19/08/2025: I went there with my family tonight for the first time...first and last time...absolutely not recommended...terrible service...we chose the all-you-can-eat option...after two hours many of the items ordered still hadn't arrived...we asked for some items not to be brought anymore because it was very late by now...and there weren't even many people...they didn't even apologize and no discount on the price...table service by completely out of place young girls, without any courtesy or attention...unkempt outdoor setting with a series of objects piled up near our table for no reason (water crates, scales, I think dirty clothes, etc.)...some dishes were decent, many others of a low standard...never again!

04/09/2025: Pizzas ordered on Just Eat arrived a short while ago, after more than an hour and a half. The photo shows either a burnt pizza or an undercooked pizza! You decide 😅 (it's burnt).

Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

30/03/2025: Decent pizza and fried food. The one-star review (even too much) concerns how one of the owners who serves in the dining room (the short one with the hat) treats customers. Besides rudely responding to other diners in the dining room, he also rudely responded to me, saying "Don't come back" simply because I politely pointed out that it was already our third time there and he didn't have any bottles of the same type of wine in the fridge. If you don't know how to interact with the customer, change your career!

04/08/2025: Excellent place to eat a well-made piadina. Delicious, the owner Filippo is truly knowledgeable: cheerful, smiling, and friendly. We'll remember and recommend this place with a smile!

28/08/2025: The bar is good for breakfast, but the ice cream parlor is a little less so. The ice cream girls scrape the metal containers (nickel). You know that I had a malignant tumor a few years ago, and had to undergo two surgeries. I'm still undergoing life-saving therapy. I've had chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and tests have shown I'm allergic to nickel. I can feel everything scraped off in my mouth. My mouth swells and I can't breathe. I'll give your lawyer my medical records if he wants to sue me. All you have to do is not scrape the containers. This isn't defamation; I've been coming to you for fifteen years, and this has never happened to me before. Your ice cream and pastries are incredibly good. Have a good evening. I'm a Local Guide. 29/06/2025: A "mess" on the terrace Badly fried chicken and eggplant meatballs. Tough cod and badly revisited vitello tonnato. Poor service and a wait between one dish and another of over 45 minutes.

21/06/2025: I had a great evening on this beautiful terrace, but I have to say that the place disappointed my expectations. Folding wooden chairs, too low for a rather rustic table are definitely not up to the standard of such a restaurant. In addition, the waiters were quite unprepared on the dishes and wines available.

27/08/2025: The most iconic spot in Santa Severa. A great place to meet for an aperitif or after dinner to chat with friends. Breakfast is also available. Very friendly staff, led by the super Daniele, the kiosk owner. Fresh products and excellent cocktails; the cream crepes are fabulous.

24/08/2025: The service was nonexistent: we had to get up from our tables to get menus, to order, and to get the crepes once they were ready. The wait was incredibly long. The bathroom was a public restroom, with no lights. The crepes, when they finally arrived—or rather, after we got up to get them—were very small.
