04/07/2024: Mia moglie ed io da grandi appassionati di Masterchef siamo stati a cena all’Indinio’ per festeggiare il nostro anniversario, incuriositi ovviamente dal provare la cucina della chef Gloria. Beh non siamo assolutamente rimasti delusi, anzi. A differenza di quello che ci era stato consigliato non abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione (perché io non mangio pesce) e abbiamo optato per due primi, due secondi e un dolce a testa accompagnati da diversi calici di ottimo vino. La location è elegante e accogliente, il personale gentile, disponibile, molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni e soprattutto molto preparato. La chef si è presentata a fine serata per accettarsi che tutto fosse andato bene (non da tutti e gesto molto apprezzato). Cibo ottimo, splendidamente presentato e splendidamente preparato, si nota la ricerca nei dettagli…l’utilizzo delle erbe spontanee fa sì che un semplice raviolo alla salsiccia si trasformi in bocca e immagino (da assoluto profano) che sia esattamente l’effetto che la chef voglia ottenere. Voto 10 alla manzetta, uno dei migliori secondi di carne mai mangiati. Il prezzo è in linea con quello e quanto mangi e come viene preparato e presentato, se poi ci aggiungi il fatto che ti accolgono con il benvenuto dello chef, ti accompagnano con il burro e pane di loro produzione e ti salutano con la loro pasticceria, sono piccoli colpi di classe che fanno la differenza. Infine molto semplicemente mia moglie ed io giudichiamo i posti con una semplice domanda: torneremmo? Certo che torneremo. Complimenti alla chef Gloria e al suo staff.

24/06/2024: Visto il numero di commensali ci viene riservata la saletta al piano superiore. Intima e climatizzata perfettamente. Menù degustazionione per gli adulti, attenzione riserai bambini. Si inizia co franciacorta di Uberti e benvenuto della casa per continuare con un crescendo di sapori e di vini perfettamente abbinati. Il padrone di casa che dà i tempi ad un personale attento e discreto , insomma tutto perfetto e anche gli invitati da fuori regione rimangono pienamente soddisfatti. Molto buona

27/08/2024: Experimentation of tastes and aesthetics of the highest level. Vegan dishes, such as vegan carbonara and vegan chicken wings, which have nothing to envy of the original dishes. The location is delicious, it feels like being in the chef's home! The friendly and helpful staff. The chef, an excellent person. For the type of experimentation the price is absolutely reasonable. I'm really happy to have discovered this little place. My guests were delighted with the dinner. I will definitely be back!!

28/07/2024: A truly great evening pleasant thanks to chef Walter Dri and all the staff of Osteria Casa Mia. The outdoor garden is a delightful, relaxing, silent location surrounded by aromatic herbs. We had a wonderful dinner: the menu is absolutely inclusive, there are many vegan and at the same time gluten-free choices from starters to desserts. Good tasting of cheeses, self-produced and on sale to order. The first courses were good: we ate carbonara and cheese gnocchi with mushrooms. The desserts were also good: we had mulled panna cotta and a cocoa basket with cream and fruit. The chicken wings are amazing, truly excellent. I have been vegan for many years but this is the first time I have tasted a dish like this. I can't wait to go back especially for them! The presentation of the dishes was very careful. Plus: soft warm bread and delicious for gluten intolerants. I also underline the customer service: I had been trying to go to this place for dinner for some time but it was always full (book in advance!), this time they were kind enough to contact me as soon as a table became free and they prepared the gluten-free carbonara on request. What can I say, I can only recommend this place and hope that it becomes more and more known and appreciated. This is vegan cuisine that will win over even omnivores. I would add that there was a non-vegan person with me, who had never eaten vegan in his life and was actually quite skeptical, but who changed his mind and loved everything we ate. Advised!

My partner and I were in Udine for 1 day only and found this restaurant on Google maps - you absolutely must come here, this place has the best indian food and the prices are great! The owner was very nice and we talked for a bit. Really, really recommend!!

