18/06/2026: Bar Bussola in Ferrara is the ideal place to start the day. It offers an excellent selection of both sweet and savory treats, all of which are of the highest quality. The staff is always cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. Special mention goes to the large, super-convenient parking lot right in front of the bar.
⚠️ Please note: It's only open early in the day and is closed in the afternoon, so it's perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch! Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: I recently discovered this special little place thanks to my boyfriend, who's been going there for years, and I have to say the atmosphere is truly magical! The variety of teas is vast, with very unique combinations, and the desserts change regularly (both delicious, by the way), while the staff is always kind and helpful. The quality is truly high, so the room fills up quickly... but the experience is definitely worth the wait. Needless to say, it's quickly become one of my must-stops in the city 🫶🏻

You can choose from a variety of teas, as well as herbal teas of all kinds.
Everything can be accompanied by a homemade cake or cookie, and they also offer several gluten-free options.
You can also purchase tea or herbal teas; they offer many gift packages with mugs, infusers, and much more.
Highly recommended!!

11/05/2026: Saturday evening, after work, I felt like having an aperitif before heading home.
At precisely 7:53 PM, I saw that this place was still open and that there were three tables occupied with people lying around and a couple more tables inside with people all quietly drinking.
I saw the closing time of 8 PM, but I went in also because I wanted a quick drink at the bar.
As soon as I entered, I was treated by two bartenders (a man and a woman) like a runaway.
"Look, we close at 8 PM... you have five minutes," they told me.
I looked around and said without arguing that given the people still there intent on drinking, I would definitely be there before the others.
They were annoyed and served me.
Since I work in retail, I know what it means when someone comes in close to closing time and that it can sometimes be "annoying," but the presence of so many other people absolutely cannot justify this behavior.
See you never again!!!!

The gelato is artisanal, incredibly creamy, and you can taste the top-quality ingredients (the pistachio and fruit flavors are exceptional!). The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a must-visit on every stroll through the city center. Highly recommended!
17/04/2026: Historic gelateria in the heart of Ferrara, just steps from the Estense Castle. The variety of flavors is interesting, ranging from creamy to fruity. Prices are moderate, and service is quick. Pictured are two flavors: orange, chili pepper, and pear, ginger. Highly recommended.
