09/04/2025: Overall, we celebrated my daughter's birthday in a nice venue. They're well-equipped with games and adequate space, and the value for money is good. The staff is friendly; here's a list of pros and cons. The children's area is definitely a plus; the basic buffet is more than adequate in quantity and quality. I recommend it for children's parties. Cons: They don't allow you to bring anything outside of their buffet, other than the buffet they prepare. For example, if you wanted to bring a few large bags of chips (this is a children's party), you couldn't even bring a receipt. This is because they sell them in-house. It's a shame they only sell small packages that wouldn't have satisfied everyone's needs. Another negative aspect: we brought the cake from outside, and the staff who cut it criticized it, asking where I had purchased it. Initially, I agreed with the criticisms because they also expressed my own opinion, but when I tasted it, it was delicious. In general, I think it's really unprofessional to comment on things purchased externally, giving negative information about the pastry shop I went to. I think it's much more beneficial to ask why I didn't buy the cake in-house and work to encourage the next customer to do so. Phrases like "I could have made this cake better for you at a lower price" never meet with much success. Finally, the last negative aspect: as I was leaving, I was forced to take away a bag of garbage; it contained unwrapped gift wrap and broken balloons... Now, I understand that it was garbage related to items not purchased on-site, but what's the point of taking an extra bag of garbage when you already have to clear the rest from the tables? You can easily lose a lot.

03/12/2025: Good value for money. Clean room and comfortable mattress. Convenient location for Pomezia city center, but a little less so for reaching Rome by public transportation.

23/11/2025: We stayed just one night, but it was a great experience! A clean and well-organized hotel, with helpful and extremely kind staff. Our room had a double bed and two single beds, a spacious and comfortable bathroom with two sinks... a bedside TV, and a safe! Indoor parking, a gym, and a pool (which we obviously didn't use). The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection: both sweet and savory. We chose it for its proximity to Cinecittà World... about 40 minutes from Rome. Highly recommended.

27/10/2025: I recently ordered a cake expecting it to be identical to the one pictured. Unfortunately, when I was picked up by a third party and then received it at my home, I noticed that the cake was completely different, featuring male colors instead of the requested female ones. I've had a similar experience in the past with a cake that crumbled when cut, but I chose to overlook that incident, understanding that such inconveniences can happen. However, this time the situation was unacceptable. Therefore, I consider my relationship with this shop terminated and do not intend to return in the future.

22/10/2025: Beautiful location with a privileged view of the Temple of Hadrian, perfect for a quiet stop during a walk through Rome. The wine and aperitif are of good quality, but the overall value for money feels a bit high. Unfortunately, there was only one person serving the outdoor area, which made the service quite slow. As a tourist, I also noticed a certain difference in how locals and visitors were treated, locals seemed to receive more attention. A place with great potential that could truly stand out with more balanced service and fairer pricing.

18/10/2025: The staff wasn't friendly. We had to wait a long time to get our menu. We ended up leaving after 15 minutes because no order had been taken yet.

23/11/2025: The food was too spicy and not very tasty, the bread was industrial sliced ​​bread, there were few tables and it felt cramped, and there were pigeons as a nuisance...it's a shame because the location in the park was perfect!

14/11/2025: Visited at 12:30 noon time. Initial plan was getting coffee with something quick to eat. But I saw that tables are ready for lunch so I diverted to lunch. I counted, the operational area outside has about 20+ tables for two (40 people outside) and some 7 inside (15 people). So top capacity at the time was 55 people. Only one waitress. And she isn’t the one curated to work efficiently. Just wandering around randomly and reacting, instead of acting first and being on top of things. I even offered picking up some plates (like cheesecake I later ordered) directly from the counter to overcome the sluggish service. Answer was no. Food quality is worse than expected for such a place. Coffee to go maybe, but I would never come to this pace for more than that. Having said this, I would convert this place to a beauty. Pity, such nice places are managed by incapable people.

13/07/2025: Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta sia per un caffè veloce che per una pausa più lunga a pranzo o a cena. Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

01/11/2025: Today we went to Petrini's after a long time, what can I say... A disappointment. My daughter asked for a cream and strawberry cone and ended up with a cone with fiordilatte plus a flavor we couldn't figure out, plus the addition of cream we didn't ask for. My husband also had a cone with 4 flavors, but something changed; the ice cream wasn't as good as usual. I should point out that we've been going to the ice cream shop for at least 12 years, so the difference I'm talking about is the result of several tastings over the years. Too bad!

We were served kindly by a young woman named Tresi, who recommended the rice tomatoes with potatoes, parmigiana, and turkey slices... all delicious! The rice tomatoes were to our liking and so good that we ordered another. A thumbs-up especially for the cuisine. Congratulations!

12/10/2025: Here you can find authentic Roman pizza, which is very different from Neapolitan pizza. So if you read "pizzeria," don't immediately make the connection with Neapolitan pizza. Good pizza, reasonable price, service could be a little more attentive and quicker, but that's definitely something that can be easily improved. The place is quiet. If you don't like crowds and throngs, it's perfect. I recommend it.

10/11/2025: Dinner turned out especially nice — I went to a restaurant using the bonus money I got from a website (the one shown in the photo). Decided to treat myself and try something new. The pasta was amazing: fresh seafood, rich yet light sauce.

04/12/2025: Excellent Indian restaurant with a wide-ranging menu and impeccable, courteous, and fast service. The owner, when taking orders, always offers excellent recommendations to those in need. I've eaten here several times and have never left the table with an empty stomach or dissatisfied with my food. The prices are fair.
