09/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, where we had amatriciana, carbonara, spaghetti with clams, and veal cutlet with mushrooms. Everything was delicious and plentiful. There's both an indoor and outdoor dining area, where we dined in the garden.

It was lovely to talk with the owner and hear about aspects of China imported to Rome hundreds of years ago, later transformed into typical Italian culinary traits. The dishes are well-prepared and respectful of Chinese culture; you won't find any Westernized dishes.

21/10/2025: The food was really good. The restaurant is located right at the mouth of the Tiber. The potato-crusted turbot was truly excellent. The menu is quite varied, and the dishes we tried were certainly delicious. We also saw several very inviting desserts with generous portions.

21/10/2025: This was my first time at this restaurant, which is certainly one of Fiumicino's historic restaurants. I was very pleased because you could immediately sense the experience with every bite. I found the dishes I tried (a mixed appetizer of cooked ham and paccheri pasta with cod and olives) to be truly exquisite, as was the ricotta and pear tart. The welcome and service were excellent, and the prices were more than fair considering the excellent quality. All this in an environment that I honestly expected to be a little dated, but which turned out to be very pleasant and well-kept. I will definitely be back soon. Congratulations!

13/09/2025: Thank you for existing. Every time, it's an unforgettable experience. Flavors stand out thanks to the careful sourcing of raw materials. From the couscous to the sublimely prepared smoked salmon by the chef, who always delivers. Not to mention the lobster Catalana and the desserts. All accompanied by the courtesy of the dining room staff, always attentive to customer service. Recommended for memorable dinners.

19/07/2025: I had booked at Fausto's for a special dinner, but they very kindly offered me a special evening event on Bazzano Beach, featuring Da Fausto's chef and a menu specially designed for the occasion. I was happy to accept, especially since they offered us a very welcome discount. The menu reflected the elegance and quality of Fausto's cuisine: excellent appetizers, a well-executed main course, and a delicious dessert. My only small complaint was the risotto, which was perhaps difficult to manage for an outdoor dinner with over 80 guests: the quality of the ingredients was excellent, but the preparation was somewhat compromised by logistics. I will definitely return to Fausto's to fully savor the cuisine in its original setting. A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and passion.

05/08/2025: Wow! Sometimes you find gems in the most unexpected places. I was walking by and saw locals constantly coming and going, so I thought, "Let me try it." It looked like a simple takeout place, but boy was I wrong! Once I got inside, I was blown away by the sheer selection. And the taste? Divine! I tried a few slices, and each one was better than the last. Not only is the pizza delicious, but the way they charge is also a surprise: they weigh the slices, and the price is very reasonable. This pizzeria is absolutely recommended. I'll definitely be back!

13/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday with some friends. The staff was extremely friendly, the food excellent, and the service was perhaps a little slow, but nothing intolerable. They paid close attention to food allergies, and the decor was truly delightful.

13/10/2025: An exciting discovery in the heart of Albano. We stumbled upon it by chance after a day exploring the area, and I didn't expect to find a place like this. I've never seen a restaurant with such meticulous attention to detail. As soon as we entered, I breathed in a clean, welcoming atmosphere, with a delightful atmosphere of soft background music and dim lighting. The food? Something unique. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a small plate of olive oil and bread, a true mini-tasting of their oil. I can't even begin to explain how varied and unique the appetizer was, perfectly portioned for four people, a taste without over-filling. The first courses? Magnificent. I had the linguine with datterino tomato sauce and caramelized datterino tomatoes, salted ricotta, and olives. An indescribable balance of flavors. And the quality of the ingredients was fantastic. Last but not least, the super friendly staff. I initially booked with The Fork for 2 people. Shortly before the reservation time, we tried to add the other 2, but they only let us add 1. Surprisingly, the 20% discount was applied to all 4 of us. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet, and peaceful place, this is the place for you. If I could, I'd go there every night!
