13/09/2025: Thank you for existing. Every time, it's an unforgettable experience. Flavors stand out thanks to the careful sourcing of raw materials. From the couscous to the sublimely prepared smoked salmon by the chef, who always delivers. Not to mention the lobster Catalana and the desserts. All accompanied by the courtesy of the dining room staff, always attentive to customer service. Recommended for memorable dinners.

19/07/2025: I had booked at Fausto's for a special dinner, but they very kindly offered me a special evening event on Bazzano Beach, featuring Da Fausto's chef and a menu specially designed for the occasion. I was happy to accept, especially since they offered us a very welcome discount. The menu reflected the elegance and quality of Fausto's cuisine: excellent appetizers, a well-executed main course, and a delicious dessert. My only small complaint was the risotto, which was perhaps difficult to manage for an outdoor dinner with over 80 guests: the quality of the ingredients was excellent, but the preparation was somewhat compromised by logistics. I will definitely return to Fausto's to fully savor the cuisine in its original setting. A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and passion.

25/11/2025: Definitely a terrible experience. I bought two slices of pizza (a Margherita and a Boscaiola), a supplì, and a Fiore, and I paid exactly €15. It was a real unarmed robbery. I understand that we're in Rome and the prices are different, but for the same amount of money, in some historic pizzerias in Rome, you can get dinner for that price. Paying this amount, I expected the best pizza of my life, but instead... a disappointment even in terms of taste. €15 wasted.

19/11/2025: Extremely friendly service, good pizza with interesting ingredients. We received very nice service, including a tasting. The tomato sauce is good. I think it's worth coming here if you want to experience the atmosphere of local street food. The quality of the ingredients was really good. I think this restaurant is one of the best in its category.

27/11/2025: Even though I'm not a fan of Asian cuisine, my wife and I went to this restaurant. The welcome was fantastic, the staff were very kind and professional. The location is very beautiful and modern. Compared to other Asian restaurants, the food is really good. The quality seems much higher. My wife thought the sushi was excellent. Highly recommended!

The antipasti and bischerate were delicious, as were the pizzas themselves, truly excellent, light and easy to digest, but above all, without that absurd post-dinner thirst. 12/08/2025: This establishment was recommended to us by local friends: what a great discovery!! We had a great time in a place full of charm and conviviality. The owner welcomed us by serving us an aperitif in the garden, perfect to start, we felt at home. What followed was a taste festival! A succession of dishes cooked with love and respect for local seasonal products. Even the digestifs are a homemade creation. In summary: an impeccable welcome with respect for its guests, delicious dishes in large quantities, a place full of charm and calm, and unbeatable prices. Stop by without hesitation!!!

Great for quick meals with friends. My family and I created four different first courses, then added four desserts, two coffees, and water, and paid €57. We'll definitely be back! 😊

23/07/2025: We're intrigued by the unique offerings, almost unique in the city. The experience is ultimately positive, but there are a few key points to note: the atmosphere is pleasant, cleverly casual, informal, and friendly. The "book and sit" formula, already seen in other chains, allows you to skip the hassle of ordering and choose your own seating. At the end of July, it might be nice to find the air conditioning working and not have to request it after an unexpected, mandatory sweating session, but the very limited staff can also lead to these oversights. There you have it. This is one of the important things: just three people managing all this simply can't handle it, and it shows. Despite their extreme helpfulness and kindness, the limited staffing affects wait times and, to some extent, the quality of the dishes. The menu offers a wide selection, with a predominantly vegetarian focus, and interesting recipes. We ordered eggplant parmigiana medallions, an excellent pasta dish with tuna, and a quinoa salad with vegetables and olives. Everything was very good, but inevitably tainted by the frenzy of just three people, one of whom was a regular, facing a large crowd. The pasta was cooked in a hurry and too al dente, failing to appreciate the superior sauce. The same goes for the eggplant medallions, where the slices still taste like unsalted vegetables and salad. One more person—or two very experienced ones—would have avoided all this. However, we believe these are youthful flaws and that more experience would be enough to correct them. We'll gladly return to check. The price is very affordable and in line with the type of offering.
