19/10/2025: Every dish at my first vegan dinner was a real surprise. You can clearly taste the refined, creative dishes, made with genuine love. Balanced flavors and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, a place where you immediately feel at home. The staff is impeccably kind. The service was truly perfect. My sincere compliments to Chef Walter! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is fantastic with a beautiful view. It's a bit pricey, sure, but the satisfaction is priceless!

28/10/2025: I live in Trieste, where there's no shortage of ice cream shops, yet I travel a few miles and go to Jimmy's, which, as far as I'm concerned, is a cut above. The ice cream is really good, the portions are generous, and the location is excellent. The outdoor area with tables is very quiet, but you can also enjoy the ice cream while strolling by the sea. Highly recommended. I've been going there for many years now and it has never disappointed me.

10/09/2025: Last Wednesday we had dinner with family, always enjoying delicious and beautifully presented dishes. We particularly enjoyed the fried shrimp, the delicious melon and vegetable appetizer, the tuna tartare, and especially the truffle risotto. However, the carbonara, in my opinion, was a bit watery. Also, the wine Cristian recommended (a white from the Friulian mountains) proved to have a slightly acidic aftertaste. If I were to repeat the experience, I would probably prefer a more robust one. Anyway, thanks again for your kindness and the refined food!

06/07/2025: The menu is richer than the one indicated because they have trapizzini and supplì that vary. Excellent supplì mushrooms and sausage and croquettes potatoes and cod. Very good trapizzino chicken alla cacciatora. Very good desserts, all made by them. They also do take away and home delivery.
