06/10/2025: Recommended by a friend, I felt a real sense of tranquility when I arrived. Surrounded by greenery, yet not far from the town center, among olive trees, chestnut trees, and prickly pears. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and polite, and the menu is divided by type, with seafood and meat options available, which you can also mix and match. Delicious ingredients, and the prices are very reasonable yet affordable. Perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner, or for a party or event. A wonderful experience.

07/10/2025: A beautiful place in a charming corner of Polla (SA). The location is beautiful and the building is characteristic, with a mix of antique stone and wood. It has an outdoor terrace where you can dine overlooking the Vallo di Diano. Food is passable: nothing spectacular, but acceptable. Sometimes the quality could be improved! (We had a grilled steak, which was 90% fatty.) ((Although the place is better known for its homemade pasta dishes, which are delicious and beautifully plated.)) Suggestions: Greater attention to interior cleanliness; some areas are quite dusty, and the refrigerator filter in the bathroom is full of hairspray and wool dust. Prices: Competitive! 👌🏼

22/09/2025: My boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant and found the atmosphere very peaceful and welcoming. The terrace is wonderful, offering a great view of the nighttime landscape. We had two appetizers: prosciutto and burrata, and bresaola carpaccio, followed by a first course with wild boar ragù. Highly recommended.

The property was renovated a few years ago, was spotlessly clean, and since we booked half-board, the food was excellent. And what can we say about the breakfast? Overall, a highly recommended hotel. 17/10/2025: Impeccable from day one - Sublime Pizza As promised, here I am with a top-notch review (well deserved) for my favorite pizzeria. I've been a loyal Vanacore customer for over four years now. When we say "tonight's pizza" on Saturdays, that means Vanacore. The pizza is evenly cooked, truly beautiful, and every bite is an explosion of flavor, including the crust, whose crunch (unique to Vanacore) never gets old. The selection of ingredients (of the highest quality) is made with the utmost care, and they are cooked to perfection to ensure a perfect final balance of flavors. The ingredients on the pizza are plentiful, never too many or too few. The menu changes seasonally, and each time they create unique flavors (which is a shame when the menu changes a little 😂). The service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, kind, and pleasant, open to giving and receiving advice, and attentive to their customers. I can confidently say that in these four years there's never been a mistake, not even a single word like "a part of the crust was a little burned" or that the pizza disappointed me a little. I've always been truly, truly satisfied. Thank you, and never change 🍕🇮🇹 P.S. The photos added are just a tiny fraction of the ones I have in my gallery, just to give you an idea. 😂

28/08/2025: A great lunch experience with a friend. We were passing by and hungry. They welcomed us despite the late hour. We ate very well. The Sant'Agata appetizer was delicious. We tried the eggs with cruschi peppers and the cavatelli with tomato and provola cheese. Everything was excellent. Two desserts and coffee. Everything was perfect. The prices were more than fair. The staff was courteous and attentive.

30/06/2025: Atmosfera molto tranquilla: musica leggera e rilassante, luci non troppo forti; tutto aveva un tocco che oserei definire "orientale". Possibilità di usufruire di giochi all'interno. Vastissima la scelta dal menù: tè verdi, tè neri, infusi, tisane, cioccolate calde, ed anche qualcosina da mangiare. Personale molto accogliente, prezzi in linea.
