09/03/2026: A truly lovely restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The outdoor seating is also very pleasant, perfect for enjoying the city center. (The enclosed terrace at the back is noisy, however.) The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center.
The staff was very professional, kind, and attentive. The cuisine offers simple local dishes, but with attention to detail and beautifully presented. RECOMMENDED
01/03/2026: Highly recommended place; I went there for a friend's birthday and it met our expectations. The atmosphere was simple and welcoming, everyone was friendly and helpful, and above all, the food was delicious.

08/11/2025: For those familiar with Ferrara, Caffetteria Frignani needs no further confirmation. Frignani is one of the best, if not the best. The staff is always very friendly. Their breakfast pastries are wonderful. Pastry-style brioches filled with cream, chocolate, or jam. The coffee is delicious, as are cappuccinos and other drinks.
I recommend trying it, and you'll definitely be back.

02/01/2026: Very casual place. The cappellacci al ragù were fantastic. The tripe tasted too vinegary for me; I didn't like it and left it on my plate. The casual setting made me think the prices were reasonable, and I wasn't put off by the lack of a menu with prices posted. Next time, I'll ask.

06/12/2025: In my opinion.... You need to do maintenance on the carts.... It's not possible to unhook them before shopping and rehook them after shopping.... Furthermore, their wheels are jammed and they are difficult to maneuver....

Avoid it, I can't tell you if the products are good or not, I didn't order anything, and the outrage left me stunned. Everyone's good at making money by twisting their fingers around the law and at the expense of their customers!!
