04/03/2025: Well, I'll start by saying that it's a shame that this place is small, the owner is a wonderful person, the food is one of the best vegan I've ever eaten, real food, it's not the usual vegan restaurant with the same vegan burger... too bad I'm from Milan, but my boyfriend and I had a great meal.

The variety of teas, infusions, herbal teas and coffee (with French press) as well as other pleasant extras to drink and eat goes hand in hand with the high quality of the offer. The environment and atmosphere are perfect to make this place a refuge to enjoy in company, as a couple or even alone to carve out a moment of escape from the daily frenzy. I would also like to point out the presence of an internal shop. A true point of reference

03/03/2025: It is a very nice place with a cosy atmosphere in this little "hidden"lane, well decorated with many different paintings and "vintage" pieces that catch your attention. Aperitivo was lovely, food was delicious, tasty and good portions too, good selection of wines, desserts and rare "wine desserts" to taste at the end of your meal.

17/03/2025: Zazie has now become my favorite place here in Ferrara. Every day there are different and original dishes, vegetarian and vegan, including soups, meatballs, bowls, and rice or couscous salads (the masala rice is delicious!), already ready in very convenient single portions to eat there, take to the office or home for a dinner saver! Another stratospheric thing are the fruit and vegetable juicers, refreshing and not at all banal! The desserts and yoghurts to garnish as you like are also delicious! In short, if you want a healthy but tasty lunch break, Zazie is the answer!!!

06/02/2025: Very particular place with a scent of vegetables, fruit and ginger that takes you to India for a moment. It's a shame for the lady behind the counter... not very empathetic, cold, I ask for a salad, she suggests radicchio, carrot and fennel which are good for goodness sake but I had to ask if she could add a protein, she offers me a spoonful of chickpeas, I had to ask for the water at the end of lunch. A little information for the staff: in the modern age when you request a salad, the most varied protein, vegetable and carbohydrate components are usually proposed, so as to have the complete meal, not the proposal as a side dish for the medium-cooked cut.... Another thing, remember that if you have a job it is for the people who come in and buy what the owner has created with the business in which you provide services, so the aim is to sell, smile, greet and create a minimum feeling with the customer if you don't want to close. S O S for the owner, from director to owner I tell you to take action, I wasn't the only one to notice it... P E S S I M A E S P E R I E N C A, but not for the location but for the human component

15/03/2025: Unfortunately, a negative experience, even though I had already trusted them, this time they really did everything wrong. I ask to make me a cake for my birthday, sending an example photo, and specifying verbally to the girl that there shouldn't have been flowers in the cake, that I would have taken them later, because the cake had to be empty in the center since there was a writing on it, and this was also specified in the chat, sending the writing, the font, and the way in which it had to be done. Unfortunately they did the complete opposite, placing the flowers and not writing on the cake because apparently the girl who took my order "didn't write" this detail. I was offered a discount on the flowers from the price of the cake over the phone, which unfortunately was not done. In addition to a "frosting" all over the cake (which had to be only on the edges because there should have been writing in the center) which hardened making it impossible to cut and consequently the cake completely crumbled. I paid in full for a cake that was completely different from what I wanted, without receiving any discount that I had been told, and in the total indifference of the pastry shop.

05/03/2025: My favorite coffee shop in Ferrara! The staff is always very polite and attentive, even when they don't speak Italian very well. The ladies are always friendly. The brioche is very tasty and well-filled. I can't wait to have my breakfast at Chocolat again ❤️

07/03/2025: I was curious to try your ice creams since your videos always appear on TikTok and today, passing through Porto Garibaldi, I took advantage of it. I must say that when you enter you can breathe in a nice atmosphere, the girl who served me was super kind and nice, and was able to recommend me some combinations which when tasted turned out to be excellent. They have a nice selection of lactose-free products even for us intolerant people. Recommended ice cream shop.

26/02/2025: They should learn to say good morning to customers (especially when they say hello politely) and to put less butter in the croissant dough as well as start using an acceptable apricot jam.

19/02/2025: The best amberjack in Ferrara! Hot freshly baked Ferrarese amberjack. Delicious! Super friendly staff. Place to have breakfast every day.

17/02/2025: After seeing the sponsorships on social media and already having my mouth watering, I finally managed to try Come Fosse Antani! We had dinner at their Locanda del Duomo, enjoying a truly excellent fish menu: much appreciated and excellent entrée with fried prawn 🍤, Boiled Antani starter, passatelli with bacon 🥓 and scallops, and tagliolini cacio e pepe with lime 🍋‍🟩 and red prawn tartare 🦐. Each dish was perfectly balanced in flavours, with a very fresh fish that could be felt from the first taste, thanks to preparations that enhance its quality, without covering it. The dessert tasting is also excellent. And it's not super bullshit, it's all true! Oscar and the girl in the room welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness, making the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely be back!

13/02/2025: Conoscevo già l' ottima pizza, un locale ottimo per serate con amici oppure in coppia, dove mercoledì 12 febbraio abbiamo mangiato un ottimo fritto di pesce, una vera delizia, quindi consiglio anche il ristorante.

18/01/2025: We went to this place this evening, very nice, welcoming and very professional and helpful waiters. We ate two pink lady burgers, a Ciccio bastardo and a truly excellent cheeseburger prepared with excellent quality products and cooked with great professionalism. The pizzas the kids ate were also very good. Excellent and fast service, value for money suitable for what we ate. As a Sicilian (rumors say that Sicily is all to be enjoyed) and as a person who has worked in the restaurant sector, I congratulate all the staff. We will return with great pleasure.
