03/12/2025: The girls were very nice and courteous. I had sandwiches and piadinas, and I really enjoyed them. The place is relaxing, right in the park, so after enjoying the sandwiches, you can also take a nice relaxing walk.

Nestled in the hills, surrounded by the silence and scents of nature, it offers an authentic and welcoming atmosphere that is hard to forget. The restaurant is a celebration of local cuisine: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that reflect tradition with a touch of creativity. The rooms are splendid: spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, they strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and rustic warmth. Sleeping here truly means rejuvenating yourself. The wine deserves a special mention. Corte d’Aibo’s production is the result of careful and respectful work with the land, and it comes through in every sip. From crisp whites to enveloping reds, every bottle tells a piece of this place. I personally loved their Pignoletto: fresh, elegant, perfect both on its own or paired with a dish. A true discovery. And then there's Margherita: the true soul of the establishment. It's impossible not to notice the care and love she puts into everything she does. Her presence makes the experience even more pleasant: attentive, kind, hospitable, always ready to make every guest feel truly special. La Corte d'Aibo is much more than a farmhouse: it's an experience, a refuge, a place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: Let me start by saying we were only there for lunch. Good potential, but something is missing beyond maturity and management. The quality/price ratio is too much in favor of the latter.

12/04/2026: This is the best ramen in Bologna. I highly recommend it: the dishes are full of flavor, the music is fantastic, the chef is a genius, and the food is delicious.

12/04/2026: I'm returning to this place, even though I hadn't had a great experience in the past, perhaps because I'd had the Tori Paitan, chicken broth with pork, egg, seaweed, etc., but it wasn't as flavorful. I'd also had the karaage donburi, fried chicken on a bowl of rice and mayonnaise, which I liked better. This time I'm having the karaage bites, but they were truly disappointing, and then the Shiro tonkotsu, pork ramen with egg, seaweed, etc., and compared to the ramen the first time, I liked this one better; it had a stronger, tastier flavor. The place is small, seating less than 20 people, and it's hard to fit two people in because, in order to seat more people, they make you feel really cramped, with no room to move... It's a place worth trying because it's a trend, but honestly, I was expecting something more...

24/09/2025: Excessive prices for the quality, but especially the quantity of ice cream on a brioche that cost €6 plus €0.50 for extra cream! I admit the price increases and all, but if you're shelling out that kind of money, the product has to be up to par.

25/08/2025: I've been a customer for years, and the gelato is good, no complaints there. It's unfortunate, however, that every time I go, the prices seem higher and higher, and receipts seem optional. In my personal experience, if I pay in cash, I'm denied payment 80% of the time—and I've been there many times. Anything goes, but at least give the customer a discount if you skip the receipt... Also, the spuminos instead of cream on the profiteroles are truly unnoticeable. It's a shame, because the product remains high-quality, but these "tricks" on receipts, combined with the annual price increases, have always bothered me. It had to be said.

05/04/2026: Whenever we come to Riccione, this is where we've had breakfast for years. The quality of the pastries and coffee is excellent. The Easter cake we bought today was truly extraordinary. Congratulations, and don't change!

13/03/2026: Stopped for a coffee and enjoyed two slices of truly delicious cake. It's easily accessible by car from the main road, and there's plenty of parking. Also nearby is a park and a cycle/pedestrian path, perfect for a stroll after your meal.

31/01/2026: The pastries were good but the hot chocolate tasted like it was going to fall apart... horrible and bitter, I had to leave it there... €4 was a real rip-off, at least it should have been good for what it cost... the girls were nice, that's why I give the service a 5.

20/03/2026: A macrobiotic restaurant we found "by chance," offering a wide variety of vegan dishes, carefully prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The shop is in front, and the restaurant is behind it, quite large and centrally located. Highly recommended, even for those (like us) who don't follow a macrobiotic diet.
