I found the attitude presumptuous, arrogant, and even threatening, completely unacceptable, especially considering the dog has serious neurological problems. A modicum of understanding and sensitivity would have been appropriate. It's shameful to behave this way without even investigating the true history of the situation. Arguments and shouting from the staff in front of all the other clients... SHAMEFUL! In situations like this, respect and empathy should be fundamental values, but here they are completely lacking. 06/12/2025: I visited DieciVentitre pizzeria in Collecchio and had a very good experience overall. The restaurant is modern, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Although the space isn't huge, the atmosphere is pleasant and suitable for both a casual dinner and an evening with friends. The dough is soft and light, well-leavened, and decidedly digestible. The toppings are generous without being heavy, with fresh ingredients and interesting combinations. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Ideal for those looking for a tasty and digestible pizza in the Collecchio area.

22/09/2025: The gelato is excellent, with flavors unlike any other. You can tell the ingredients are top-notch and the craftsmanship is meticulous. However, if you're planning on having dinner, I'd say it's definitely not worth it; the portions are smaller than the average in Forlì. The price is the same.

We sat down and ordered a bottle of wine, but when it came time to take our order, while I was still talking to her, she turned around and left, a very rude gesture. Half an hour for a platter, a €15 platter, I've done everything wrong in life. I understand it's a tourist town, but you don't behave like that. We were with friends, tourists, and even according to them, it wasn't polite. You decide to work with tourists or locals, even if you're not having a good day, a smile is appreciated. When it came time to pay with our friends, we wanted to pay, but even there you don't behave like that, you'd rather smile and say nothing.

04/06/2025: Vivo in Brasile da anni e vengo in vacanza in Italia con i miei genitori per assaporare la cucina italiana. Oggi è mercoledì c'è poca gente abbiamo prenotato ma la qualità del cibo era molto molto più buono 20 anni fa quando venivo con i miei nonni... Oggi sono un po' deluso. Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze di cui una cruda e il pomodoro acido, una tagliatella ai frutti di mare ...ma i frutti erano di frigorifero e la grigliata di carne sapeva di carbone.... che peccato vabbè può capitare la serata no.

30/09/2025: Arrogant and rude staff. Last week, around 10am. There were no people to serve. I wait my turn, and as soon as they give me the pastries I'd ordered, the woman tells me she has to leave and wait for her colleague to pay. I wait a bit and notice that next to me there was also an elderly person with a cast on his wrist who had been waiting for a while to pay. They had no other customers to serve. After a bit, I ask if we have to wait much longer to pay and leave. A very angry woman comes out, telling me she was coming and that she had to do something in the kitchen, arrogant and raising her voice. I tell her that this is no way to treat customers. I pay and leave complaining. As I leave, I hear one of her colleagues say, "Let me tell you, don't even answer." You used to be the elite. You made money. Honestly, your pastries have gotten a lot worse. And if I have to be treated like that, honestly, I'm done with you.

06/09/2025: Products of unquestionable quality. A truly amazing cannoli! I recently discovered it, and I won't be giving it up.

20/06/2025: We went to this place for the first time, we ordered the courgette flowers, they were all pasta and little flower, without mozzarella and anchovies like they do in Rome, the carbonara left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth that I couldn't finish, the tonnarelli, they took them by mistake to another table, then once they recovered them they gave them to us, by now lukewarm, poor organization, given the experience with the first courses, we didn't want to order anything else, I had high expectations but I was very disappointed.

15/05/2025: We had dinner with friends, the fried food was delicious and not greasy, the appetizer was a flask with lots of great stuff, the cacio e pepe, gnocchi alla Gricia and amatriciana, all excellent, we will gladly return and I recommend it.

06/09/2025: Good thin pizza, just the way we like it. Simple, popular place with no frills. There were 10 of us and they were quick to order our pizzas. I recommend stopping by and eating at Idea Pizza. They're good, light, beautiful to look at, and inexpensive.
