21/07/2025: I've been to this restaurant a couple of times, and every time is a confirmation! The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and truly delicious: every dish is a guarantee. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, always ready with a smile. The atmosphere is clean, well-kept, and welcoming, and the service is fast and efficient. A big plus is definitely the ample parking, which makes the experience even more convenient. In short, it's one of those places you'll want to return to because you know you'll be sure to be there. Highly recommended!

16/07/2025: A welcoming and well-kept location with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always helpful and friendly, even when you're at the point of "I can't take it anymore"! Fresh sushi, beautifully presented dishes, and a wide selection. Perfect for an all-you-can-eat evening without sacrificing quality. The lady was so thoughtful she even offered us dessert to take home with ice, for fear it would melt... but then she reassured us to take it easy and enjoy it there, without rushing. Small touches that make you feel truly pampered!

30/03/2025: First time at this place. The interior is very nice and welcoming, typical of a pub. It also has lots of tables outside so perfect in summer. Fast service and excellent food. We will definitely be back. Been back several times, always impeccable and fast service. Last night, we had brought some friends, praising the speed of the service and the goodness of the dishes, but we were disappointed because although they took the order as soon as we arrived, they brought the dishes to us after 45 minutes and the baked potatoes, usually exceptional, only tasted of rosemary. I hope it was a coincidence.... Tried the King and Queen sandwiches, really good

27/04/2025: Il bettoliere is an excellent restaurant which in addition to being surrounded by an enchanting mountainous backdrop... It offers a unique and sublime cuisine with unique and typical high quality dishes. Both the chef's ability to present the dishes in an enveloping way and all the support of the family are masterful, and thanks to their pure availability and full affability, we enter a purely human and welcoming dimension. We didn't feel like we were passing through on a trip at all, but we had the feeling of being an integral part of a lifestyle. Which I will carry as a model to imitate. 22/08/2025: We had high hopes for this restaurant given its reputation and the many accolades plastered on the doors, but overall the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The service was unfriendly and dismissive, which set the tone for the meal. At one point, our placemats were left oily from the plates, and despite us gesturing, mentioning they were dirty, and even stacking them at the front of the table, the staff never replaced them. Instead, we sat through dessert with greasy, food-stained placemats right in front of us- not exactly the atmosphere you want for enjoying a “fancy” meal. As for the food, there were some hits and some misses. The lamb rib chops were fine but nothing remarkable. Of the pastas we tried, the pesto with hazelnuts was our favorite, while the mushroom pasta was bland and under-salted. The calamari, however, was excellent- fresh, crispy, and elevated by crunchy zucchini and sweet potatoes. Dessert was underwhelming: the “mixed fruit” turned out to be just strawberries, and the tiramisu was cloyingly sweet. Nothing we ate was terrible, but overall the dishes leaned pretentious without delivering. Combined with the poor service, the restaurant simply didn’t live up to the hype or the glowing reviews.

20/08/2025: Excellent dinner in the center of Viterbo. Everything was delicious, including excellent local dishes. Very good. We'll definitely be back.

04/09/2025: The main thing to say...the food is excellent. So far, among the many I've tried in Rome, it's one of the best. The sushi is fresh, excellent, flavorful, and not overly seasoned. The small tables usually cover the flavors of the fish. The rolls were the perfect size. I enjoyed everything I ate, and the location is simpler than the ones I've seen elsewhere, which are now all very floral and colorful. It was crowded, and you could hear the diners' chatter a lot, but that's okay. I had a lovely, enjoyable evening and will gladly return.

24/08/2025: Coming from Latina to this place for all-you-can-eat sushi was worth it. Truly amazing, highly recommended. The staff is friendly, fast, helpful, and always smiling.

21/08/2025: Good pizza, and they also pay attention to gluten-free options, which is why it's an added bonus for me. The night we were there, there were quite a few people at the table, so at a certain point it was a bit difficult to talk.

04/09/2025: Amazing!!! I had watched Stanley Tucci visit here recently and decided to book for our anniversary whist in Rome .We arrived an hour early due to the bus. No issues with accomodating our early arrival. All the staff were friendly and fantastic service. The food was amazing, highly recommended getting the bistecca, it was fantastic and better than we had in Florence. Also had the artichoke, we had never had anything like it..amazing. Highly recommended visiting, we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Rome.

27/08/2025: Very nice place, the owner is kind, friendly, and very courteous. The food was excellent. The cacio e pepe ravioli were a poem (I also recommend the one filled with porchetta). The porchetta was delicious. The quality/price ratio is excellent. You eat well and you don't spend a lot. I recommend it if you want to eat well.

21/08/2025: Highly refined products and special dishes, highly recommended. The only flaw was the amatriciana, which was a bit small, but they say it was delicious, like the rest. The pizza is always exceptional!

16/06/2025: There's always a long line, but it's worth it. Even if you notice that the cup that holds the ice cream may be small... they give you a piece of ice cream, and it's delicious. It's worth the wait.

15/06/2025: This is the real authentic gelato not the piled high tourist trap gelato. I had the pistachio and crema was amazing also got the strawberry and lemon. Will be bake to try the bakery options as well.