26/08/2024: When I can, I return to "Al Fogolar" in Verzegnis, where competence and kindness in the service are at home but above all the quality and research of the dishes offered is excellent and constant over time; although I rarely go there because I don't live in Friuli, I always find something new and captivating on the menu that stimulates my curiosity and their ability to revisit traditional recipes makes them a place worthy of a stop if only for the unparalleled quality/price ratio. If you're in those parts it's a shame don't stop!

24/08/2024: Locale accogliente, personale gentile e professionale. Piatto di affettati di alta qualità. Di secondo, buonissimo il frico sia friabile che classico. Ottima la tagliata, buono il pollo con pancetta. Da sottolineare che non fanno pagare il coperto ed il pane. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

27/08/2024: Passing through Trieste with friends, we found this restaurant convinced by the good reviews. They have done nothing but confirm themselves. There were 5 of us. My girlfriend and I divided an appetizer, took a first course each and divided a second course. At the end of lunch we were packed and everything was really of excellent quality, very good, I even complimented it. The ham in the appetizer was exquisite, the pasta, in particular the gnocchi with goulash and bacon, were very tasty and finally the Ljubljanska... I was delighted: crunchy breading, filling with an intense flavor and also abundant I must say, accompanied with chips fries cut into rounds (not frozen) and a sauce. The only "negative" note was that the service wasn't very fast, but to make up for it they also offered us the last remaining tiramisu. Personally, if waiting a little means eating like this, the wait is more than worth it: quality requires attention. Quality - price: Excellent, highly recommended: taking an average and considering that we ate a lot of things (starter and first course or just the second course with side dish was enough) drinks + half starter + first course + half second course in the end the total is around 40 euros each, but you can easily stay about 30. For this quality, less would be impossible. Place: cute, spartan, but well kept. Service: apart from the timing, rightly not fast food-like, the staff were courteous, kind and helpful.

24/08/2024: A place with attention to every detail in the center of Trieste, evocative. We stopped for a quick aperitif of his canapés. Unfortunately it is not open for dinner and we were not able to taste its cuisine, it certainly would have been worth it!

29/07/2024: Super recommended! The cappuccino with vegetable milk is excellent, the vegan pain au chocolat is amazing! Very nice place both inside and out, it reminded me a lot of the Pâtisserie with coffee maker in Paris!

27/07/2024: But can you understand the suffering of a person who lives in the building where the Charlotte pastry shop is located? 😄 In the summer, when we all sleep with the windows open, around 5 in the morning the air fills with the most heavenly scent of freshly baked sweets you can imagine.......! It's a dream!😍 And it doesn't disappoint during the day either, with incredible desserts, always different depending on the research to which the young pastry chefs dedicate themselves, a wide variety of vegan desserts too, and although the place is small in size, it is very pleasant to sit at the table for a chat with friends. They also offer a gift voucher service, which is a very nice idea.

18/08/2024: The selection of wines by the glass recommended by the owner is excellent. There were 6 of us and we all liked what we ordered. Good presentation.

24/08/2024: Appena giunte a Trieste io e mia sorella, prendiamo l'autobus dall'aeroporto per poi scendere a Largo Roiano, ci incamminiamo per raggiungere l'albergo che sembrava no arrivare mai. Faceva molto caldo, eravamo digiune dalla mattina. Passiamo davanti questa gelateria con l'idea di bere un caffè, visto che era pomeriggio inoltrato e di li a poco avremmo cenato. Ma quando siamo entrate siamo state ipnotizzate dal bancone dei gelati!!! Chiedo senza troppe speranze se c'erano anche gusti vegan e siiii svariate opzioni!!! E vai di cono gigante con cioccolato fondente all'arancia e uva fragola !!! Una goduria indescrivibile, assaggiare per credere !!! Abbiamo iniziato alla grande il nostro soggiorno triestino!!! Aggiungo gentilezza e cordialità dei proprietari!!!
