Intimate and clean atmosphere. Attentive and welcoming service, yet not intrusive. Quality ingredients, appropriate portions at fair prices (considering the quality), and the menu and portions are designed to make a perfect three-course meal.
If I had to find a flaw, the wine list is very "commercial." Aside from one, the rest is supermarket-quality, and it's a shame because, given the quality of the dishes, one could dare to choose a more sophisticated wine list.

A pleasant discovery in the heart of Albano. Delicious appetizers with balanced, original flavors, meticulous attention to detail. The first courses combine a modern twist with Roman tradition. The spaghetti with pumpkin is highly recommended. The desserts are also delicious. Highly recommended!

A very cute little restaurant, small but truly welcoming in the center of Albano Laziale. The atmosphere makes you feel immediately welcome, the service is very competent, and the staff is very friendly. The first courses are delicious: agnolotti, fettuccine, carbonara, and amatriciana. Everything was delicious, though the standout for me was the cacio e pepe with two pecorino cheeses. We also tried the ribs and meatballs, both delicious. The desserts are also quite good. Highly recommended.

Very refined atmosphere, good food. Traditional cuisine with well-executed reinterpretations. Unfortunately, I gave it a 4 because, in my opinion, the quality/price ratio is too high.

A place with attention to detail, a friendly yet intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service, utmost kindness.
