07/06/2025: A year ago I would have written that it was a great oriental restaurant. I went back today after a year and everything has changed. We waited half an hour to eat and my friend 10 minutes more, and the restaurant wasn't even that full. The portions have decreased and I don't know how long they can keep a worker on his lunch break going. I don't think I'll go back there again, and I probably won't even go back to Bologna for a while.

13/06/2025: very good fruit flavors, very rude staff: I asked what the vegan options were and they told me none, claiming that the fruit ice creams (fruit and water ingredients as they themselves said) were not suitable due to contamination, because the fruit is not vegan, but is fruit. in short I had to insist to have a cup of ice cream made, surreal and senseless conversation, too bad because the ice cream is very good, but I will not return.

03/08/2025: We ate as a group, but we couldn't use the pool because the weather was bad. The food was nothing special, but good and plentiful. The staff was super friendly, despite our 1,000 hesitations! Congratulations!

23/08/2025: Terrible experience during aperitivo time. I'll start by saying I've often been there for breakfast, and I'm happy with it, but yesterday's aperitivo was disappointing: there were two of us, a well-made Aperol Spritz, delicious appetizers, but no mojito! My first impression was that they'd forgotten the rum; all I could taste was mint and lime, and the water with giant (not crushed) ice cubes... When I pointed this out, the waitress showed me the measuring cup (?), saying she'd added the rum herself. I'm not arguing: it was probably a low-quality rum with little body, but I repeat, it seemed to be nonexistent, as the person I was with admitted. Bottom line: the girls, as calm as day, once we reached the cashier, charged us as if we'd consumed a REAL mojito, without a word of apology or offer to remake it... Obviously, they're done with me, and I'll be spreading bad publicity.

20/07/2025: So, on a Saturday night, it's not possible to have just one waitress! One! Who does everything, cleans, washes, takes out the garbage, takes orders, delivers the dishes, and if you're lucky, even puts on live entertainment. Long waits, and there are still slips of paper (a system that's never been used by the Japanese). I didn't want to leave this review because they finally gave us a discount, but I felt sick the next day.

12/08/2025: The quality of the pastries and croissants remains excellent, but the service continues to detract from the experience. Prices are quite high (an organic juice costs €4, a mini bombolone costs €1.30 compared to the regular €1.40), and despite the place not being crowded, the service was slow and inattentive: they even forgot the cream bombolone I ordered. Smoking is allowed outside, and to enter, you have to walk between the tables, which is annoying, especially with children. A real shame, because the products deserve five stars, but the management remains frustrating.

12/06/2025: Good selection; we tried four varieties, all of which were unfortunately too sweet for us. The consistency was okay, but it could be much creamier.

16/07/2025: I'd only been to the indoor restaurant in the winter, and I really liked it, so I wanted to come back and try the summer courtyard as well. We ask for a bottle of wine if another is provided. They offered a platter for two, which I'm quite demanding on, and the internal courtyard has a small view of the building. I had fond memories of it, and I'd had a great time this summer. I came home a little disappointed.

04/06/2025: Vivo in Brasile da anni e vengo in vacanza in Italia con i miei genitori per assaporare la cucina italiana. Oggi è mercoledì c'è poca gente abbiamo prenotato ma la qualità del cibo era molto molto più buono 20 anni fa quando venivo con i miei nonni... Oggi sono un po' deluso. Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze di cui una cruda e il pomodoro acido, una tagliatella ai frutti di mare ...ma i frutti erano di frigorifero e la grigliata di carne sapeva di carbone.... che peccato vabbè può capitare la serata no.

13/07/2025: I don't think it's possible to explain rudeness in a review... The owner, after telling him he'd made the wrong order, approached me with a stern face and, after asking me to move, responded by saying that the place was his and he could do whatever he wanted. Unprecedented scenes ensued, and clearly the other employees were always there to help, with the utmost rudeness and arrogance of those who don't care about anyone... they're still working anyway. I hope people start going to this place less and less, and I'm just sorry I didn't listen to the other reviews that say the same thing.

31/05/2025: Sono stata ospite ieri in questo bagno con la mia sezione di 5 anni della scuola dell’infanzia. Ci hanno accolto e fatto sedere ai tavoli all’ombra e messo a disposizione i bagni, anche avevamo il pranzo al sacco. Si sono dimostrati molto accoglienti e veramente gentili. Non abbiamo mangiato al ristorante ma il profumo che arrivava era delizioso. Spero assolutamente di ritornare da cliente’ Grazie ancora
