We embarked on a journey with Lara, step by step, planning every detail as we dreamed of that day that exceeded all our expectations. Villa Althea is an experience, a continuous emotion. It's a place where you leave your heart, because there, truly, a heart beats every day. A heart made of people who put love and dedication into everything they do, and this is evident in every detail. Nothing is left to chance; every corner exudes care, attention, and passion. From the smallest detail to the largest of choices, everything is designed with love. I would like to thank Mrs. Enza, who accompanied us with care and attention; the staff, always kind and welcoming; and Alessia, whose sweetness struck me from the first meeting. I would like to thank Umberto, a fundamental presence who accompanied us throughout the event; I would have been lost without him. A special thanks goes to Lara, our safe guide. With precision, patience, and availability, she accommodated our every request, making every dream come true. 04/08/2025: We held our wedding here; to say it was perfect would be an understatement. The attention to our guests and the attention to detail were truly incredible. Kudos to all the staff who made our day unforgettable, so much so that we wanted to relive it all over again. A special thanks to Lara, who supported and put up with us; without her, we wouldn't have achieved the result we hoped for. Another huge thank you goes to Umberto, who was instrumental in looking after us throughout the event. We can't wait to celebrate again at Villa Althea!

01/07/2025: Great experience, we spent a little more than you usually spend in diners, but we wanted to try more things so it was fine. Maybe a little weak on some appetizers in my opinion, but the bao are definitely worth trying! Phenomenal sandwiches, an explosion of flavors, all top marks. Let's not even talk about the desserts, the other reviews are over-the-top in praising them, rightly so! Definitely worth trying. Only the location is a little awkward to find parking, but a little ingenuity is all it takes!

13/06/2025: Thanks to the fresh raw materials and delicious dishes Officina Vegana has become my favorite place to have lunch. Kind and knowledgeable staff, I recommend everyone to go there!

03/06/2025: Vegano con gusto. Locale semplice con piccoli tavolini interni e possibilità di asporto. Ampia scelta di verdure cotte e crude, pasta, legumi, cereali, seitan, tutto a vista in grandi contenitori al banco. Patate al forno squisite. Possibilità di comporre il proprio menù con piatti misti. Cibi freschi, vari, preparati con cura e arricchiti su richiesta da ottime salsine artigianali. Sazietà e soddisfazione senza inutili sofisticazioni, a prezzi abbordabili (7.50 euro per un tris pasta e due ortaggi-verdure).

08/07/2025: Nice place, very nice and welcoming. I ate very well, there is a great choice of wines. The staff is very kind, the service is excellent.

21/05/2025: A gem in an out-of-the-way area, a very nice place, even if the room on the upper floor where we ate is too intimate, very quiet, and when you talk at the table you almost feel at fault for disturbing the other diners. The cuisine and service are truly excellent. From appetizers to first courses. It also has a beautiful terrace that I assume is open during the spring - summer season. I recommend the lardiata which really satisfied me.

01/07/2025: Excellent vegetarian restaurant from all points of view. It is located in the historic center even if from the outside it does not seem like much. As soon as you cross the gate (see photo) you breathe a serene atmosphere. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend it

26/06/2025: A very unique and welcoming place. The staff is very polite and kind, and the menu is varied and vast. We had a single dish (13€) with 7 different courses inside, including pea, carrot and walnut mouse, peppers, risotto, spinach omelette, sauerkraut and baked sweet potatoes. All very tasty! We left with full bellies.

28/07/2025: Locale molto curato con un incantevole giardino all'aperto. Il personale è gentile. La pizza è tutto sommato buona(prossima volta meno olio). Unica pecca i prezzi che sono molto alti, anzi troppo(capisco i tre spicchi gambero rosso ma non si possono spennare i clienti).

25/07/2025: One of the best in Campania. Excellent service, imaginative and delicious appetizers, exquisite first courses, but the highlight is the meat: from a simple entrecote to a T-bone steak, it melts in your mouth. A fantastic experience.

07/09/2025: Guest, it's the menu of the day... the steel cheese holder doesn't fit the place. A sprinkling of freshly grated cheese is better, given the busy waiters.

04/09/2025: I went back this summer for ice cream, but I have to say I didn't like it. The hazelnut tasted like nothing, and the dark chocolate didn't taste like anything... How can you say it's the best ice cream in Cilento? Here in Rome, there are some ice cream shops that are truly top-notch... Gutilla is one of my favorites, and I wouldn't compare it to Di Matteo at all. 🤨

25/07/2025: Great overall wish it had a greater spark to it. Best breakfast we had in Positano, but would not care if we skipped. The best thing was the French toast.

24/07/2025: Posto molto carino ed originale, cibo ottimo, rapporto qualità/prezzo un po’ alto ma siamo a Positano e ci sta…ma quello che ha rovinato l’esperienza è stato il comportamento del proprietario che è stato tutto il tempo a parlare al telefono a voce alta, con un atteggiamento a mio parere disarmonico rispetto al mood del locale. Peccato! Il locale avrebbe ottime potenzialità, ma se si vuole trasmettere una certa filosofia bisogna prima crederci!
