If you were in Bologna, you'd have to book a month in advance to get a table at this restaurant. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are unmatched by any other sushi restaurant I've tried, and I can assure you, I've tried them all in Bologna and the surrounding province. If you like Chinese-Japanese food, I recommend trying it.
