28/06/2025: the offer is varied and exquisite but the service is terrible and non-existent. I approached the cashier to order greeting and smiling, but the lady was too busy reading her posts on Facebook to give me the right consideration, she even preferred to finish reading what was on her phone before speaking to me. Even at the counter, zero priority to the customer, no one greets you and at every request to be served you either get no answer or they answer you annoyed, especially the girls, particularly rude. (all this happened when the oven was empty, I was the only customer inside).

06/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance for the first time months ago and I ate the tagliatelle with chestnuts and asparagus very well and the wild boar for the second course. I added the dessert because it was the zuppa inglese which is rare to find. I didn't write a review because one swallow doesn't make a summer and I promised myself I would return to see my first impressions confirmed or denied. What can I say: excellent, I ate the fettuccine alla bandiera (pachino and asparagus) simply superlative and the pork loin with plums and apples truly exceptional. For the dessert I confirmed the zuppa inglese which is how my grandmother used to make it. The scomposta with berries (or Nutella) is also really good. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

06/07/2025: We return to eat at l'Asprese every time we pass by these parts. The welcome is familiar and the dishes are tasty and quality. Honest prices. For us a point of reference in the Rieti area!

18/05/2025: Nice place we had an aperitif at the barrel table nice and relaxing environment good french fries were the dippers spritz well balanced but the beers exceptional I will return for dinner in the meantime I leave 4 stars because I have not tried the food. 20/04/2025: Della tavola calda ho provato solo il pollo, veramente buono (prezzo un pochino sopra media). La pizza è tutta buona sia le tonde ( ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo), sia quella in teglia. Personale veramente gentile e simpatico tranne uno dei piazziaioli che ha sempre il broncio ahahah. A presto

29/06/2025: A "mess" on the terrace Badly fried chicken and eggplant meatballs. Tough cod and badly revisited vitello tonnato. Poor service and a wait between one dish and another of over 45 minutes.

21/06/2025: I had a great evening on this beautiful terrace, but I have to say that the place disappointed my expectations. Folding wooden chairs, too low for a rather rustic table are definitely not up to the standard of such a restaurant. In addition, the waiters were quite unprepared on the dishes and wines available.
