Conosco già da anni questo ristorante e posso pertanto dire di avere assistito ad una vera e propria escalation di qualità sia nella scelta delle materie prime sia nelle proposte del menù, ricco e più che soddisfacente. Perfetto il servizio di all you can eat e molto interessante la nuova offerta di cocktail di altissima qualità. Il servizio è sempre impeccabile ed il locale molto curato che offre sia spazi per gruppi che angoli per cene riservate. Consigliatissimo!!!

Superb salmon sashimi with burrata and pistachios is a gem the perfect fusion between Japanese cuisine and southern tradition the sashimi to the chef's taste a work of art .young and smart guys. The only flaw of the restaurant is that it is too far from my house 😅 but I will definitely go back.

I will probably be considered the loser on duty, the one who has eaten bread and water for 50 years, the one who has never been to a starred restaurant, the one who understands nothing about cooking, the one paid by the owner to write this review. etc. etc., but I don't think I've ever eaten so well in my entire life. And I'm not just talking about Asian restaurants, but in general. In the all you can eat menu you can choose two chef's specialties and the ones I tried and my wife tasted were superlative. Everything else we ate was also very good and really fresh. Complimenting the owner, he pointed out that they had recently changed chefs and had focused on researching quality products and raw materials. I would say that as a new start it's very good. The only negative thing is that I'm not from Bologna and therefore I will rarely be able to return, but it will certainly be an obligatory stop in the future if I pass by there.
