07/11/2025: One of the best AYCE sushi places in the Appio neighborhood. Maybe even in Rome.

03/11/2025: The waiter speaks excellent Italian, is very friendly, and provides detailed descriptions of each dish. Excellent, fresh food. Spotlessly clean bathrooms. A well-kept atmosphere with sofas. The only downside was that at the next table there were two guests with a medium-sized dog, who even snuffled up to our table. I love animals, but not in the restaurant for hygiene reasons; they're usually not allowed, except at the occasional outdoor table. For this reason, I give it 4 stars and not 5, and I don't know if I'll return.

30/11/2025: Nice place. Incredible selections of pizza and calzone. I had the Vaseuvio calzone which was sooooook big. 4 people could eat from it. 2 people could eat their regular calzones. The calzones did take some time to come out but was worth the wait. I know they make everything from scratch so it is forgiven. I was with friends who live in italy and they like to pay for guests visiting. It is a custom of italians but I beat them to it and spoke with the owner and he allowed me to pay before the check came out.

04/10/2025: Emmanuela is the worst!!! I had booked a private party at the rooftop for my wedding and asked her prior about having access to the speakers for the ceremony music she said yes. Then when my bridal party got there to set up she said we cannot have access to the speakers. If we knew this before we would’ve brought our own. Who wants to walk down the aisle to house music?! I paid 1,000 and she didn’t even put the slightest bit of effort. Why offer this service if you’re not willing to work with the people?!. Then they turned off the music and it was just so awkward. Supposedly they can’t change the music but let’s use our brain and think who would want to walk down the aisle to house music. This is something that should’ve been brought up when I asked about the speakers. I wasted over 1,000 AMERICAN DOLLARS. STOP ADVERTISING WITH LOVE GRACEFULLY BECAUSE YOU ACTUALLY MADE THEM LOLK BAD. AND THIS REVIEW ISNT FAKE I CAN SHOW BANK TRANSFERS!

01/10/2025: Mixed reviews on this spot, and possibly just weird luck for us - first off, location really is great. Due to flight issues, we arrived quite early; didn’t get a room until 2pm which is fine bc it was still “early” - but you always hope for earlier when you’re coming off a red eye. Rooms are fine, although small things like coffee wasn’t replenished and our power outlets went out. Rooftop is amazing, drinks are great and concierge helped us with tickets. I left a coat on a chair in the lobby (my fault) but it was stolen which is just a bummer when you’re shelling out for 5 star - would have loved for someone in the tiny lobby to have spotted it before it was swiped. Not their fault though. So, perhaps an unfair rating but this was our experience.

06/10/2025: We discovered this intimate and refined restaurant, where every dish tells a story of passion and attention to detail. The quality of the cuisine is exceptional, the plating impeccable, and the service truly expert, always ready to expertly recommend both dishes and matching wines. For our appetizer, we chose a buffalo mozzarella tartare with sparacelle mushrooms, delicate and surprising. The main course was the roasted rabbit with purple cabbage and leek: incredibly tender and flavorful, a must-try. To conclude, two unique and beautifully executed desserts: dark chocolate and raspberry, and salted pistachio with hazelnut, with a truly unique and delicious pistachio frangipane. All accompanied by a fine wine, carefully recommended. An experience that won us over. We'll definitely be back!

14/10/2025: I spent some time in Japan and ever since I left I have a hole in my heart only an onigiri can fill. Years of searching Rome for the best sushi I have finally found the place I will become a regular at. The best sushi I’ve had in Europe BY FAR. The family that created Nomisan stick to tradition while maintaining a modern flair. Thank you so so much for creating food that sparks joy and comfort. I could not recommend this place enough. 07/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice. The first experience was definitely better than the second. It's certainly not a cheap restaurant, but the food is really good, and the service was equally pleasant, so we really enjoyed it. The last time, however, we had a bad experience with the service. There was clearly a misunderstanding about the wine, which was opened without even giving us time to see the bottle and without letting us taste it. It was their mistake; since we had asked for a still wine, they brought us sparkling. No problem, carelessness can happen. We then asked for a change of wine, but we waited over half an hour before anyone responded. In the end, since we were halfway through dinner, we opted for two glasses. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the waiter insisted on a supposed error of judgment. Another mistake regarding dessert: we ordered mochi, and they delivered frozen mochi. Of course, it's forgivable, but it's not what you'd expect from a traditional Japanese restaurant. We overlooked it, considering what happened before. No adjustments were made to the bill, and it wasn't cheap at all, needless to say. It's clear there's a lack of coordination among the staff. The only attentive and professional guy was the brown-haired guy with the beard, who had served us the previous time as well. Too bad, we hope they improve the service.

