16/05/2024: Historic bakery in the square in Ferrara. All good and I recommend tourists to go and buy Ferrarese specialties. I took the famous savory Ferrarese pasticcio (because it also comes with sweet pasta) to take away for the next day, very good!!

14/07/2024: Finalmente un gelato senza zucchero adatto anche a chi è intollerante al lattosio Ci sono tre gusti senza zucchero : pistacchio, yogurt e fragoline e vaniglia. Venite a mangiarne tutti 😄. Ragazze a servire gentilissime e cordiali anche con gente in fila 🥰

19/08/2024: Very good coffee and cappuccino, well prepared and tasted good. A good choice of sweet and savory pastas and also pizza. The staff were quick, kind and attentive.

15/08/2024: Il locale è stupendo, la qualità è buona ma a volte sembra fatto tutto troppo in fretta e mi sono capitate paste non ben fatte. Negli anni ho avuto svariati disagi e ogni volta mi riprometto di non rimetterci più piede, mi dispiace per Fabio ma questo posto ha un grosso problema di personale. Probabilmente non è ben formato e comunque sono spesso maleducati e insofferenti. Mai più

13/05/2024: I imagined an old-fashioned trattoria/tavern, with dishes that are not very elaborate but well made, in reality it is better to heat up one of those cans they sell in supermarkets. McDonald's hamburger is definitely much better. As someone had already said: school canteen quality! On the site they advertise a price but in reality it is obviously another higher one. One star 🌟 for the very kind waitress!

20/08/2024: I went there with friends, following good reviews from those who had already been there. Probably a bad evening, which can happen to anyone, but the service was quite slow, even though the place wasn't full. The beef cuts, medium rare, were too chewy, to the point that we couldn't finish them. The baked potatoes were too greasy, although they tasted good. Even the nice-looking tiramisu wasn't that great. For 80 euros for 3, honestly, we expected something better. Kind and friendly service, without a doubt, but with less than good timing.

20/08/2024: SUPER!!!! especially from Monday to Friday at lunch. Fixed menu at 15 euros, first course, second course, drink and coffee. Excellent product quality Excellent service Super cheap cost. I highly recommend to everyone.

17/08/2024: Terrible experience. I got a €3 cup which includes two flavours. I ask for Nutella and whipped cream, upon payment I am asked for €4. When asked for explanations I was told that the cream has an extra charge of €1, but this is not specified anywhere. No receipt is issued. Afterwards, I ask for a bottle of water (€1.50). When I asked for the receipt I was told "just ask and I'll get it for you". When I ask if they could also give me the ice cream I bought earlier, the lady comments to another customer "I can't take it anymore". The receipt is required by law, it is not issued at the customer's request.

13/08/2024: Everything was delicious, friendly staff and top quality products. The staff is very kind and above all very organized in moving between the various stalls.

24/08/2024: The ice cream is very good, although not exceptional. However, charging 3 euros for a measly cup equivalent to a 2000 lire cup is grotesque, absolutely out of market. And the cups start from just 3 euros! The packaged ice lolly is very good, but here too the cost is disproportionate: 3 euros.

18/08/2024: Decent cuisine, unfortunately terrible service. Unfortunately, to begin with we were told not to bring the dog because it was Saturday and because there would already have been another dog present. Even if once you arrive the outside veranda remains semi-empty for the entire duration of the dinner. I think the real issue for the lady taking reservations was that mine is a medium sized dog. Having said that, we still begin dinner with enthusiasm, but unfortunately already from the appetizers we understand that the service would have been completely lacking. First of all, we didn't have bread or condiments on the table until we finally managed to ask for them at the end of the starters. The wine was brought to my table and we had to take care of opening the bottle. Unfortunately the problem came with the first courses (4 courses). In theory they should all come out together or at most with a few minutes of waiting, not with a 25 minute wait. So obviously by the time the last two people start eating, the first two have already been done for a while. These are things that can happen but at least a waiter should come by the table to apologize or at least explain that there was a problem, it is certainly not correct that the diner has to get up and come inside to ask. In conclusion I point out all this at the cash desk when it's time to pay the bill, explaining that I understand the unforeseen circumstances but that a minimum discount at least on covers (€2.50 per person) could be made or at least an apology would be welcome and instead the lady at the register without batting an eyelid she gives us the change and we are told that she can't do anything adequately because she doesn't put the money out of her pockets. Unfortunately, with these responses and behaviors I explained to her that she loses customers, but perhaps she doesn't care.

15/07/2024: Sono stato con degli amici a pranzo e ci hanno accolto dei camerieri che ci hanno fatto accomodare al nostro tavolo. Sono stati davvero molto simpatici e cordiali. La localitá è in centro a Ferrare e per quanto riguarda il design del ristorante, l'ho trovato davvero molto bello. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e sono stati attenti nonostante la mia celiachia. Il cassiere, penso sia il proprietario, è stato simpaticissimo e professionale. Ci ha offerto anche il biscotto della fortuna. Consigliatissimo. ✅

14/05/2024: Located under the Clock Tower, it has outdoor seating overlooking the Cathedral and Castle. The interiors have frescoed ceilings, wooden furniture, black marble floors. A little gem absolutely worth seeing. It offers ice cream, chocolate, breakfasts. Few flavors. 🍦
