15/03/2026: The staff is unprofessional and rude. Especially the pink-haired girl at the register, who told us we don't understand when she speaks because she explicitly yelled at us to sit down and order at the table instead of waiting in line, taking our order, and paying right away so we wouldn't have to wait in line again just to pay.

Requested a new portion of polenta without Parmesan (new...not additional)...an hour's wait to receive it.

24/10/2025: Opening information on Google is out of date. Google says it's open, we were hoping for breakfast, we walked a few kilometers, and it was closed.
19/08/2025: I went to this place just yesterday, taking 6 slices of pizza paid 12 euros... instead today 19 August 2025 3 slices of pizza one of focaccia with rosemary and a sandwich € 12.40 I ask the older lady what is the slice and she tells me 2.50 the pizza well then it's 7.50 and the remaining sum of 12.40 a piece of focaccia and a sandwich??!! and to think that I am also Sicilian..... I will definitely not return.... seeing as I was taken for a tourist it's a rip-off..

04/09/2025: Excellent piadinas, reasonable prices, and good service, with the option of eating in. The manager may seem a little grumpy, but he's actually very friendly and helpful.

15/03/2026: A very welcoming and well-kept place, with attention to detail evident. Parking is easy to find nearby if you're coming from out of town (a short walk won't hurt). Dinner for two with a girlfriend. Excellent dishes we ordered and recommended: pork belly, gnocco with raw ham, tosone, picanha. Superb service, the bill even more. The timing between courses is just right, allowing for a post-evening drink if desired. Fabrizio, the owner, is a wonderful presence in the dining room and an incredible host. Compliments to the kitchen.
09/03/2026: I will never go to eat there, because with an owner like that I'll lose the desire...

21/02/2026: Excellent food and friendly staff. The place is dated and the parking lot is tiny. There's a strong bathroom smell and it's cold. Very noisy
because there were several tables with children, who all gathered in front of the cash register, playing and screaming, running back and forth down the aisle, with neither the staff nor their parents giving a damn. Avoid this place for a quiet evening.
25/01/2026: If you were in Bologna, you'd have to book a month in advance to get a table at this restaurant. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are unmatched by any other sushi restaurant I've tried, and I can assure you, I've tried them all in Bologna and the surrounding province. If you like Chinese-Japanese food, I recommend
trying it.

06/09/2025: Good thin pizza, just the way we like it. Simple, popular place with no frills. There were 10 of us and they were quick to order our pizzas. I recommend stopping by and eating at Idea Pizza. They're good, light, beautiful to look at, and inexpensive.

20/08/2025: Really good ice cream! I usually get the small cone with coffee and whipped cream, and the wafer is delicious too—nice and crunchy, and it doesn't taste fake. And last but not least, they're incredibly generous! Their ice creams are huge. Highly recommended!

23/02/2025: Coupon not honored, quantities smaller than those I personally tried shortly before without a coupon, the second course wasn't "chicken and rabbit" as advertised but guinea fowl (three pieces with little meat to share between two people). The place was cold.

The name is a nickname, I didn't get the wrong restaurant, and the "a" should have an "h" in front.

11/03/2026: The bar changed ownership some time ago, and the name BAR Sonia was added to the previous name, Frenesia. The new owners, along with the old owner, have settled in perfectly, and the quality and quantity of the products have remained unchanged. Of course, the kitchen also offers traditional Chinese dishes. I had a great time.
19/02/2026: Frenesia no longer exists, the place is now called Bar Sonia

06/02/2025: I booked the first time with TheFork, and I received an email confirmation for lunch the next day. We arrived and found the restaurant closed, with a note saying they were closed for family reasons.
I booked again with TheFork, and this time it was open, but when it came time to pay, they didn't know how to use the TheFork voucher (it was written on the website that they accepted it). Bottom line: no voucher, and we paid.
I booked yesterday for lunch today. I received the confirmation email, but... just before lunch, I received an email canceling the reservation, and the restaurant was closed.
It can happen once, but this is too much.

29/11/2025: I came here specifically on the recommendation of a colleague from another ice cream shop in the province, who said it was a very good ice cream shop since it was closer to my house. I have to say I was quite disappointed. The selection of flavors was limited, with some flavors being monotonous. My only criticism was the service, and the whipped cream in particular, which was very good! I'll return in the future, but for now, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth! Too bad!
