09/07/2025: I have to say, I honestly don't like crowds and crowded places, but I found their place to be welcoming and have the right atmosphere—very relaxed, and the staff impeccable. As for the food, you be the judge; I found it very satisfying.

03/05/2025: Historic pastry shop in the neighborhood, now even larger and more welcoming with a nice outdoor area organized with chairs and tables. The pastry shop is top (super grandma's cake!). Young and courteous staff. I recommend it!

24/08/2025: DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely awful experience, they over charged us and gaslit us about things we never ordered and constantly went back on their word. I am gluten free and all I can say is DO NOT EAT THEIR GLUTEN FREE FOOD. I was ill all night after eating, definitely not coeliac friendly. Expensive and small portions, just save yourself the time it is not worth it, I would give the place 0 stars if I could.

20/08/2025: Muhammad was very nice. The food was very good. The prices were reasonable. I recommend it.

16/08/2025: The dinner was truly top-notch, from the seafood salad to the fried fish and spaghetti, everything was better than in Italy.

16/07/2025: We had lunch today at this restaurant and it was an amazing experience. Among the tastier food I tried so far with very interesting combinations. Simone is an excellent waiter and advisor and Laura a top chef. We will be back for sure, I will dream the tartare of Chianina with pistachios for long time

30/06/2025: It may be a beautiful place but cancelling my dinner reservation two hours in advance (!!!) just because it was made with The Fork with the excuse that they were having a private event seems really unprofessional to me!

04/07/2025: New management confused and not up to par, decidedly terrible service after waiting about half an hour they didn't give me all the pizza I had paid for, tried to call but the phone didn't exist or was knocked out, I went back but my pizza had already been partially resold, at least they gave me my money back

08/08/2025: A disappointment!!! A real bar, elegant! The staff at the counter were very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the girl at the register, without greeting us, arrogantly announced in a loud voice as we entered that the place would close in 5 minutes, even though Sunday closing time is 9:00 PM and we were there at 7:50 PM for a quick drink. I understand a full day of work, but I don't understand the ignorance in a historic place like the Bargello. It's a real shame!! I know one more or one less customer doesn't make much of a difference, but...in the end we went elsewhere!!

28/08/2025: The staff is very friendly, but the pizza leaves a bit to be desired. It only makes sense if you book with the The Fork discount, otherwise paying full price isn't worth it. They don't even have a proper dining room, but just an outdoor patio that I think they close in the winter.

01/06/2025: The imperial cornetto HAS CLOSED now!, the girls left in one night… leaving us high and dry… in every sense, without that magnificent sound that cheered up your day accompanied by their sympathy We are really sorry we couldn't even say goodbye to them… good luck for the new adventure!!!

08/03/2025: The bar run by three nice, friendly and welcoming ladies offers excellent quality coffee and pastry shops. Added to this is attentive, helpful service always accompanied by a smile. Excellent gastronomy at midday and a very pleasant terrace in summer. It deserves to be pro-ato! Don't forget the imperial croissant, a must try!!!
