23/02/2025: Una delle due signore mi ha trattata come una deficiente solo perché per 2 secondi non avevo capito bene cosa mi avesse chiesto! Ha iniziato a brontolare ad alta voce che la risposta era semplice o si o no e non smetteva più! Mi ha fatto vergognare davanti a tutti! Di sicuro il locale era pieno ma non ero certo io in 2 secondi ad averle fatto perdere tempo! Per evitare discussioni sono andata via senza dire nulla ma mi è dispiaciuto! Ho speso 100 € ed oltre ad avermi rovinato un po' l'umore nel giorno del compleanno di mio figlio , la torta non era un granché! Mai più! Se fossi stata una cliente abituale o una loro amica non mi avrebbero certo trattata con maleducazione!

25/05/2025: Creamy ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. Great value, and the staff is very friendly and patient even if you don't speak Italian. It's one of the best ice creams I've had in Parma; it's worth the time and money it takes to get there.

18/05/2025: Peccatori al frigo cioè mescita sl cono. Ergo tanto il tempo di attesa per un tempo minore di assaggio di gelato. Gelato sempre sopraffino . Catena di gelaterie emiliana tutte sedi rispettabili nella fruizione del dolce preferito da ogni generazione.

25/05/2025: Finally a good milkshake! Here they really know how to make it!! In other ice cream shops in Parma they make you dirty milk... here instead the real milkshake! Very good sales assistant!

21/05/2025: Today 28 July 2024, at approximately 10.30 pm I came across an unpleasant situation, being an ice cream shop with an electronic ordering machine, I chose a product which only after paying I was told was out of stock, neither on the screen nor with other warnings was I warned of this, when picking up the order I was told "it's finished" consequently I was given a product that was worth less than what I paid, with a face annoyed by the person who was asked for advice on how to resolve the problem.

13/05/2025: Peacock in Rimini was a fantastic discovery! The atmosphere is modern, with a young and lively vibe that immediately puts you at ease. The place has style, perfect for those looking for quality and relaxation at the same time. The food is amazing! The pizza alla pala is crispy to the right point and stuffed with top-quality ingredients. The dishes are a real treat, and the fried foods... simply irresistible! Perfect for sharing with friends over a beer or a properly made cocktail. Fast service, smiling staff and honest prices.

12/05/2025: We liked everything - aperol spritz and focaccia - both were delicious. Nice staff, we were welcomed nicely!

22/06/2025: Prezzi alti per la qualità offerta, il cibo è mediocre: Una trappola per turisti. Personale svogliato e scortese per non parlare della pulizia del locale. Piccioni ovunque e bagni a dir poco lerci. Anche la sala interna è tutt’altro che pulita. Lasciate perdere

07/06/2025: Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner ici car juste à côté de notre Airbnb. Nous avons pris deux croissants garnis avec deux cappucinos, c'était vraiment très bon. Je recommande!

04/05/2025: Extraordinary ice cream in the center of Riccione! Absolute quality of ingredients! I recommend lemon and strawberries, unique in their simplicity. The choice of excellent raw materials is notable. Not a given, much appreciated! The ice cream maker who served us was also very kind.

06/02/2025: I booked for the first time with TheFork, I received the booking confirmation for lunch the next day via email, we arrived and found the place closed with a note that they were closed for family reasons. I booked again with TheFork, this time it was open but at the time of payment they didn't know what to do with the TheFork voucher (it was written on the site that they accepted it), moral of the story, no voucher and we paid. I booked yesterday for lunch today, I received the confirmation via email but.....just before lunch the email canceling the reservation arrived and the place was closed. It can happen once but I would say it's too much.

21/06/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Il Pizzicagnolo was very disappointing. I had chosen this place with expectations of authentic and quality service, but I was deeply disappointed. The piadinas, advertised as handmade, turned out to be simple commercial products bought at the supermarket, which is a great disappointment considering the promises made by the place. Furthermore, the staff showed little attention to the needs of the customer: we ordered for four people, but they only brought us three drinks, claiming that "we didn't understand each other", without even apologizing adequately or offering a solution. The management of the service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Furthermore, the place was in questionable cleanliness conditions, with a dirty and poorly maintained environment, which did not encourage you to return or feel comfortable at all. In short, a negative experience in many respects. I do not recommend it to those looking for quality and professionalism.

16/06/2025: Super fresh, the pizza was simply amazing! For three pizzas and drinks for five people, the price was around €55, very reasonable. The cocktail was also very good. Highly recommended.

10/06/2025: Very tasty coffee, and especially pleasant and friendly staff. This place has become a favorite coffee shop, it's a pity that it's only for the holidays. Here you can have breakfast with a crispy croissant with fragrant coffee, and later cool off with delicious ice cream.

08/09/2024: I spent my weekend chilling at Bagno 22 and this place was my to-go for both drinks and food. Huge brioches, delicious coffee, and the biggest smile on the barista’s face! 🖤

05/04/2025: Non sono rimasta particolarmente impressionata: certo le aspettative sono alte quando in cucina c'è un chef molto noto. Il palazzo è bellissimo ed elegante, in posizione molto centrale. Cibo di tradizione bolognese, come è giusto con ospiti anche stranieri, ma per il mio giudizio molto lontano dalla perfezione (nelle case bolognesi in generale si mangia meglio di così). Servizio attento, ma non indimenticabile. Aperitivo servito in piedi con servizio un po' frettoloso. Il palazzo è bellissimo, meriterebbe più attenzione alla qualità dei cibi e all'attenzione per gli ospiti.
