The owner, besides being a chef, is a friendly and helpful host, along with his friendly assistant who explains the daily specials in great detail. (The mayonnaise is delicious! 😬)
They make you want to come back right away. Near the university in a splendid Naples. 🌞

02/12/2025: Their coniglio all'ischitana (rabbit stew) and parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant parmigiana) blew my mind!
The rabbit stew had the tenderest meat that was moist, perfectly browned and caramelized—they parted from the bones with minimal effort and even came with delicious liver and blood vessel bits attached! The caramelized tomato sauce infused with the meat, innards, bones, sofrito and medley of herbs after stewing and reducing for hours, was perfectly balanced and packed with sweet and delicate umami flavors!
The eggplant parmigiana was so buttery smooth, pillowy and savoury—it literally melted between my tongue and palate with my saliva! 😋

17/10/2025: A bit of a touristy place, but the flavor and quality of the dishes are top-notch. The Neapolitan-style pasta with potatoes and provola is excellent.
15/10/2025: It's as if they cook with the thought in mind that you'll never return—and indeed, after this experience, that's exactly the case.
The place is incredibly cramped: if the people at the next table have to leave, you have to get up too.
The waiter didn't even want to wait for us to look at the menu, clearly saying that "time flies."
The food arrived cold and flavorless, made with cheap ingredients. Nothing special—something you could make at home for two euros.
Plus, the chef's treatment of the waiters is simply disgusting.
A place that thrives solely on hungry tourists, certainly not on quality.

20/10/2025: I stayed with Mrs. Marisa over the weekend, and I can assure you she's a warm person.
My daughter forgot a stuffed animal she's very fond of, and she took care of sending it back to me at her own expense, without asking for money. What can I say? She's truly an exceptional person. Besides her great humanity, the B&B is super clean and has an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend her for a relaxing weekend. ❤️

Because if you ask, they even make gluten-free
But the best thing isn't so much the waitress
But the fact that you have to use the keypad to call her
So to you who are reading this, I'd say make a reservation
Because if it were up to me, there would be a return visit

14/01/2026: The food is excellent, no doubt about it. The service is severely affected by the crowds. There are often lines. The place leaves a lot to be desired; it's cramped. Even though it's takeout only, it's small, even for this type of service.
06/01/2026: Congratulations, authentic and traditional rotisserie. It's thanks to places like this that Southern Italian street food was born and we've become famous around the world. I hope the restaurant industry can take more honest inspiration from our origins and recreate bakeries and places where you can enjoy a delicious meal at competitive prices, with plenty of food and a sense of pleasure, made for locals, not for marketing. Ristorante La Locanda Del Fiordo
27/10/2025: There are no words to describe this place. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view enchanted us. The staff was incredibly kind, approachable, and incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, and the organization was perfect. A beautiful place attracts beautiful people, and that's exactly what happened! We had a wonderful time. I'd love to return soon, perhaps for a longer stay at the hotel.
21/10/2025: Traveling with friends, we stumbled upon this restaurant, halfway between Positano and Amalfi, and it was a lovely surprise. The location is remarkable, the staff is very welcoming, and a special mention goes to the waiter Luigi.
The catch of the day, served with potatoes, seemed high-quality, and left us with a fond memory; the wine was also top-notch. We would recommend this place.
