Those ladies at the front desk were super super helpful, they really took excellent care of me, very polite and nice as well so respectful, I definitely come back here, they were super sweet, thier names are Federica and Chiara ...they were so nice at check and they answered all the questions I had with lots of patience. Also room was super clean.i totally recommend the hotel and I would give it 5 stars. Thanks again for the ladies the helped me with everything I needed!!!

Ogni prodotto è squisito e da quando hanno iniziato a fare anche i Cinnabon 😋 ne sono diventata completamente dipendente! The private bathroom is well looked after and clean. • Structure: surrounded by greenery, perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. • Services: secure parking reserved for customers, internal restaurant with the possibility of dinner, as well as sauna, gym and swimming pool for a stay dedicated to well-being. Overall, a great choice for those who want comfort and serenity.

17/05/2025: Very good food, shame about the staff We had ordered two gin and tonics and unfortunately they had run out of the gin we had chosen and they offered us a similar gin but they hadn't told us that it cost double and when we went to pay they didn't give us the receipt which was then asked for by us we pointed out that the gin we had chosen cost half a member of the staff only said "sorry" Unprofessional

19/03/2025: I want to share my experience to warn those who, like me, are lactose intolerant, without diminishing the other aspects of the place. I ordered a peach juice, which in the past had been served to me in the classic Yoga glass bottle. This time I was told that it was not available and I was offered alternatives such as peach and mango or strawberry and banana, not present on the menu. The juice was served to me in a glass, without visible packaging. After taking a sip, my boyfriend remembered that some of these combinations could belong to the Santal "Una gocce di latte" line, which actually contains 10% skimmed milk (equal to 200mL in 2 liters). We asked for clarification and they confirmed and answered with a bit of lightness: "Yes, but it only has a drop of milk, it doesn't do anything to you", showing us the juice carton. For those who have intolerances or allergies, it is essential to be informed about the ingredients of the products served, and minimizing the problem is not correct. I report this episode only to warn those who have similar dietary needs to mine, so as to avoid uncomfortable situations. Having said that, the place itself is very pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is generally courteous and the board games available are really fun. If it were not for this episode, my experience would have been much better.

04/05/2025: Local located in the Torrione area not so far from the center. Easily reachable on foot or by car but you have to wander around quite a bit to park. Commercial business structured in 2 rooms, oven and pizza preparation in sight. It also has outdoor tables sheltered by gazebos. The lighting generated by LED light strips is original and evokes intimacy and relaxation. The Menu presents few proposals but some are also original which differ from many other menus of other activities. The Pizza is rectangular in shape and served in a real fruit box covered on the bottom with paper similar to baking paper. The cassette solution, although original, can create a bit of limited space at the table. Even though the dough has a good taste, it leaves a little to be desired in terms of consistency, a little soft. The selection of drinks, especially beers or wines, is not extensive. Friendly and helpful staff. A place suitable for couples and small families. Advised.

28/04/2025: I love the pizzeria! The place is very well placed. With its cobbled walls and dim lights you really feel in Italy. Besides, the pizza is delicious and the people who work there are very friendly :)

30/04/2025: It's fine for a quick breakfast, it didn't particularly excite me, the croissants weren't bad but they didn't even make me exclaim wow... average from all points of view.

03/03/2025: Really a shame because it could potentially be the best sushi restaurant in the area. I frequent it often and it is a constant that the nigiri have a very high quality of fish, but everything is then ruined by an excessive quantity of rice and, in my opinion, poorly tied together, which makes them "difficult" to chew. If it weren't for this flaw I would also prefer it to Prunus, as in my opinion Giappo is unbeatable on rolls. The quality of the sashimi is good, although it sometimes varies depending on the day. The tulips, on the other hand, are spacious... I don't give a 5 because in my opinion it requires small adjustments, which if implemented could really make it the best.
