29/11/2025: I just had tacos here, and it was an excellent experience. The place is beautifully decorated and spotless, with a fresh, new feel (though I'm not sure how long they've been open). The staff speaks fluent English and is very attentive, offering great recommendations if you're unsure what to try. I had tacos with a variety of meats, and each one was delicious. I also tried the jalapeño bites, which were tasty, and the churros were absolutely amazing—especially with the caramel, though the chocolate was great too.
The only downside was that the staff struggled a bit with handling a larger crowd(since there is only 2 girls taking care of in-shop clients and online orders), but overall, it was still a 5-star experience.
29/11/2025: The waitress was extremely rude to me and my friends and did not want to let us use to the toilet while waiting for our order. Service was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Facilities are very clean.

19/11/2025: Nothing exceptional, service ok, small environment, heated veranda outside and inside seats, portions not too generous, no tiramisu nor chocolate dessert with a dollop of awful cream (assuming it was cream), I didn't try the pinsa but it didn't seem exceptional with the veranda you eat close to the road where obviously cars pass...

15/11/2025: I hate to write this review, but having eaten and paid, I'm forced to. As soon as we arrived, we waited 20 minutes for water. When I ordered, I asked for supplì, but the waitress suggested I skip the fried ones because other customers had already ordered and I'd have to wait half an hour. We ordered pizzas, and my capricciosa arrived without mushrooms. The person at the counter obliged when I asked for at least another slice of ham. Too bad she just grabbed it from the container with her hands and put it on the pizza. If they paid more attention to these details, I might even return, because the pizza isn't bad.
10/11/2025: Well, the pizza is fabulous, I've never eaten anything like it before, and the wood-fired oven adds that extra touch... Sister Marcella is hilarious... But be careful, you might get the "Fuck you" sign. Easily 😅🤣

A total disappointment, a shame.

26/09/2025: A traditional Roman pizzeria... Discovered years ago, having been born and raised in Primavalle since 1975... Excellent pizza with a wide selection. The use of seasonal ingredients is appreciated. I highly recommend the calzones (classic ham and mozzarella or the Ferragosto version with chicken and peppers), although, unfortunately, they only serve them on Tuesdays and Fridays, so reservations are recommended.
Small and welcoming, with tables and seating outside in nice weather, perfect for a quick bite.
Congratulations! See you today for the calzones: it's finally Friday!
19/09/2025: Bro, I'm not even from the area, I just happened to pass by today and got a pizza with escarole... it's been 30 years since I've eaten a pizza like that, I might be biased because I was born in 1970😂 but you guys are amazing at honest prices, congratulations

22/09/2025: A historic kiosk in the Prati neighborhood. I've known it since I was a child, and Sora Maria was there.
The grattachecca is always excellent and has endless flavors.

17/10/2025: A "stormy" start despite the reservation, I enter and no one welcomes me, 5 minutes pass I decide to leave, the owner notices the gaf and convinces me to stay, she makes up for it with a drink given to me, and excellent table service and excellent quality of sushi
02/09/2025: Best Japanese restaurant in the Castelli Romani. Both traditional and original/reinterpreted dishes are available, ranging beyond the usual sushi. The veggie uramaki are a must-try. The atmosphere is quiet and you can dine al fresco.
