a delightful place in a very characteristic setting, offering typical Roman food but also dishes with an Eastern influence. The food we ordered was carefully prepared and made to order.

18/01/2026: During my stay in Rome, I stopped by this pastry shop several times and was always satisfied. The pastries are delicious and artisanal! For breakfast, I tried a sugar donut, which was delicious. For dessert, I enjoyed pastries filled with custard or pistachio, as well as fruit tartlets. Everything was delicious. The prices are average. The staff is friendly. The location is quite convenient. The pastry shop is located in an area frequented by tourists and students, in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, just a few steps from Rome Termini station.

17/01/2026: A traditional pastry shop, like those of the past. The cream is spectacular, it seems homemade. Everything is delicious.