29/11/2025: Great experience! Crispy and tasty fried fish, super-fresh spaghetti with clams, and truly flavorful tonnarelli with tomato sauce. Friendly service, generous portions, and fair prices. A simple place where you eat very well. Recommended!

07/12/2025: Bought a gluten-free pasticciotto cake and pasticciotti today. It felt like being in Salento!! Excellent quality and flavor, first time here, will definitely be back, maybe even trying the savory version.

09/11/2025: I came to this humble pasticceria specifically to get the Rustica Leccese and it did not disappoint! This small pastry shop in Trieste specializes in the pastries of Salento, the southern part of Puglia - the heel of the Italian boot. It's made in house and authentically shares the flavours and artisanal craft of the region. My favourite are the rustici from Lecce, flakey pastry filled with mozzarella, tomato and besciamella, best eaten when they are warm out of the oven. I also had the cornetti con crema e nocciola (Nutella). They take cash and cards. Worth a visit to northern Rome for a taste of southern Italy! Also note, the area has a school and very little parking. Better to go on foot!

11/12/2025: We returned for dinner on a Thursday evening. The place wasn't very crowded, and the service was excellent and very fast. The place was really nice, very large and comfortable. All the dishes were delicious, beautiful to look at, and of excellent quality... We had a pleasant evening and hope to return soon.

Dishes are prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. I tried the tagliatelle with truffles, simple yet rich in flavor, and the beef braised in red wine, truly tender and flavorful. Desserts, like the tiramisu, are homemade and truly refreshing. The prices are fair for the quality of the dishes and portions. Perfect for those seeking home-style cooking, prepared with passion and without frills.

26/11/2025: Small, well-run and, above all, well-maintained restaurant. It offers a limited selection of dishes, but they're all good quality. A good selection of wines, for all budgets, is certainly a plus. Prices are slightly (but slightly) high, but still acceptable. The only flaw: a large wait staff, and used plates that remain on the table for 10-15 minutes.

07/12/2025: I wanted to give zero stars, but unfortunately I couldn't. I went to the store and spent almost €40 in total, including products and ice cream. I got home and discovered that one of the products they sold was the wrong one. It contained milk, and I had been clear that I couldn't eat it. I had actually asked for a dark nougat that they also had available for tasting. I called to report what had happened, and their solution was for me to return the product to the other side of Rome, so it was already at my house. Hygiene and safety, these strangers. Well, after several phone calls, the manager never called me back. At that point, one of my employees took time off from his job and paid to come by and make the exchange. He arrived and the chocolate I was entitled to wasn't there, and they even demanded that the person go to Piazza Euclide to pick it up! Absurd. Now, does an ice cream shop/jewelry shop that charges €8 and looks like a fool deserve to work at those prices? You can put gold in my ice cream, but if you make a mistake (at the customer's risk), you'll do everything you can to fix it. I don't recommend it and will stay away from it from now on. Finally, having just one scoop for all the ice creams, which they then shove into a bowl of muddy water, doesn't seem ideal. A note in response to your thoughtful reply on Google, and only on Google: if you had spent the time you spent responding online to resolve the issue, perhaps we wouldn't be writing to each other. I've asked to be contacted three times, and no manager has bothered to do so. The price of the product was high before, too, and it's not now. However, if I pay for a product like this, I also expect adequate service, which hasn't happened. As for the "portioner," I'm just saying what I see! My impression is that if you take the tool from the same hole where the "colored" water appears, it's not pleasant. Then, if you tell me everything comes out clean from there, I'll try to believe it. I remain skeptical. Finally, if the business is artisanal, where is the famous relationship with customers that an artisan would have? You make the mistake of "I pay," as Totò would say... it can't be done! I hope you can improve and "humanize" the service by adapting it to the prices and product you highlighted in your response!

24/11/2025: Tried it today with my girlfriend. Phenomenal service, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic strudel ice cream (highly recommend). 5 well-deserved stars!

29/11/2025: We had three amazing pizzas, one provola with speck, walnuts, and honey, one ortolana, and one Nutella. It takes half an hour to digest, very thin and light, and the service was prompt.
