If you want a culinary experience that makes you feel like you are sitting in a traditional Eritrean kitchen, then this is the place to be!
The atmosphere of the place is beautiful and welcoming... so much so that I don't deny that I thought about a post-dinner nap
Let's talk about the food... wow! We chose a vegetarian menu and a selection of meat...
But then came the funniest part: eating with your hands! using the injera bread to collect each bite. It's not just eating, it's a social experience!

09/02/2025: I happened to pass by this restaurant before going to a concert. As soon as we enter, the girl tells us that they are full, then smiles at us and lets us sit anyway. We are welcomed by everyone as desired guests, with care and concern.
The owner is immediately interested in whether we have food allergies.
The place is well furnished and with typical relaxing music. The food is exquisite, the owners are people whose eyes and hearts smile. We found a place, far from home, where we felt welcomed. We will definitely be back!
01/02/2025: Entering Pars is not just crossing the threshold of a restaurant, but immersing yourself in an authentic journey through the flavors, aromas and Persian culture. From the first moment, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by an attentive and impeccable staff, who were able to guide us with courtesy and competence in the discovery of extraordinary dishes.
Mrs. Soheyla, the soul of this place, is much more than a simple restaurateur: she is a true hostess who with her kindness, her sincere smile and her passion for the Persian tradition transformed our dinner into a special evening. Every detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the care for the atmosphere, bears his signature and reflects his love for Iranian culture and hospitality.
The environment is simply fascinating. The restaurant is decorated with elements of the most authentic Persia: handcrafted carpets, hand-painted ceramics, historical engravings and soft lanterns that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, like a door open to another era. Every detail tells a story, and you can perceive the care and refined taste with which Soheyla has made Pars a small jewel of elegance and tradition.
Let's now move on to the heart of the experience: the food. We started with an appetizer that surprised and won us over: shish andaz, a traditional dish from northern Iran that we had never tasted before. The combination of aubergines, pomegranate molasses, onion and pomegranate seeds was a perfect balance between sweet and sour, an explosion of flavors that transported us to distant lands. Alongside, two timeless classics could not be missing: mast-o-khiar and mast-o-mosir, fresh, creamy and perfectly balanced.
The main course, the Pars Plate, was a true celebration of Persian cuisine: three types of kebabs, cooked to perfection, tender, fragrant and juicy, served with fragrant rice that complemented each bite with extraordinary lightness and delicacy. Congratulations to the chef, who with his mastery has been able to keep the authenticity of the flavors intact, making them accessible and irresistible even for those who are not yet familiar with this wonderful culinary tradition.
And then the finale, the icing on the cake of a perfect evening: the Bastani Sonnati, the traditional Persian ice cream, with its unmistakable aroma of saffron and rose water. A dessert that is not only a pleasure for the palate, but a journey into memories and emotions, capable of leaving a sweetness that goes beyond taste.
What makes Pars truly special is not only the excellent quality of the food, but the soul that can be felt in every detail. Soheyla's hospitality, the chef's passion, the professionalism of the waiters and the unique atmosphere make this restaurant a place that is not easily forgotten. It's not just a dinner, it's an experience.
Thank you so much for making our evening so special. We will return soon, because places like Pars are not simply restaurants: they are places that tell stories, give emotions and make you feel at home.

30/01/2025: Excellent experience, in a place full of beautiful energy, starting from the staff up to the elegance and simplicity of the place with a very pleasant jazz in the background.
For the food I can't give my best because there could be improvements on the fish dishes (they should exceed more in taste and be careful not to call "turnip greens" what are instead broccoli or simply leaves), but very good desserts and wine.
A rare, extraordinary service!

03/02/2025: You are the top and deserve 5 stars and even more both for the quality of the ingredients and the service!
But there is always room for improvement and so here I am with a small criticism with the intention of it being constructive: if there are also platters on the menu and you recommend them for 2/3 people, it would be nice if they already came out with at least 3 sandwiches .
Because it has already happened to us more than once that a delicacy of cured meats has arrived accompanied by a single sandwich, and then we have to harass the service to ask for more bread and wait for it for up to 15 minutes with our mouths watering.
30/01/2025: When I arrived in Bologna 5 years ago I immediately discovered the place that would become my favorite: Mirò's Panini!
If you want to have fun, eat well and spend little, you have to come here. I brought all my friends there and they all thanked me.
Best piadina sandwiches in Bologna. And as a Roman I say that porchetta is stellar.

It is not the classic village trattoria, it is a real little restaurant where tradition and innovation happily meet and the menu varies with seasonality to always offer maximum freshness to its customers. The cuisine is visible, with Lorenzo and Rosi in the dining room who also know how to recommend excellent wines to pair with the dishes. Small entrée of simply spectacular meatballs offered by the house! Generous portions and great attention to presentation. Truly delicious bread basket. You leave the table full and satisfied, with the desire to return!
