14/04/2026: I love this place! It's small and cozy, highly recommended. The people at the counter are always very nice, and you can stay inside and read/study as long as you want! If I could give you a suggestion, I'd add some cake/cheesecake options to the menu, since I never find any, but maybe I just wasn't lucky :)

Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

04/03/2026: I went for lunch, and the first time I enjoyed a delicious spinach and ricotta lasagna. In fact, I went back two more times. The pasta was excellent. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was only in Rome for four days.

30/04/2026: The Alabarda Ristopub is under new management, and a truly pleasant discovery! The place is very charming, with a medieval-style dining room. The owner is known for his friendliness and kindness, making you feel immediately at ease. The dishes are excellent and carefully prepared, making for a truly satisfying experience. 16/04/2026: Honestly, it's the best ragù supplì in Rome, and I've eaten quite a few. The marinara is very balanced, the onion pizza is memorable. Nonnarè preserves the simple flavors and passes them on ❤️

18/12/2025: Honestly, I was very disappointed with the Pangocciolo. The staff was friendly, but nothing like the previous one. I can't comment on the pizza because I haven't tried it. The Pangocciolo was a bit dry.

22/04/2026: If I could give 0 stars, I would. April 17, 2026, afternoon. The entrance has a huge sign saying, "WE ARE THE ONLY BATHROOM IN VILLA PAMPHILI." Once I entered, the woman at the counter glared at me and rudely yelled that the place was closed. When I asked to use the bathroom only because I was pregnant, the woman kept repeating, without even letting me speak, rudely and arrogantly, that the place was closed and that I had to leave. I kept repeating that I had an emergency, but nothing happened; she made me leave. Luckily, about ten minutes later, I discovered that there was a place with bathrooms, which were also very clean. I wondered if this woman had any common sense, humanity, and empathy when she responded that way. What would she have done if an elderly person or a disabled person had been in my place?! I can justify not letting customers go to the bathroom when the place is closed, if there are orders from above (and this should also be verified) but even in this case common sense and above all politeness should be preferred, because things can also be said kindly and perhaps suggesting that a little further on there would be another bathroom.

30/12/2025: It's a good takeout pizzeria. We arrived after a meeting, and the person behind the counter wanted to close up; I got the impression he didn't want to serve us. There were a lot of us, arriving in staggered groups, and we finished everything he had on the balcony.
