14/02/2026: Today we ate one of your ice cream cakes, and it was completely tasteless. You could taste the chemical colorings and flavorings. A disappointment for €25 on Valentine's Day. I advise the manufacturers to try this crap for themselves before selling it to people.

10/04/2026: I stopped by Le Conserve Bio in Forlì on a weekday afternoon, curious to see if their organic gelato deserved its reputation. Overall, the experience was good enough to deserve four stars, but there were a few things I felt could still be improved. Let's start with the flavors: I tried pistachio, hazelnut, and a seasonal fruit flavor. The quality of the ingredients is evident, especially in the pistachio, which has an authentic and not too sweet flavor. The hazelnut is also well-crafted, creamy, and intense. The fruit flavor, however, while fresh, seemed a little less bold than the others, almost as if it lacked character. The place is clean and welcoming, with a simple yet thoughtful layout. I really appreciate the transparency of the ingredients and the focus on organic, which isn't just a label but a consistent approach. The staff is friendly, although they seemed a bit rushed at the time, and the explanation of the flavors was a bit cursory. The prices are slightly above the local average, understandable given the quality of the ingredients, but still something noticeable. In summary: an excellent gelateria, with good products and a distinctive approach. There are some small areas for improvement, but it remains a recommended stop for those seeking authentic, well-made gelato. I will gladly return to try other flavors.

13/11/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant at the Hotel Mistral Lo di Savoia and were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming, with a quiet atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. Lunch was truly delicious: carefully prepared, beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, quality ingredients. We really enjoyed the first courses—tasty and well-balanced—and the second courses, cooked to perfection. The desserts also deserve praise: simple but delicious! The service was quick and courteous, and the price was absolutely fair for the quality. A great place for a relaxing and authentic lunch break. Recommended for both those staying at the hotel and those just passing through.

18/05/2025: The outside is attractive, but the inside is horrendous. Terrible furniture (some chairs are the same as the ones I have in the garage). The non-alcoholic aperitifs are very sweet, tasteless and the glass is 3/4 full of ice. We asked the waiter to remove the ice, he took the glass away and brought it back still full of ice 😡 Not to mention the freshness of the food 🤮Absolutely to be discarded.

09/03/2026: Really unfriendly. I ordered a cascione because the ingredients for the piadinas were missing, so I had to settle. Not even if they had had the good heart to decently heat the cascione as requested. I find myself noticing the powdered mash from the sachets in the product I consumed. I have no words for the lack of consideration I received. My opinion is extremely negative. Zero empathy. Very, very low quality, very little sausage. Paid €6 for the takeaway cascione.

15/02/2026: Three pizzas ordered for delivery arrived very cold. They looked like pre-cooked bases, rubbery, and flavorless. Mozzarella? I don't think so, perhaps a very cheap substitute. You can't deliver products like this. It happens to anyone, probably having problems or having a bad night... but this is intolerable. The worst pizza ever. I didn't want to give such a harsh review, but it was necessary. Price? Any price would have been too much, so it's not an issue. We will never order again. P.S.: I'm not attaching photos because we've trashed them.

20/06/2025: We went to this place for the first time, we ordered the courgette flowers, they were all pasta and little flower, without mozzarella and anchovies like they do in Rome, the carbonara left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth that I couldn't finish, the tonnarelli, they took them by mistake to another table, then once they recovered them they gave them to us, by now lukewarm, poor organization, given the experience with the first courses, we didn't want to order anything else, I had high expectations but I was very disappointed.

15/05/2025: We had dinner with friends, the fried food was delicious and not greasy, the appetizer was a flask with lots of excellent ingredients, the cacio e pepe, gnocchi alla Gricia and amatriciana, all excellent, we will gladly return and I recommend it.

15/03/2026: A truly positive experience! The pizza is truly exceptional: I tried both the regular and the tirata version and was truly impressed by the quality of the dough and the flavor. The menu offers so many different types of pizza, you're truly spoiled for choice, and you can taste the excellent quality of the ingredients used. The focaccia and montanarine are also very good, a real treat and absolutely worth trying. Plus, the staff is young, friendly, and very courteous, always attentive and helpful. A place where you eat excellently and where you'll gladly return. Congratulations!

15/03/2026: A small but intimate place, with prompt and attentive service. The excellent ingredients used create a balance between quality and price. A wide selection of pizzas and focaccias that I highly recommend.

18/12/2025: Comfortable and charismatic atmosphere. The service doesn't match the pleasant, subdued vibe, leaving a negligible sense of incompleteness in the overall mood. A good combination of sweets and friendly staff, however.

31/10/2025: Quite dilapidated, maintenance seems to have stopped for 15 years...

20/10/2025: We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms aren't four-star; they smell musty and are dirty. The service is nonexistent. We were cold, the heating was off, and after much insistence, they brought us single, very old and worn wool blankets. We also, and I must say, unfortunately, had dinner... There was little choice, and the dishes they brought us were very meager and cold. They were probably pre-cooked and frozen dishes, the ravioli definitely frozen. The four-sautéed pasta dishes are better. Later, I asked for two coffees to be brought to my room along with the restaurant bill, and I had to wait half an hour. On Sundays, they serve breakfast an hour later; I needed breakfast at 6:30, but they told me it wasn't possible and didn't even deduct it from my bill. A truly terrible experience.

15/02/2026: We came here for dinner based on the reviews, especially considering there doesn't seem to be anything particularly appealing nearby. The pizza wasn't bad: light and pleasant dough, unpretentious but decent toppings, though room for improvement. The lasagna, however, was cold and very salty, barely eaten... even left over. The cover charge was excessive, in my opinion: €3 per person for a placemat and cutlery in a festival-style bag. The atmosphere was cold (temperature). The staff, however, was friendly.
